hello everyone! I’m Matilde, I’d like to try for the first time the interrail experience during the Winter holidays (from 26th December to 10/12 of January). I’d travel alone to Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris and Lyon. The idea is to be in Berlin for new year eve. considering that I’m a 22 year old woman would you recommend it? I have some doubts due to the cold temperatures and the fact that maybe is not the most popular moment for interrail so i Won’t meet anyone? To be honest I don’t know what to expect!

Hi,I have the 3 months global pass and want to book a seat reservation from Croatia Zagreb to Split Croatia for the AM train in mid June. It says “prices unavailable” however when I put in multiple different dates over the next 2 months, it still says the same thing. I don’t think the next 2 months all the trains are booked out, how can I book the reservation without this error?Thank you

Hi,  I put my pass for my friend and I into the app. We used a travel day from Bruselles to Vienna (Austria).  It tells us that “seat reservations required”. We can see a QR CODE but we don’t understand how to book our seats . HELP US please it’s really difficult to understand this app and be helped by interrail …  Thank you in advance,  Manon & Héloïse 

Hi,I have a EUrail pass.I want to travel from Geneva to Rome on 24th December 2022. I am not being able to make seat reservations. I have the seat reservations for all relevant connections.The error states that the tickets/seats might be sold out. Sometimes the error says that the prices are unavailable. Is there any other option that I have? I already checked Interrail.eu, Eurail.com, Italiarail.com, Oebtickets.atShould I wait to get to Europe on 19th December and then make seat reservations?Please help! RegardsMrinal 

I am trying to book a train from Nice to Florence, but Eurail.com is unable to do so.  So I tried to make a reservation on Italyrail.com, but the passholder number does not apply.  What should I do?  For reference, I have a Eurail pass that can be used for 10 days in 2 months.

Hey, My phone got stolen this thursday which had my TWO mobile pass activated on it. I’m set to travel but I’m unable to activate my TWO pass on a new device. I have used two methods of contact on the website but the bot doesn’t understand my questions !! . I’m worried that I won’t get a reply and sort out my pass before my travel start. Please can anyone provide any help or advice on how to get back my pass ?  For information, I got 2 pass for my friend and me on the same email address and there are paid with the samed credit card. I have the billing confirmation. We had already booked our trip to Vienna !  HELP PLEASE  

My family and I are planning to reserve tickets for Brussels-Zuid to Antwerpen-Centraal. We have a Mobile Global Pass. When searching for it on the Rail Planner, only ones with seat reservations required are shown. However, when searching on the Eurail website itself, it shows trains that don’t require it. Is there a way to sync them up or find the ones that don’t need reservations on the App?

On the Eurail website, there is a direct night train line between Prague and Budapest on December 20, but there is no such line on the mobile app. So I'm going to save the route as a manual in a mobile application and reserve a seat on the Eurail website. However, the payment continued to fail. Therefore, I made a reservation for a seat on the 12/20 Prague-Budapest direct night train by paying 502 koruna on the Czech train website. When I take the train, should I show the Eurail application that I manually registered and the ticket that I reserved a seat?

I’m holding Global Eurail Pass - 1st class, could you please suggest how to make seat reservation on Eurostar ? Here is my first time purchase e-ticket, so please help guide me how to do it I plan to travel from Paris to London on 30Dec, departure time around 8 am. I don’t know how to book seat only ? Which website ? And how to do it ?  As previous mentioned, I’m holding 1st class ticket for my global pass as well, can I know that the seat that I have to make a reservation is for 1st class or seat reservation cannot specific with class ?  Thank you 

Hello, i have a question about the 7 days in 1 month pass. Is every country included? Because i am planning a trip with stops in Vienna, Bled, Liubliana, Budapest, Prague, Copenhaguen and Stockholm but the price it gives me when i introduce these locations is higher so i don’t know if they are included or not.

For the routing that has required for seat mandatory, if the seat is full and cannot make reserve seat, can I still travel with my global pass without booking a seat ? 

Hi AllI have a 10 day in 2 month 1st class Eurail pass and I’m trying to book two reservations from Geneva to Paris on 2 Jan 2023 departing Geneva at 12:29 arriving Paris 15:45.  When I try to book the reservation on the Eurail reservation web site the first issue is it only give me an option to book 2nd class (rather than first class), and then when choose to select 2nd class i get an error message:“One of the legs of your journey is not available anymore. Please try searching for another connection” and also “ Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart.”Is there a better website to book this reservation on or is there an issue with this particular train?Thanks for helping! 

Final question! I’ve just gone to print my oebb seat reservation tickets, I booked two seat reservations, but oebb is only giving me 1 ticket, and it doesnt even have my name on it - it has my partners. it has two seats on it though, and 2 passholders. im just super stressed i dont have a ticket! is this normal for oebb?

I cannot find train timetable from 11December onwards for all routing in Europe. Can you please suggest ?

I want to book a train on Boxing day (26 december). The eurail planner shows many options, however, when I check the timetable of UK train companies, all of them do not offer trains on boxing day. Someone could help to understand that ? There is a risk that the trains in the eurail planner aren't going to depart on boxing day ?

Hi everyone, I have been trying for weeks to book tickets from Zermatt to Venice in December and there was at first no train timetable available yet (even though the days surrounding it were available), and now the times are available I cannot reserve seats through the website no matter what time or route I try to enter. Is anyone else experiencing this or can tell me what to do? Thanks!

I am right now on the DB IC train from Zurich to Amsterdam. I activated the ticket before boarding the train at 22:00, and the qr code shows correctly.At 01:55 the next day, the DB ticket control took place on the train. My qrcode disappeared because it’s already the next day after midnight. And obviously the ticket control need the qrcode, not my pass for validation.At this point I see no options to recover the qrcode unless re-generating a qr-code on the railplanner app. But this will cost me another travel day.What should I do under such circumstances? 

Hellomy husband and I are both over 60 and want to use the trains to travel fromBristol to Kitzbuhel in Austria. We think London to Paris and overnight stay then on to Munich the next day and overnight stay then on to Austria. We will do a similar pattern on return. We ain to travel in about 10 days. Do we need Eurail pass after Brexit. any advice or suggestions will be received. We don’t even know which pass we need.  Will we be too late to get train reservations. We fancied an adventure to visit friends instead of putting up with airports.  Thank you in advance

 I am using the Eurail website.Other non-European countries are listed in their country of residence, but only Korea is not listed in the country of residence.

Hi,  I am planning on doing a 3-month interrail trip in September and I’m taking a few night trains. However, i only want to book single sleepers, I don’t want to share. Is it necessary to buy a 1st class interrail pass? or will the 2nd class suffice?  Thanks!

I am trying to book 3 bed sleeper on EC 462 from Wien hbf to Stuttgart Hbf on 13 Dec on Eurail site but there is no option to select sleeper and only seats. Can you advise? 

There's no Republic of Korea in the country of residence selection box

On 17th Nov, my friend bought 2x passes for us. Payment has been taken from her bank account, however there has been no confirmation email or any indication that the passes were actually purchased. Does it normally take several days for the passes to be emailed or is there an issue? Please help
