Enviastehello, i have a student visa from czech republic and i wanted to check if that counts as a resident so i can buy the Interrail pass. 

I'm in the train and the conducteur said I needed a reservation. In the app nothing was said about a reservation (not required or recommended) what do I need to do? 

En la app de Eurail, cuando busco trayectos para hacer, en algunos casos no figura reserva requerida pero sí aparece la leyenda "se aplican condiciones". Qué significa esto? Qué condiciones son necesarias para tomar ese tren? Gracias. 

hi everyone,I desperately need to reserve a seat on this connection between Avignon and Madrid on the 23rd of October. The checkout function does not allow me to purchase a ticket and calling the French and Spanish railway was no help either. They all advise me to just see if I can get a ticket at the station. Is there no way to make a seat reservation when you don't live in either France or Spain? Does anyone have tips or suggestions? It would be much appreciated!Best,Jesper.

Hello, I’m trying to book my frist day of travel with interrail. I’m quite late to book my train, but thats not the problem.I want to go from my hometown to Southamton England, but I can’t book any trains out of the country. For example:Lingen - Bruxells Midi: this connection is not possible even if all trains are free I cant bookBruxells Midi - London St. Pancras Intl: perfectly possible. Of course some fees, but no problem Also any other connection Starting in Germany is not possible to book. I’ve tried many. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance.

Hello! I don’t know where i can find the costumer service and how i can exchange my pass because i purchased a one land pass and i need a global pass. 

Good morning, during my interrail due to an elbow injury i had to replan the travel and i lost 2 day from my 7 days pass. I cannot contact the assistance so i ask if anyone have an email or if there is any admin that can contact me back.I have the medical report of the injury and i would ask if its possible to have a small repay of my pass, counting it as a 5 days pass rather than a 7 days one.Thanks for the patience, hoping to hear you soon.

Hello.I have just got Interrail passes for all the family to get to the UK at Christmas.  I want to book the Eurostar now, as I am worried that the limited tickets will disappear.  But I need a pass number.  I believe the pass number is shown on the paper passes, but not on the e-passes?  Which seems a bit silly!  I have sent a message asking eurail to confirm my pass numbers.  Today is Saturday.  When do you think they will respond?  Do you think I will have an answer by Monday??  Otherwise I may phone the 30 cents a minute B-europe booking line….Thank You!

Hola a todes. Tengo el pase en el celular y no quiero pagar servicio de roaming fuera de mi país.  Mi idea es conectarme todos los días en el hotel y reservar los viajes desde allí. Pero cuando suban al tren a controlar los tickets, ¿es posible mostrar una captura de pantalla o un ticket en pdf, estando sin conexión? Gracias. 

Good day to you all.I’m preparing to take a morning train from Berlin Hof to Celle, Germany. Let’s say between 7 AM and 9 AM. This would be in late October. I see ICE (InterCity Express) train leaving Berlin Hof. I take it this a high-speed or bullet train. I have the Mobile Global Pass. On Eurail.com, it says seat reservation is not required. I see 1st class seat is 8 Euros. 2nd class seat is also 8 Euros. Is there a need to buy a seat reservation? Or, it’s not expected to be busy at this time?I understand I can check how busy the train is on the bahn.com site but I’m having trouble finding where precisely it lists how busy the train is. I will be carrying hand-luggage with me, as well. I was hoping to store it in a luggage locker at the Celle station. Are there any luggage lockers at the Celle station which can store hand-luggage? Maybe this question should be moved to a new topic.Thank you for any help!

My wife and I are considering a night train from Venice to Bern (Lauterbrunnen). We are also considering an overnight from Geneva to Paris.Has anyone done this (sleeper car, first class seats, other)?Suggestions?  Are we going to be missing out on scenery or other as a result?

Railplanner app suggests going via Vidin, but there is only 27 min transfer time. Based on limited experience on Bulgarian Rail, this is too short a time for a 4hr plus journey. Has anyone any experience of this route connection？ Any alternative suggestions？thx

Enquiries below is what come across me when I plan my travel itinerary: Understood that using Eurail Global Pass, I can enjoy discount when purchase ticket to Jungfraujoch, Switzerland. Let’s say, I purchase Eurail Global Pass ( Flexi: 4 days in 1 month), I plan to use the pass on 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th of Jul.And I happen to buy ticket to Jungfraujoch on 3rd Jul via website. Here’s the thing curious me: by online purchase ticket, my global pass ticket is forced to activated on 3rd Jul?because if this is the case, my plan with 4 days Flexi Global Pass is not sufficient. Thanks.Wen Shui, Lee7th June 2022 

When I bought two mobile pass for us, we decide to entered our Passport number. We started the journey now but we took our personal ID Cards with us and not the passports. That means we travel now with wrong Passport Number in our mobile passes, one of the Danish Ttail member told us that and explained to us, that its not alloweded. We tried to fix it on the app, but the mobile app will not let me edit this to the correct passport number.We wrote to the Interrail Support yesterday but no conformation mail or something else is happend, what can i do further on? Is it possible to go further on with the trains if the number isnt correct or we get some issue with the train companies? We have our ID Cards but not the passport.  

Does my Interrail global pass work for regional trains in the UK? Hi, looking up reservations on the Thalys on the EURail site and saw that reservations were required but no sign that reservations weren’t available for passholders. I bought my family EU passes because we are taking the train for several days, and then went back to make the reservation, and it’s no longer available because they have allocated all their seats to passholders. If I had known I couldn’t get a reservation with the pass I would not have bought it! What can I do besides just request refund?I feel like this is a flaw on their reservations page-- if a reservation is not available for pass holders, they should list it on their route itineraries, even if a pass is not yet added to the account!  

There is a November 3 sleeper train leaving from Zurich to Vienna at 21:40 and arriving at 6:34 that looks to be completely sold out. Cannot even reserve a seat, let alone a sleeper, which is what I wanted.Is there a waiting queue for those who want a seat or sleeper reservation such that if a person possibly cancels a seat or sleeper reservation, I can come in as an alternate, akin to an alternate Olympian or a player coming off the bench? Or, this is basically a dead-end. Once it’s sold out, it’s done and just move on?I tried OBB, SBB, DB, etc. Nothing. I tried checking to see if I can a seat or sleeper reservation leaving from Vaduz, Lichtenstein to Vienna and that was sold out, too. It might be the same exact train and Vaduz is one stop along the path. I could be wrong.---In the meantime, I’m going to reserve 14:40 and 16:40 seat reservations from Zurich to Vienna. 15 Euro business class seats for a total of 30 Euros. I am planning to travel this from Domodossola to Locarno this week, with a Eurail first class.I know I can book a seat on the website. I looked and many trains for the day I want have none or just 1 or 2 seats available. The seat map show a mix of “reserved” and “not available.”Does anyone know if all seats are reserved? Or are only some reserved, so its still likely there will be free seats even if you can’t  / don’t reserve in advance?Thanks!

I am trying to plan my trip starting at December 22, but every platform, both the interrail site and app, give the notification that they dont have the train times for these dates yet. The times of the Thalys for example are already on their website but they are still missing on the Interrailwebsite. Does anyone know when these will be published? Or if you can just plan them with websites of the local trainsystem? Thanks!
