Get ready to travel

Hello, I need an advice. I have an Interrail Global Pass for 4 days in a month and traveled from my hometown in Germany to Spain on October 26th/27th. I want return via Paris and Basel on the 3rd/4th November. Now the App tells me: “Apparently you have used all your trips abroad/country of resicence. You have to buy a separate ticket.” Why? What can I do?

Hiwe are a small family of two adults and a 2 year old child, we would like to buy global passes and include a free child pass to be sure we can reserve a seat for our child on the high speed lines. But on the site, I can't select or enter the nomber of child pass after take our adult passes. Anyone have the solution ?Tks 

Can you enter new trips or change trips along the way? For instance, when you want to stay shorter or longer in a city?

How to get from Milan to Tasch?  Will the Eurail Pass also pay for the daily trips into Zermatt from Tasch?

Another appendix to the reservations thread, detailing why cd.cz has become my favourite place to buy seat reservations for central Europe; This really helped me out today when I realised that track works meant the 9-minute change at Ostrava that I had booked wasn’t going to be feasible; unlike at either bahn.com or oebb.at, many (or perhaps even all) reservation-only bookings at ČD are fully refundable.As well as domestic trains, you can also book most trains in all of Czechia’s neighbouring countries, generally priced at 75Kč each. This is only €0.07 more than at oebb.at, and is usually* quite a bit cheaper than at bahn.com.Now of course, €3.07 on a train cancellation won’t be the biggest saving you’ve ever made, but it also frees up the seat for someone else to buy; so it’s considerate and ecological too. Another thing I really like about booking through ČD is that it’s possible to select specific seats even for foreign trains, by typing in the carriage and seat numbers. My trip has a transfer in Frankfurt and I am arriving at Frankfurt (M) Flughafen Regionalbf. From there I am making a 15 minute transfer to Frankfurt (M) Flughafen Fernbf. QUESTION... 1) Are these two the same train station? 2) What are the physical addresses to both these stations?Thank you in advance 

I booked several reservations worth 72€ yesterday and got a confirmation email. The money already left my account, however, I am unable to access the e-tickets for the reservations. The reservation overview view says “You currently have no reservations”. Does anyone know what the issue could be or whether I can get my money back? Since the first train is tomorrow lunch, I’d really appreciate a fast reply

How do I get the incorrect birthday’s updated to reflect the correct dates.  Why does the system adjust it and change it even though I selected the correct day? Thank you for your help.

I bought the interrail global pass for 3 months and I am not an EU citizens but I have residence permit in the NL, I do understand how the inbound and outbound journey but how can I avoid this since I am going back and forth to NL since I don't want to pay extra for that. Do you have any suggestions? 

Hi, I bought Interrail tickets for my mother and me since she'll visit me in Germany in March and afterward we'd like to travel through Europe together.I'm studying in Germany and have a residence permit as a student so, I use my ID and information to buy the ticket. However, I just saw that we both have Germany as a place of Residence in the pass. My mother is not an EU citizen nor does she have a residence in Germany.Is this going to be a problem? and is it possible for me to do anything about it?

I’m planning to travel between France, Italy and Austria with a family of 3 - 2 adults and 1 child 10 years old. We are looking to sleep comfortably on sleeper with 3 beds. Should we choose 1st class flexi eurail pass or 2nd class? 

Hi,I made a reservation for a train from Nimes to Barcelona on November 20 but was not given the option to opt-out of paper ticket delivery.I provided the address and contact information of my Airbnb host but just received word that he won’t be able to sign for my package upon its delivery. I unfortunately won't be arriving in Monte Carlo until November 18- two days before my scheduled departure on the above train.Given that I've purchased a Eurail mobile pass, can I obtain an electronic version of my seat reservation? I don’t have an address of my own to provide because I’m currently backpacking. I’ve tried getting touch with Eurail customer service via email and visited a help desk in Vienna but no one has been able to help; I’m getting anxious.

Hello I made a réservation for seats for a Milano Genova. I paid but nothing happened. I thought i made a mistake, triés again, paid and still nothing, i didn't get any confirmation email. Whhat will happen if i just take thé train ?

Hallo zusammen,ich habe eine Reise geplant die mit dem Nightjet über Offenburg nach Paris geht. Das Problem ist jetzt, dass ich laut App die Rückfahrt nicht hinzufügen kann, da diese schon durch die Hinreise die ja über Nacht an 2 Tagen im Heimatland stattfindet, verbraucht ist. Ich möchte natürlich sehr ungern noch ein Interraillticket kaufen..Kann mir jemand da weiterhelfen oder weiß eine Lösung?  liebe Grüße Miriam 

Hello everyone! It's my first time to do an Interrail and I'm a little confused. I need help and hope that someone can help me. I checked the FAQ in the Rail planner app and I found out that it's not possible to go in a first class train if I have a second class Pass. First of all, I had problems to find trains that go to Stockholm or Norway in the interrail website, so at the end I booked a train ticket in the site "www.sj.se". I decided to book a first class ticket because I thought that this was possible, but reading that news now I believe that I made a mistake. Is this true? Please help and thank you in advance.

I have bought two passes (for me and a friend) on one interrail account. Do you need to link these accounts to make seat reservations together, if so how? Is it better to have the tickets on the same or separate devices?

How we do our seat reservations and charges ? a. 22/12 from Amsterdam to London b.26/12 from London to Brussels c.29/12 from Brussels to Paris d.1/12 from Paris to Colmar  ( French ) e.4/1 from Colmar to Grindewald f. 7/1 from Grindlewald to Paris 4. I am currently planning to use my one remaining inbound/outbound travel day of my mobile Global Pass in the night from thursday to friday this week to travel from Venice to my country of residence Germany.Now I discovered that the available trains have really bad timing: I need to change trains in Munich towards northern Baden-Württemberg and my options are either:Arrive in Munich Hbf from Verona at 22:42 on November 3rd with ECB80 (would require one inbound day on November 3rd).Leave Munich Hbf at 0:01 with the ICE618, for which I can no longer use the inbound day, because it’s already November 4th, so I would need to buy a full price ticket.Or:Arrive in Munich Ost from Salzburg at 0:01 with the NJ468 (would require one inbound day on November 3rd).Then I would need to continue with S-Bahn and ICE, for which I can’t use the inbound day. I’m currently planning to use the first option and purchase a full-price ICE ticket for the rest of my journey in Germany after arriving in Munich.But

Trying to reserve from AMSTERDAM CENTRAAL (Netherlands) to ANVERS-CENTRAL (Belgium) and it won’t let me. Do I have to do multiple booking one go for it to work or? I notice that later dates won’t populate so I am booking it one by one instead of one go, is this an issue? It doesn’t make sense for me to wait for my full trip to populate train rides and they book it in one go.The experience of trying to use the App hasn’t been great either. There isn’t a notification to tell you that train rides are now available, I have to go to the app each day to check and now that I can see the trains available I can’t make a reservation.

I bought a 5 days first class Flexible Eurail Global Pass  via Rail Europe about 7days ago.I was trying to buy eurail intercity tickets after seat reservation ,In my cart , your company ask to me pay 66.64 US dollar But I can't pay that because of your system stopping at " continue to traveler's detail-At this time how can i pay for your seat reservation fees ? 

Hi currently study in UK(university) and I have EU passport and non-EU passport. And me and my friends who study in Spain want to travel Europe in 2023 summer. And I want to start my rail journey with my friend so I am thinking to fly to Spain and then start the journey. in that case should I get Eurail pass or Interrail pass. If it is Eurail, do I need to bring both passports in journey?
