Is there anyway you can use this pass for the speed train from uk to Paris and back and also use it to visit other countries in Europe 

Hi all: I am catching this train tomorrow. I have seat reservation for number 2365. As you can see  in Strasbourgh I have a short transfer ( 10 minutes). My question is if I miss that train at 11:21 from strasbourg to Basel, am I able to add journey in rail planner for another train scheduled for the same day. I have global euro rail pass 7 days in a month. Secondly are there passport control on either Paris east station or Strasbourg? Shall I be at  station in Paris two hours before departure or if passport control is in strasbourg  

Hello, tomorrow I want to travel from Marseille St Charles to Madrid-Puerta De Atocha with Train RSC 9731.Because it was planned at short notice I went to the ticket office at the train station in Marseille. Unfortunately, it was not possible for me to reserve a seat for the train tomorrow. I could only buy a ticket with a seat but since I already have the Interrail ticket I only need a seat. Unfortunately, there is no way to book the seat reservation online or via the app. What am I doing wrong? What option do I have now? Best regards, Max

Hi, I want some information that relates to choosing my pass. Are regional trains, such as Naples to Rome or Brussels to Bruges, counted as travel days with the pass, and are regional trains free with the pass? Also, if so, is any other public transport included with the pass?Thanks in advance for any help

I live in Colombia, and I want to buy printed eurail pass (not Mobile), but its arriving date here is 25/11/2022 in Standard option, and I travel to Europe (Madrid Spain) on 14/11/2022.  The premium option doesn't apear.  I don't know what to do

Hello,I am trying to find a way to travel from Athens to Vienna during the Christmas season along with 3 kids (9,11,13). I don’t understand how the Interail planning system works. I am already stated in Athens what is my first destination, Athens or Vienna? I need to add travel days but I don’t know how much time each trip will take, I need to find this myself? Furthermore even though Greece is included in the pass Hellenic trains say on their site that trips to Sofia are not currently made. If I have a pass do I need to just find trips with seats to book on the days I need to travel? How will I book on the different train company sites without paying them? 

Hello, I am wondering why multiple routes leaving from Geneva are no longer showing up on the app or the website despite the routes still running (e.g. Geneva-Lyon mid-morning departures 9:30, 11:30, 12:25; all Geneva-Paris direct trains). I was able to see them a few weeks ago for the same dates in late October. How should we get seat reservations if the routes don’t show up on the timetable anymore? I also tried to look for seat reservations on travel.b-europe but Geneva is no longer an option.

I bought global mobile pass.And I know ‘avignon-Barcelona’ and ‘Barcelona-Paris’ need seat reservation, but the seat reservation tickets only deliver by post and I can’t receive the tickets.So i wondered if I go to the station to book those sections in person in mid-August, will there be enough seats? (Both ‘Avignon-Barcelona’ and ‘Barcelona-Paris’)

Hey,I looked everywhere for a specific answer but didn’t found anything so hopefully someone can help me :)I want to take an overnight connection from Vienna to Hanover on Sunday the 16.10.22 but I would need to change from an IC to an ICE at Nuernberg at exactly midnight, So the ICE departs at 00:17 AM on Monday. Do I need a new travelling day for that connection or does it still count as a “Nighttrain” and I can use this connection?Help would be highly appreciated

Hi all,I would like to travel from Geneva to Paris on Friday, October 7 and I have a reservation for the TGV 9770, leaving Geneva at 12:29. While the train is displayed regularly in the SNCF timetable, according to the DB timetable the TGV 9770 only leaves from Bellegarde (and not Geneva) between October 4 and October 9. A few days ago, the train was displayed regularly in the DB timetable as well.I am a bit worried about this because I have to catch a connection in Paris. Does anyone have any information whether the TGV will run from Geneva?Thanks a lot and best regards,amadeu

Hey Interrail Community! So as the title says there has been a sudden death in near family. This has caused us to end our travels immediately and take a plane home. Since this is a force majeure, could there be a possibilty for a partial refund? We have only traveled for 10 days out of two months, and only used 3 travel days, and it dosen’t seem like we’ll be going again any time soon. 

Can I activate my ticket at the station in the Czech Republic? And where is that station?

Can I just get on the train without any reservation?

I need to know where to catch the eurail at in London city. I also need to know if a reservation is needed, and how to know if the train is booked. I would also need to know how soon before travel does the ticket need to be bought.

good morning this is urgent and I believe it needs to be solved by the team.  I have written to them but no reply and cannot find a telephone number.  I bought an electronic pass on Friday I need to travel tomorrow starting with Eurostar.  the electronic pass number is not recognised by the seat reservation page at Eurostar.  

I am planning a trip from Italy.  I would like one of my destinations to be London, starting from Paris.  Do I need a passport for this transfer?

Hi!  I am stuck  in Porto, Portugal as the Interrail barcode does not show and the ticketoffice is refusing to reserve a  seat for med even though he can see I have a 3 months ticket till 20 november- but their direction from Interrail  is to only book/selll seat with the bar-code showing.  I have no idea why - however this hashappened  five times during this trip now!!!!! Why is my QR vide not showing!!!!????  And additionally he cannot change my digital Interrailticket to a paper one.  So I wonder what your solution is??? Can you fix the QR vide att once?  Or are you mailinglistan me a paperticlet express?  I have a 3 months ticket till 20 november. 

Can we use 2 global passes in 1 deviceI will travel to Europe with my mother, I plan to purchase eurail global pass 1 month for 2 persons. I’m not sure that can we add 2 passes into 1 mobile phone ? 1 pass for my mom and 1 pass for me. i would like all the passes activated on my iPhone as a key device. It would be easy for me to create trip, make a seat reservation and create ticket. 

Hii! In about a week I am in Norway. But I noticed that when I wanted to reserve seats, like on the train to Stavanger from Oslo, or Oslo to Bergen, it all needs a reservation delivered by post? I'm ofcourse not home... I am traveling since the first op september so how do I fix this?
