Get ready to travel

Hello, I had bought 2 passes and am unable to travel sitee to personal reasons. I went ahead and requested refund but even though both passes had been deactivated, I only got refund for the one pass that was listed. Can someone help? 

Hi!I am going to travel from Sweden to Germany and the UK in December-January. It seems like an Interrail pass will provide more flexibility and less costs than booking with the separate train lines, but I have a few concerns regarding this. First, I would still have to book seat reservations to be sure to be allowed on the train (in most cases, especially from Germany to the UK?) Second, seat reservation tickets for UK trains will be posted per mail which means I cannot be spontaneous about the exact date, and I have to book and receive these tickets before I leave for Germany? This seems to make it rather inflexible. (And I read about a nightmare scenario where one customer had to buy a full price UK Eurostar ticket despite having an Interrail pass!) Then a few other questions. Can I expect discounts on most regional buses? Would I need to buy a completely new pass / separate tickets if I notice that the period of time / number of travel days won't be enough? Hi, I want to take a trip to Austria form the end of December to the start of January. So, I was thinking of taking the interrail 7-day global pass. From the terms and conditions, it is noted that the Interrail Global Pass is valid in your country of residence for one outward journey and one return journey which you can make at any time during your travel days. So I wanted to know if the pass is also valid for travel to several cities in Austria.Thanks in advance for your information.Charlotte SAGNARD

ÖBB have today published their new Timetable from 11 December 2022 to 09 December 2023.For the moment I found this new things:Nightjet services Vienna/Munich to Milan will go till Genova. Nightjet Munich-Venice and Euronight Munich-Budapest will start in Stuttgart. Same for EN to Zagreb and Rijeka.Euronight Zürich-Prague one train like this year via Salzburg and Linz and the other new service via Leipzig and Dresden.Nightjet Zürich-Hamburg/Berlin run not more together, but at different times.  

Hi everyone, I'm planning to take the nightjet munich-Venice on 12th December, but the site says "booking not available". Do you know when the 2023 schedule will be complete? 

I just wanted to pay the tickets with my credit card, I filled all the forms and my credit card number, but when I clicked the button, all thing just restarted, and it had me to refill the credit card number again. Now, I’m worry about whether I should fill the credit card number again. I’m afraid that I have to the pay double tickets.

Hello, we bought an Interrail ticket plus for our son Joris in July. He was supposed to use it for a language study trip to England. Unfortunately, the interrail accounts on all possible trains were already fully booked, which is why he could not travel by train. We would therefore like to have the ticket refunded. As a precaution, we bought the plus version, but when you log on to their site and try to return the ticket, it always says: You currently have no orders eligible for a refund. Besides, any orders cannot be found in the account information.. I bought an Austria Eurail Pass and I intend to take the train EC564 leaving from Vienna to Salzburg. It is displayed as conditions apply and I am not sure what that means.This is my first trip with a Eurail pass. Can anyone tell me? Thank you.  

I have a mobile Eurail pass that includes free travel for my 2 kids (age 8 and 10).How do I add them as travelers to my pass so I can make a seat reservation for all 3 of us?I figured out how to do it for myself only.

As on https://www.drehscheibe-online.de/foren/read.php?030,10260330 a woman who’s working for SBB reports, they will sell only the digital interrail pass from 01.01.23.People who want a paper pass, will be forced to order it (and not get it anymore immediately at the station!) and pay extra fees for this.Is this going to be the same in whole Europe or is only SBB starting to do it like this?

Can I use Eurail Global pass with any hop on hop off

Hi,I recently purchased a 5 day in 1 month Eurail Global pass for my family. As I was planning for my trip, I noticed that the date of birth was off by one day for all travellers on my Eurail.com website account under the “Trips and travelers” section  for “Upcoming trips”. When I checked my Mobile Pass on the Planner App under “My Pass”,  the date of birth for all travellers was correct. I like to make sure that all the information on the website account is aligned with the Mobile pass on the Planner app.Should I be concerned about this and how do I get this fixed without messing up the info on the mobile pass version? Thank You!

Hi!Me and my friend bought two Global Pass (mobile pass) and each activated them on their device. Tomorrow, 1st August will be our first day of travel. A few days ago I activated my Global Pass on IPad, subsequently I deactivated my pass and I reactivated it on my friend’s device who duplicated his trip and linked my pass to it. I would like to know if everything is ok and if the pass will work correctly.Thanks

We are trying to reserve a sleeper train online but at the checkout, it marks it as seat. Is there any way to confirm these are indeed sleeper trains? 

Can I get a pass from oslo to bergen then to flam then to trondheim then back to oslo ?

I just bought may urail pass for 5 days and I want to make sure it is not activated yet. I am not going to Europe until march 2023. I am trying to make sure that the eurail pass I just bought is no activated yet.
