Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to interrupt my trip and used both my inbound/outbound travel days to The Netherlands.When I want to resume my trip from my home country, I can use my Dutch subscription until the border. However, how does it work with Interrail? Can I use my pass starting at the border, or at the first station after the border? In other words: Do I need to buy a supplementary ticket from the last Dutch station to the first non-Dutch station? Or do the two different train cards merge seamlessly?

Hi, my paper tickets for the journey from Montpellier to Madrid did not arrive in the mail. PostNL status indicates that delivery has failed on 21 Oct, after reaching a Switzerland sorting centre, with no further updates thereafter. I contacted swiss post which told me they do not have the location of the item, and I need to tell the sender to raise an enquiry with postNL.  I am waiting for a reply from postNL and Eurail on what to do next.  In the meantime, I was hoping to draw on the advise from the community on what to do. I travel in around 2 weeks time. Unfortunately It's only after facing such problems that I read many comments in the community warning about buying paper tickets. My questions are1. Should I request to cancel and refund my tickets, then quickly book a new one?2. If I book a new ticket, should I do it through eurail again and hope it goes through this time?3. Hello, I am an international student with a Dutch residence permit and a non-EU Pasport. I am thinking of buying a 3-months Global Pass. My questions are: 1. Can I buy the Eurail Pass (not Interrail) with my non-EU Pasport even if I have an EU residence permit? Or am I obligated to buy the Interrail Pass?2. I see that the Interrail pass has the Inbound/Outbound Journey Rule. Does this mean that I can only use the Interrail Pass for 2 days only in my residence country (but in those 2 days I am free to travel as much as I want in my residence country)? If this is true, after my 2 days are gone, does it mean I need to buy a ticket to neighboring-country's border and only then can use my interrail pass again?3. Can I use the Interrail if I travel outside Netherlands and then go back to Netherlands again (since I am a student and have classes) and, after a few days, travel abroad again or is this violated the Inbound/Outbound Rule since I will me using many days of travel in and out of the

Is it possible to go back and look at reservations made months ago.  I made a reservation that due to changes in train schedules no longer worked and I am filing an insurance claim for the amount of it and new reservations

Hi,I am currently trying to reserve 2 tickets between London and Lille for Wednesday. Once I have entered all information and payment details the page refreshes on the same page but no payment has processed and the reservations remain in the basket.I have tried multiple times and get the same result regardless of the time booked. I have also checked the Eurostar site to confirm that there are tickets available.Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated! Thank you!

Hello, I want to travel to Latvia and Estonia this year but no trainstations in those countries can be found in the rail planner app what do I do if I have a mobile pass ? Because I can not add any journeys in those countries

Hello everyone,I'm spontanously planning an Interrail-Trip beginning on Monday, 2nd August. I’m planning to visit Pilsen first and I would like to hopp on the train to Pilsen in Regensburg (Train-ID in the DB App ALX RE25 - departure 10:14). The train is provided by the Länderbahn GmbH which should be part of the Interrail network. However the railplanner App says, that this train is not part of the network. Is this a bug and is there a way, I can take this train?Best wishes

My husband and I will be travelling for 19 days in the Spring. How many days of a global pass do we need to do the complete trip by train? Do we use the pass for the trains within the cities as well as from country to country? Our tentative itinerary is:London to Paris  to Stuttgart to Vienna to Berlin to Copenhagen to Oslo Is this still 19 days of pass travel since we will be using inter country/city trains daily or 7? We have been getting conflicting info.

Went today to Montserrat. Please be aware that the they don’t give discount anymore for pass holders. We want to go skiing by train come february 18 tot 25 and want to book the TGV Inoui from Lille Europe to Aime La Plagne. We are a family of 4 from Belgium Will we be able to use the Interrail pass one country and also WHEN Will we be able to book?Thank you! 

My phone needed to be reset and although I backed up my phone the app has not retained the pass. I am in the middle of a trip how do I reset the pass....

I've confused about Eurail single country (France). It's writen that the pass allow to travel 2 days in 1 month. Is it flexible or consecutive? I plan to use the pass on 27 and 29 Dec.

Ich habe den Zug heute zurück ins Herkunftsland verpasst. Ich kann erst morgen einen nächsten Zug bekommen, weil alle Reservierungen ausverkauft sind. Kann ich die Rückfahrt ins Herkunftsland irgendwie auf morgen umbuchen? Stornieren kann ich die Karte von heute nicht mehr. Ich habe aber noch zwei Reisetag übrig. 

I know from Searching on here there is no train Patra to Athens.  I know you have to take a bus that is covered by Eurail to Kiato and then the train from there.  My question is about the reservation on the bus.  I can’t seem to make that online.  There is 4 of us looking to go on the morning of Nov 3rd.  Anyone know how I make a reservation for this?

I bought a global pass and we have changed our plans and will no longer be taking train travel between countries. I wanted to get them refunded but I’m not able to have the option to refund them on the app or the desktop website. I’ve tried to activate the password on mobile app but it won’t let me enter passport number. I’m running out of ideas to show my pass on my account so I can get it refunded. Please help!!

Hello,I would like to travel between Lyon (France) and Bodo (Norway) with a 4 days pass for 1 month (185€).The trip we were thinking is the following: - Lyon - Copenhagen : 21h30 of trip, leaving one day and arriving the next (2 days of pass taken into account or only 1 ? because the journey is less than 24h)- Copenhagen - Oslo : 8h30 of trip, on one day (1 day pass)- Oslo - Bodo : 19h of trip, leaving one day and arriving the next (2 days of pass taken into account or only 1 ? because the journey is less than 24h). Also, the first and second train leave both on the same date (but the second arrive the next day in the end).So the question is: does the 4 day pass over a month work?Thanks for your help !

Hello. One question. I want to buy a pass online to use it on my mobile.  What happens if I buy the pass and when I arrive in a country I don't have an internet connection?  Can I use the pass offline?  Can my pass be viewed validly?  Thank you very much.

I am preparing myself for travel across Spain to Portugal in the busy Christmas period by looking at the RENFE and Rail Europe apps to judge ticket availability, particularly on the San Sebastian - Madrid route. Just as an example, yesterday RENFE was showing ALL trains for TODAY as FULL whereas Rail Europe was showing availability on ALL trains. Same goes now for tomorrow’s 9.02am train.This baffles me - but the key question is what would the ticket office in San Sebastian be showing now? Would they have a reservation to sell me because in fact the Rail Europe app is showing a truer position than Renfe?Thanks, Scott

Is a Eurail pass still available in a paper form?  I do not want a “Mobile” version of a rail pass as my phone will not work in Europe. I do not want to go to the expense and bother to get a phone that would work or to alter my current phone.

Me and my girlfriend are going from Sweden to Italy, with one train change in Münich, Germany. There we need to take an S-train from Münich HBF to Ost, which should be included in our Interrail cards. My question is: do I need to book a seating ticket for this train, or can we just hop on the train with our interrailcards, without any other tickets?

We wanted to book the train from Paris to Strasbourg on December 22nd at 10.51 but its already sold out 😒 Can you still book at the station on the day ??
