Get ready to travel

 Bonjour, je ne parviens pas à rentrer en contact avec le service client donc j’espère pouvoir avec une réponse ici. La période de validité de mon pass est du 3 janvier au 2 février. Cependant j’aimerais pouvoir l’avancer et donc le décaler. Savez-vous si cela est possible?

Bonjour,J’aurais voulu être éclaircir car j’ai effectué mon voyage sur l’application Rail Planner mais aucune de mess réservations n’apparaient sur mon compte personnelle via le site internet. D’autant que je cherche à réserver les places assises que je dois payer pour certains de mes trains mais je n’y parviens pas. Merci d’avance. 

My train from Paris to London was cancelled, I can’t change the ticket because I can’t travel the days before, and so I have to cancel my hole trip to London…Refunding for Paris-London was possible, as the train was cancelled (the reservation was made with SNCB and no problem).So, what about the way back, London-Lille ? Yes, the train is not cancelled, but… The reservation was made with eurail, which says “No refund”.  Does anybody has any idea for how to get refund ?

Hi, I am trying to book my journey reservations from London to Edinburgh on 29th December and the eurail website shows that I need to book reservation from ACP website. Also it is mentioned in “more ways to book” that I can use LNER website to book free of cost opposing 10$ fee in ACP rail. I want to know that can I board LNER train with just the seat reservation with my Eurail Global pass as the LNER trains are different timings on the LNER website and when I check the same in on Eurail seat reservations page the timings don’t match. The Eurail website only shows the trains listed on ACP website. I have booked free seat reservation for my journey but will my pass be valid as the same train is not listed on Eurail website only the “ways to book’ section suggests LNER website.

Or je me rends à présent compte qu'il s'agit d'un pass continu ce qui ne correspond pas à mes attentes. Comment puis je faire ? Modifier mon pass ? Je vous remercie pour vos réponses 

Hey Guys, a small pretext… I want to go from London to Zurich on 1st January but all the Eurostar trains were sold out from LONDON-PARIS-ZURICH. So I gave some time and found seats in a train from LONDON-BRUSSELS. I am reaching Bruxxeles Midi at 11:15 AM and have reserved this seat. But from Brussels to Zurich there is a train at 12:25 PM from BRUSSELS-FRANKFURT-ZURICH operated by ICE. It says that no seat reservations are required for the same. But other trains like THALYS which require mandatory seat reservations are sold out. So I wanted to know that can ICE train from BRUXXELES-FRANKFURT-ZUERICH HB get full or something and I won’t be able to board at that moment without reservation? Because If this is the case than there would be no other option for me there to get to Zurich and I WILL BOOK THE NON MANDATORY SEAT RESERVATION.But if I can get on the train without any trouble than I will save a few bucks. Please suggest as I am travelling with a Kid and it would be really inconvenie

I make no secret that I am a senior who only recently found Interrail. After a lifetime of travelling for both leisure and pleasure by air/road and cruising I am now a convert to using Interrail to create land cruises.Nor do I apologise for raising this conversation subject to a community that in general is phenomenally supportive and made my first Interrail trips a pleasure.I enjoy adding contributions to the community from the perspective of a “Hybrid” user i.e. one who sees real pleasure from blending air and rail elements in my travels, not least because I live in the UK and ferries are not my thing.Rail via LNER and Eurostar is OK but that always starts me in Belgium or France and costs in time, reservations and hotels. A cheap flight to Sicily or Poland etc allows me a much more satisfying experience than UK/France/Italy out and return by a similar routing,and allows me to extend my budget.I, along with one other member, are being routinely attacked as “frequent flyers” or simila

My husband and I are heading to europe for our honeymoon, however we wanted to take the sleeper train from Paris to Venice. However, I can’t seem to reserve a spot. Would anyone know if it’s still in service? 

Im going from strasbourg to Geneva on Wednesday Dec 21st. It says seat reservations are optional and available. Should i make one? Or no? If I don’t make one, what happens? And how will I know which seats on the train are taken and reserved and which one I can sit on? thanks!

