HalloMein Name ist Rampi, Ich reise nächsten April 2023 mit dem Interrail Global Pass 3 Tage nach Paris 4 Tage London 4 Tage Brüssel und 4 Tage München start ist in Basel. Ich habe versucht gestern bei der SBB nur einen Sitzplatz zu reservieren für den Eurostar von Paris nach London am 17.4.2023 und die Strecke London-Brüssel am 21.4 aber er hatte kein Suchergebnis das gleiche auch auf der Interrail Webseite . Meine FrageIst es weil der Fahrplan von Eurostar noch nicht draussen ist oder weil alles schon ausgebucht ist obwohl erst 6 Monate vor Reise gebucht werden kann das alles ausgebucht ist nur Sitzplaätze?| Könnt ihr mir Links geben wo ich nur Sitzplätze reservieren kann bsp bei Eurostar direkt?Kann man bei Eurostar auswählen ob man 2eir Plätze oder 4 Plätze möchte ? Geht das auch am Schalter von SBB Sncf ?Ich hoffe jemand kann mir eine Antwort geben 

As the trip around Balkans is not factible, my friends and me are looking for a new route.We have thought about going:Venice-MunichMunich-VienaViena-LiublianaLiubliana-Zagreb and back home. But we don´t know exactly if there is a good comunication between Viena-Liubliana or Italy-Munich. We try to search for the itinerary of the trains but we don’t find nothing. I suppose that it can be because we are planning the trip for next summer.If someone could help me, I would be so pleased. Thank you!

Hi All, urgent help will be appreciated!I will be visiting Munich for 3 days next week in an exhibition and staying at my cousins place in Nurnberg. Will this trip Nurnberg to munich in morning & Munich to Nurnberg in the evening possible everyday for 3 days with Eurail German trail pass of 3 days? Please help! thanks 

Hi, this is my first time with Interrail. i just turned 29 and wrongly booked a youth ticket. It was not very clear on the booking site and I just saw it after confirmation. My question is, how strict is age control in your opinion? I am planning to travel through Germany, Austria and Italy. however, I am student with valid certificate. Will that be of any interest?thanks for helping!

Dear community,I have accidentally selected interrail instead of eurail pass. I was unaware of the inbound/outbound limitation.I'm now unable to return to Germany using my interrail pass. I stuck at Basel Sbb at the moment.I'm eligible for eurail pass, as I'm not a European citizen but only a temporary resident.Could you please tell me how to change my interrail to eurail pass as soon as possible?-Adi

I need to make Spanish reservations by phone tomorrow (= less than 72 hrs before I arrive in Spain), using the number given on this site.Can anyone tell me, do they have to email you the reservation number(s), or do they just read them out to you over the phone? My Spanish is OK, but I can see I might have problems either writing down “ERRE… CHOTA… THERO...” etc, or else spelling out my email address in the same way!Thanks for any info - it doesn’t seem to be explained on the Spain reservations instructions page. 

Hello,I’m looking to book a Nightjet train between Salzburg and Paris beginning of January for already several weeks but tickets are not available. I suppose the booking is not yet open.But when I look to other dates (in October, November...) or to other fares (Wien-Berlin, Wien-Amsterdam or Zürich-Ljubljana for example), Nightjet tickets are not available as well.Is there right now any problem with the Nightjet trains booking ?I’ve booked a train ticket one month ago between Zürich and Ljubljana for end of December without any problem, but now, nothing works for several days. Does anybody know why ?Thanks

Sometimes Show Ticket is unavailable (dimmed) for considerable periods of time. This can be a very serious problem if there is a ticket control when this happens. Sometimes it can be fixed by exiting and reentering Travel Planner. There will then be a message that tickets are ‘updating’. This is not good enough as it can cause financial problems. Somebody needs to fix this.Kris.

I have both mine and my husbands interrail passes on my phone. I have entered my IDcard number and I can see it on details but there is nowhere to enter my husbands IDcard number. How do I do it?/Meta

If I purchase a first class Global Interrail Pass can I travel first class on the outward (Manchester to St Pancras via Euston) and on to Paris by Eurostar? The same question for the inbound leg.

Bonjour, Une amie et moi sommes censé partir en tchèquie hors lors de la commande de notre pass nous nous sommes trompées et avons payé un pass pour pays hors nous avons besoin d'un pass global pour pouvoir prendre le train dans chaque pays jusqu'à notre destination.est ce possible de changer un pass interail pays en pass global ? Devons nous payer un pass global et faire une réclamation par la suite pour pouvoir modifier notre pass actuel ? Merci d'avance

Hi,I’m trying to book 2 seats with our youth passes on 23 Oct, it’s a Sunday. We need to go from Stockholm Central station to Kobenhavn. Every time I try to book our seat reservation it says it’s available, and then all of the sudden when I go to process payment it says a leg of my trip cannot be booked. I already booked my train on the way there (on Friday 21 Oct) and I don’t now what to do as we have work Monday. Any help would be appreciated.

The planner has not been updated with rail schedule beyond 10 Dec 22. Anyone has an idea when it will be available?

Hi, Pls help. I can find the available ticket on the carrier website, but cannot find the schedule available in rail planner app. How to proceed with seat reservation? I changed my mobile eurail pass, do i lose the reservation i made with the old pass?

Hi all,  Our family is going to be travelling on the eurostar and tgv on two separate trips in December and January. I love the idea of the eurail pass but I can't find reservations for the journeys I need through the site. When I go to make a reservation through eurostar it is obviously much more expensive.  I would like to purchase a pass but only if I can see the reservation I require before I purchase.  Any advice / further info?  ThanksDan

The following is a reply to @Angelo‘s post at the bottom of the thread, which it took a great deal of mental strength for me to copy/paste elsewhere and thus preserve the sanctity and cleanliness of that most vital resource 😅I suspect a fair few people would already have known about this development, but it needs to be heard loudly enough that as few 1st class passholders as possible find themselves disappointed; particularly given that this information hasn’t been updated on all parts of the Interrail website (https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/reservations/reservation-fees/international-train-reservation-fees).---Definitely not topical (*sorry!*), but I have to say for the sake of consumer advice, that I’m glad now this booking fell through, because I then tried to book via Thalys’ own call centre. I found out that they have now stealthily removed the quota system that allowed a certain number of 1st class passholders into the excellent Premium class (with Paris & Brusse

Today I arrived in Madrid with the plan to continue on an ALVIA train to Santiago de Compostela tomorrow. I had called Renfe to make a pre-reservation by phone yesterday, and today, at the station in Madrid, I wanted to pay for and pick up my reservation.  Unfortunately I ran into a problem. The Renfe officer at the counter could find my reservation alright (using the reservation number starting with L followed by numbers). But since the reservation was on Elige Confort (apparently equivalent to first class on this train) and I have a second class Interrail pass, he said there was no way I could use this reservation. There was apparently also no way for me to pay a surcharge to the ticket. This was possible for me on my Renfe-SNCF ride from. Marseille to Madrid (there were only first class tickets left but I was happy to pay extra to get on the train).My question is, if its really not possible to buy a first class ticket on a Renfe ALVIA train when there are no other tickets left and I

Hi I bought a 4 day pass, but now realise I need 5 travel days. I bought plus with my pass so I could refund. How can I get this refund? Im leaving on thursday so thought I would buy a new pass and refund the 4 day one. Does this seem sensible?? thanks! xx
