My phone broke a few days ago and want to transfer my car how exactly do I do this? Or more specifically who should I contact?
We will be visiting our daughter who is studying abroad. My husband and I bought global passes and are trying to get from Lisbon to Madrid on December 13. However, I am never able to see any trains scheduled after December 10. Why is that? This is stressing me out, as I like to have my plans in place. Thanks for a response.
After reading many posts from newbies asking whether a Gkobal Pass was cost effective I put my mind to my experience this year with a First Class senior 10 day in 2 months GP.As a numbers nerd I wondered how my travels had worked out, so I did a worked example based on the same trains but about a month from now and with a pass bought today. Choosing a midweek day (Wed 14 Dec) I did a small spreadsheet of individual journeys and first class saver (No flexibility), first class advance flexible, same for second class, and pass at todays prices and reservations. The details are below but simply put:Pass costs (First Class sen and reservations - at todays prices) 581 euro.Lowest cost saver tickets - 1050 euro Pre-paid flexible tickets - 1726 euro So savings were at least 470 euro pp but against flexible tickets the saving was over 1000 euros. For those wishing to analyse further here are the workings:All prices are from normal operator sites. The Trip involved these travel days and their prep
I currently reside in the USA (Texas), I have a Texas Drivers License but I have a UK passport not a US passport. Looking to travel throughout Europe this holiday season and came across the Eurail Global Pass. Would I be able to use the Eurail Global Pass given that I live in the USA, but have a UK passport?
Dear Eurail,Is there a way to choose a specific seat I want to sit in when I book a seat. If so, is there a tutorial on how to?ps: I'm taking the IC Berlin (Amsterdam-Berlin)Thanks in advance!
My partner just bought to Reservations for them and myself but we didn’t get an email confirming it or any tickets sent. We did book them while overseas.would there be a delay or is this a problem that needs to be fixed.
My partner and I have booked separate passes (both passes are the exact same Global pass) the passes have not yet been activated but we both have put in the date we wish for them to be activated. Question: We want to book reservations for the train but are unsure if we will be together as we cant book specific seating. Is there a way to guarantee we will be sitting together?
Hi There,Hi have a couple of questions related to adding passes to a trip and make reservation for 2 people:Can I add two passes on my phone for reservation purposes? Can the second traveler add it to his phone in order to “activate” it at a later stage? Can I make reservation for 2 travelers with my phone indicating second traveler informations and if needed pass number? Will this be reflected on his phone when he connect his pass to our trip? Is it mandatory for the second traveler to make his own account to use the pass? For the time being this is all and I thank in advance people available to answer the above.Kind regards,GigiP.S. As I will have additional questions moving forward should I use the conversation option rather than the question one?
Hello! First time using Eurail and traveling between UK and Europe next year and have been watching many Youtube videos and reading posts but I still want to make sure I have everything planned correctly. I am having a little trouble making sure I am doing it right since some of the journeys are not showing up past December 10th, 2022 on the app. My itinerary is as follows: My partner and I have 2 global 7 day 1 month mobile passes.First trip: March 31 2023 London St. St Pancras - UtrechtI have purchased 2 reservations for St Pancras- Rotterdam already, but my question is when the train schedules become available on the Eurail app, I just add the journey to my pass from St Pancras to Rotterdam and then add a journey from Rotterdam to Utrecht? Is that all I need to show when I go to board? Do I just show my ticket on the Eurostar app and my Eurail mobile pass to board? Second trip: Nightjet sleeper train from Amsterdam - Basel (I bought these tickets separately since I couldn’t find any
I bought mobile pass and switched my first name and last name. For example, my name is Jenny Kim but I wrote ‘Kim’ in first name and ‘Jenny’ in last name. That doesn’t match my passport nameIs this a critical problem?I sent an e-mail to the customer service team but they didn’t answerPlease help me

Hi all,I’m trying to book two nightjets without luck and I can’t find anything, I was wondering if they have sold out?Milan to Vienna on the 26th of DecemberVienna to Amsterdam on the 29th or 30th of December Thanks
Can anybody tell me which seating plan to look at for the ICE 9573 Paris Est to Karlsruhe at 10:55 on 24th Nov. Seats allocated through Interrail were not suitable as they were seating us one behind the other. I took Brendan's advice and telephoned SNCF. The lady was very helpful and changed the seats. However, I think I'm still in the same position. The seats are in first class in carriage 28 seats 71&72. I think the original seats were same carriage 41&42. As far as I can see they are in a single row or in a compartment for 6 by a corridor. Any help would be appreciated.
