Hello.  My train has been canceled today, December 2, between Barcelona and Paris.  I had a link from Paris to Salzburg that I booked with interrail and that I won't be able to board because it's impossible for me to get to Paris.  Can you tell me how I recover the amount of my reservation?  Thanks.

Hello! I plan to go in Spain with Interrail, and the organization is almost a nightmare.My departure’s train is from Brussel to Barcelona. I found it easily on the app, but impossible to make a reservation. On the interrail website, it is said that there is no information about the price and the remaining places. On the SNCB website, I can take any trains from Brussels after 8:00 AM but none before (they don’t appear). Those trains are not full : on the Thalys webiste, I can buy tickets for 50€ (it is cheap for the Thalys so really not full). I can see those trains on SNCB with a normal search, but not when I ook with an Interrail pass. I would like to travel from Barcelona to Valencia with EUROMED (16:10 to 18:50) but this train doesn’t exist on Interrail and the SNCB told me that I can’t include this train’s company on my pass. I would like to travel after from Madrid to Santiago de Compostella with ALVIA and from Santiago de Compostella to Zamora (also with ALVIA). Thoses trains do

Are there just a limited number of seats available for interrailcards? Can I find anywere how much still are available for a specific  train? I like to book a Interrail ticket between Utrecht and Granada.

Hi all,I’m looking to make italian trains on various inland routes (milan-bologna milan-venice, bologna-rome, rome-milan) as well as international (Spiez - Milan), but for some reason I cannot book any at all. Having previously reserved on the milan-venice route, I can’t work out why now I can’t get any reservations. I played around with other routes and it still doesn’t work.

I nee tp buy 2 reservations by creditcard in eurail and the payment process does not finish when the payment is made by cell.phone.

Bought two global pass tickets that are 3 months valid after activation. Bought them on 10th of may 2022. If I activate them on 10th of April 2023, is it true I can use them till 10th of July 2023? Or are the tickets valid till 10th of April, 11 months after buying it?  

I bought my pass on 10 May 2022, do I need to activate latest at 9 May 2023 or 10 May 2023 to have the full validity of 3 months?

Hello!  We ordered paper global passes and there appeared to be a problem with the website in that it wouldn’t let us choose our correct birthday (we had to choose one day off to get it to display correctly).  When we got the confirmation both of our birthdays were incorrect by the one day.  Our passes haven’t printed yet.  Can we get them corrected before printing so we don’t have to wait 2 months to receive them, send them back and order two more?

How do I get seat reservations with Trenitalia?I read this post, but it only shows how to get reservations with Oebb website, the Oebb website also doesnt work as it only shows “Tickets not avilable”. What should I do? 

I already added a “no reservation needed” ticket to my pass, it shows me a qr code. Is that all I need? Is my seat secured?

Hi everyone! I am from Indonesia. 3 of us (incl a 16 yo child) will visit Europe next June-July, for around 3 weeks. The trip will be start from Italy (Rome, Florence, Pisa, Venice, Milan, Cinque Terre), all the way to Switzerland (we do not know yet which cities will be visitied, but most probably Lugano, Lucerne, Interlaken), Germany (Munich, Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Cologne, Hamburg, Berlin), and Austria (Innsbruck, Salzburg). We will be flying home from Munich.So, here are my questions:Is it better for us to have Eurorail Global Pass for the entire trip or selected days only (flexible pass) or just go with buying individual train ticket on the spot/website? Because there will be several days we spend in one country only, for example 5-6 nights in Italy.  Just now I checked the ticket for OBB Nightjet, the rate for adding discount as Eurorail holder and no discount is the same. I accidentally typed a wrong passport number when activating mobile pass. The pass is deactivated. I have sent a request to customer service to change a passport number and my trip will start after 2 weeks. However, I have not done a seat reservations with my friends. it is possible to get fully refund on my "seat reservation required" train?For example, if I reserve sleeper room on 20:48 Zurich > 20:09 Ljubljana  night train(EN40465). Is it possible to get reservation fee if I cancel this night train?

Hey all, I recently purchased the Eurail Greek Island pass for 4 travel days using the Blue Star ferries. I am confused about the 30% discount. Once I have used my 4 travel days and need to book additional ferry trips, does the 30% discount apply to any ferry company that operates in Greece? Or does it only apply to the Attica group ferries (Blue star, Hellenic seaways and Superfast ferries)?Thanks in advance for the help!

I will be purchasing a Eurail Mobile Pass to explore Eastern/Central Europe.  After enjoying Salzburg, can I use my Eurail Mobile Pass to book travel from Salzburg to Munich? And then ultimately back to Salzburg?  Or do I need to book an individual ticket?  Not sure if this border town route is included in the Eurail Mobile Pass (both to and from.)  Thank you for taking the time….

Which app should I use for seat reservations? Local carrier or rail planner app?

Hi,I’m currently on holiday with friends in Switzerland and would like to travel with interrail, using Switzerland as my starting country. I am a citizen of the UK and I am a resident of Germany. I wish to travel to France for one week, then return to Switzerland for a few days, and then travel from Switzerland to Austria (for a few days), and finally travel from Austria back to Germany. Would it be possible to  select my country of residence as Germany, but start my trip in Switzerland?

I have a question about planning the trip from Roma to Paris and London to Berlin. there are the long transfer time. Can I stay overnight in the station? For example, I will arrive at Paris at 23:17 from London and the next train will departure in 06:13 next day. Can I wait in the station overnight and there are any facilities I can take a rest in?

My birthday data is wrong, I already contacted costumer service but I am concerned that they don’t contact me before my first day (1 June. I don’t know how to change.