Hi guys.!! Help please. Trying to buy Global passes for a group of 9. and i am getting this message on the payment page every time. “ Something is wrong, Please refresh page.”  I leave Barbados tomorrow, landing in London Monday, and would like to go to Belgium Monday night.

I’ve been trying to finalize the purchase of two “Sale” Global Passes one for youth and one for adult and I’ve never been able to finalise the process.Each time I get to the payment stage an error shows up saying that something went wrong and I need to refresh the page but the same error shows up and I’m stuck. Anyone has a suggestion on how to overcome this situation? Thanks in advance for your help. Gigi 

I'm American, currently in London and booked a hotel for Paris from Dec. 23 - Dec 26..Looking.at regular Eurostar the prices were super expensive. (Last minute trip) I aslo see it doesn't run on the 26th either when mymhotel stay ends. I also had a trip planned to go to Amsterdam Dec 28- Jan 2, so I thought instead of going back to London , I'd go to Belgium in between and book a hotel for the 26th and 27th then head over to Amsterdam.I belive I could get a eurail flexi pass 1month 5 ride ticket that would handle each stop. I am hoping the 'no trains' on  26th is only for Eurostar and I can find some other train to get to Belgium. Would I need reservations into and out of France only(plus 30 fee on each)? Let me know if this the best/ cheapest way to go or if there's a better route. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I really hope someone can help us! My husband got us a 4 day in a month train pass about a month ago. At the time, we planned to travel on the 17th, so he activated the ticket. However, when we went to make reservations he couldn’t reserve on the 17th and we had to reserve for the 19th instead. He forgot to un activate the train on the 17th and it is now showing he used one of his travel days and we havent gone anywhere! Any help or suggestions would be SO appreciated.

Hello,  We are using an interrail pass to travel from Spain (my home country) to the UK.  On the way back we are stopping in Paris and then want to get from Paris to Madrid.  As I understand it to get from Paris to Madrid I have to go Paris-Barcelona and then Barcelona-Madrid.  Is that correct?  And if yes.  Can I include both the Paris-Barcelona and Barcelona-Madrid journeys with my interrail ticket if I do the whole journey on one day??  RENFE have said I cannot travel at all in my home country.  But I think that is wrong.  Please could someone send me a link to the rules so that I can take them to RENFE?   Many thanks.

Here's my question: Does this pass only work when both stops are in Italy?For example: we're leaving Milan and headed to Arth-Goldhau.Would the Italy Eurail pass work since we start in Italy? Or not because we're not ending in Italy?

Sorry if this has been asked before ;-) We have a Global Passes and can see from T&Cs and other questions asked here that our outward journey (Edinburgh to London with LNER, London to Brussels with Eurostar) is covered. My question is simply this - we intend to use the sleeper from Brussels to continue on to Vienna that evening. So my question is - am I right that all that is covered. I am 80% certain and have both Eurostar and Nightjet reservations booked & paid for. It is just that I woke up in the wee small hours this morning with the thought in my mind - what happens of I’m wrong! Any advice will be welcomed and thanks in advance  

hi, i’m having some problems with the reservations of the seats:on the Rail Planner app the price is 12€ for all the classes, on Eurail website the price is still 12€ but when i click on it, it magical become 22€, how is this even possible and how can i fix it?

Hello,I've been trying multiple ways to contact agents from interrail and I haven't got an answer yet. I selected as exit day the 5th of September by mistake but we exited our country today (6th of September). I tried to cancel the day of departure but the app didn't let me and now I have lost a travel day. Could someone help me please?In this image I selected the first day to try to cancel it and it didn't give me that option. 

Hey, I am travelling now, and I somehow used my inbound ticket too, but I did not cross my homecountry’s boarder twice.So now I’ll stuck in Wien and can’t get back to Hungary!In this situation what should I do to avoid any additional fees?Thanks for your help.

Hi all,I received email from SNCF on the cancellation of train from Paris Gare De Lyon to Basel SBB. The issue is SNCF suggested to contact the "original selling point" for reschedule or refund and in this case, i had my seat reservation from eurail. Question:1. Can i get refund or reshedule the existing seat reservation?2. If yes, what is the process and who should I contact? For both reschedule and refund?Thank you.