Since many of our train reservations must be made on individual train systems websites in each different country, there doesn’t seem to be a provision on their sites to include the Eurail pass and adjust the ticket cost. Does this mean we have to physically go to a station or ticket office to get the correct price on tickets?
Hi, I am planning a trip from Copenhagen to Abisko, sweden and then on to Oslo from 17 December 2022. But the timetable is only available up to 10 December. When will it be updated? Does the train schedule stays the same from week to week?
Me and my friends are struggling to find ANY trains available to take us from London to Brussels on the 17th December. Will more become available? or are there other good options of transport?Thank you!
Can I use my Inter-rail on Elisabeth Line in London? And can I use it in all the metros? Thanks
Hello together :)I’d have the following question:With a Switzerland Intervall Pass (a One Country Pass) of 4 days within 30 days, may I use the benefits (for example 50 % discount on Pilatusbahn, Vierwaldstättersee, Glacier Express, …) on only the 4 days I’ve chosen to travel or on each of the 30 days?Or are there differences between the type of benefit? For example that I could use the benefit for the Pilatusbahn whenever I want in the 30 days, but that I can only use the benefit for the Glacier express on one of the 4 days I’ve chosen?Thank you so much!David
Planned a 3 day trip from Sheffield (UK) to Frankfurt and back with a stop over in London. I am due to travel today and have just activated my pass only to be told that I have to leave the UK and return to the UK in single journeys.I have accidently used today as a travel day and I can’t undo it even though I have not travelled yet. Obviously I wish to pay for my Sheffield to London train separately and use the pass for London to Frankfurt. Eurail have no phone number so now I don’t know what to do. Any help appreciated! Many thanks,Gwilym
Hi,My friend and I are both planning on buying a eurail pass soon but we don’t know how we should go about buying them. I am French and he is Japanese but with a residency card from the U.K. since he is currently studying abroad there. I was wondering if he could still get an interrail eurail pass just like me since his visa in the U.K. will still be valid until late next year or if he should buy a eurail pass. Also, will there be any problem if we don’t buy the same pass, i.e. if he buys a eurail and I buy an Interrail: will we still be able to reserve seatings in the same train and next to each other etc. ?Thank you for you help,Safe travels :)Kykye
Not a major issue (!) but on the map of my journeys in the android app, some are coloured grey and some yellow. I've seen this on two separate trips now. Any reason for it?
Hello all! Would you like to share your experiences with me regarding interconnectivity in Europe? How well are different countries and cities connected? Have you had any trouble reaching certain destinations? Were the trains you wanted to take always available or not? I am working on a university project hand I would love to speak to someone who can tell me more about their experiences. What made you decide to take the train rather than some other form of transportation? What are obstacles you faced with the railway system in Europe? And what could be improved in order for you to have a more pleasant experience in the future? Please let me know if you would like to share your experience with me. We could chat or do a (video)call. I also speak Dutch and German if that is more convenient for you than English. Thank you! With kind regardsChiara Kok
Hi! We’re a family of 4 South Africans planning to travel through Europe in December 2022. We have an itinerary planned, but have never been to these countries, or even used the trains. (We currently live in Brunei where we don’t even have trains). Our itinerary looks like this: Barcelona 5 Dec, Marseille 8 Dec, Milan 9 Dec, Rome 12 Dec, Venice 15 Dec, Munich 16 Dec, Prague 18 Dec, Berlin 21 Dec, Copenhagen 23 Dec.My son is in year 13 doing his IB, and will, of course be writing his mocks in the second week of January, which means it will not be all fun and games for him, he’ll have to use the train rides to study a bit as well. I want to buy the global passes - my husband is 60, my daughter is 11 and my son is 17, and from what I have seen so far, the 10 day global pass will make it more affordable. My questions are:1. Should I go for first class or second class? 2. Am I correct to think that I buy the passes now, then book and pay for the trains that I want for the 8 days of travell
I am planning to travel from germany to Barcelona, Spain with my dog. I have already checked, that dogs are allowed in the TGV trains. And you need a halfprice ticket for the dog.My question is: what kind of interrail ticket do I have to buy for the dog? a kids ticket?
