Hallo liebes Interrail-Team.  Ich habe gestern aufgrund der flugausfälle von Ryanair in London zwei eurer global pass Tickets gebucht. Diese konnte ich allerdings nicht für meine Rückfahrt nach Deutschland nutzen da wir keine Sitzplätze mehr gestern oder heute reservieren konnten. Dies ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich und haben die Tickets umsonst gekauft da wir diese nicht für den geplanten Zweck in einem annehmbaren Zeitraum nutzen können. Ich bitte sie daher um eine Stornierung der beiden Tickets. Oder ein Entgegenkommen ihrerseits.  Mit freundlichen Grüßen Lea

Sono in una situazione abbastanza complicata, mi hanno rubato il telefono e non so se c'è un modo per dimostrare di essere in possesso del pass. Ora ho un nuovo telefono ma non riesco ad effettuare l'accesso a Google per poter scaricare l'app. L'unica cosa che ho è il codice con cui avevo attivato il pass.

I know that Eurail timetable has a low frequency update rate, however, the timetable was updated 3 days ago and most of the trains from the planner doesn't match with trains from National Railway. Hence, I don't know if the planner is capturing trains that the National Railway doesn't or if the planner has trains that doesn't exist.

Viajo a Madrid, y quisiera visitar Segovia luego Madrid Barcelona de Barcelona a Paris y de París regresarme a Madrid. ¿que pase debo comprar? el móvil o el impreso? sí es impreso donde reclamo los tiquetes pues vivo en America y si es movil puedo ir a estos destins sin problema con un pase de 4 dias?

Can I travel with just the mobile pass or I also need a paper pass?

Hi - I purchased two tickets on my laptop at the ÖBB site. I have since downloaded the OBB app and do not see any way to move the tickets to the app. Is this possible? And, we are traveling during the holidays and would like to ensure we sit together. I have read several posts here about reserving seats, but no mention of selecting seats. Is that not possible? Is it first come first serve on seats? Thanks very much for any help! 

Hi everyone, I have a journey booked from London to Zermatt (Switzerland) on Saturday 17th of December and have booked reservations for three trains (not required for other bits of the journey). I’ve just received an email saying my eurostar will leave 40 mins after it was originally planned. This means that I will miss the next legs of the journey. I have two questions: Will my TGV reservation be valid on the next available train? Am I able to get a full refund for my reservations now the first leg has changed?I’m having a bit of trouble contacting anyone on this so would really appreciate any advice.  Thanks,  Tilly  

I booked seat reservations for all of my travel plans of next weekend and never received confirmation of payment or the tickets but the money was taken out of my account. Where are my seat reservations?!!!!! At this pace of interrail induced mistakes I feel like flying Ryanair might not be so uncomfortable after all! 😡🤬😡😡😡

need some helpwe need to travel from Zermatt to Stuttgart and the fares are really expensive, like Euro 270 for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 12 and 6. is there a cheaper way? maybe by buying a swiss pass? or 1 day pass? and if i buy a 1 day pas, i will have to pay for reservation since i have large luggage? thks in advance

Hello! My husband I were booked on the night train from Stockholm to Narvik last night. Upon boarding we were told that due to some issue to the tracks we would have to get off in Lulea and board train 96 to Narvik. We are here in the station now, but don’t leave until 10:00. My question is this: how do we know which seats are ours on the new train? There was no information provided, and there is no one working here in the station. Any ideas or help?

As I was on my way to the train station, I lost my phone. So now I am trying to add the pass on to a different device but it will not let me because it was already activated on my lost phone. What can I do? I already submitted a request but my friend and I am hoping to leave early tomorrow morning and I am worried they will not get back to me soon. Please let me know!!

My family and I are trying to book the 3-day tickets for Top of Europe with our Eurail pass but the website lists the dates we’re going to (December 22-25) as ‘unavailable’ even though they said tickets would be available by December 11 2022. In fact, all the dates seem to be unavailable. Is there another way to book tickets for this?

Hi!Where can I get a copy of my interrail pass without an access to the application where I had it originally. I need a document of the ticket to apply reimbursement from a work-related train travel.

Can I add a leg to a manually added trip? If so, how can i do it and does it work if i just activate it from my destination to the end destination or do I have to have a qr code for every connection 

I want to book a compartment with DB, I can see that a compartment is available to book so that’s fine, but we are only 5 people and there are 6 seats. Is there any way of reserving more seats than people?

Hi all.  i am new to the forum. Travelling with the family to Paris from Munich later this month. Have a connection at Mannheim where I go from ICE to TGV. Have to get there is just over ten minutes. I can’t find where it lists what platform I need to go to. Can anyone help or is the platform decided on the day?

Hey Guys, I am new here and I just won an Interrail Global Pass and in the Letter that came with it it says that reservations are somehow included in the Pass... Is that so? I could mit find anything to that specifically.Thank you 

Hey all, we are looking ahead for our Europe trip to get everything booked ahead of time. So the Paris to Munich train is typically around 6 hours. Everything in that time frame (Sept 23) we look at is 14 hours long. Is it because it’s too early and the rail companies haven’t added there schedules fully yet? Any help would be very appreciated! Is there any other way of booking a eurostar reservation if it is "unavailable" on the rail planner app? I have to go on the 1 Jan to Paris from London and cannot buy a seat reservation. Is there any other website where I may be able to book a reservation? 

Hello. I'd like to change my train reservation. Is it possible? . I'd like to change the train from "VENEZIA MESTRE" to "ROMA RERMINI" to 6:38 instead of 8:34. Same date!

I am wanting to travel somewhere next year. I don’t mind where, I just want to catch a long distance train that is most suitable for my needs. I am hoping your can guide me on what is available and best suits my needs.  I live with multiple sclerosis and use a mobility device to get around. I am terrified that my mobility device will tip during the long trips and would like to know if there is anything available to secure my device during my trip. I am very comfortable in my mobility device and will stay in it for the duration of the trip.   I would also like to travel with my partner. And he can assist me with my needs.  What is the best train and service for my needs?
