Hi, I bought train tickets for 1. Venezia to Firenze, 2. Firenze to Roma, 3. Roma to Wien, and 4. Amsterdam to London. I bought them yesterday and received your confirmation email containing only the tickets for the first three trips, I wondered if my last trip (Amsterdam to London) will be generated and sent to me today. I also tried to login into my Eurail account, all tickets except Amsterdam to London could be downloaded.

Hi, like everybody else, I have been having hard time finding a seat on any dates - it says prices unavailable and I should go to a ticketing office. What’s the chance of being able to secure a seat at a ticketing office at station? Is it more likely to secure than booking online? Also Do I have to buy at a full price then instead of pass holder price?I was planning to go to Paris then all the way down to Madrid with my global pass. I appreciate your advice!

Hello,I plan to travel tomorrow and have booked trains and seat reservations but have not activated my pass yet, thinking that it would be possible shortly before the trip.However, the eurail website and I assume the app’s servers are down (at least for me) and I can’t access my account on the website nor can I actually activate my pass in step 3 with my ID. When I enter my ID’s Document no. it gives me a pop-up saying “Something went wrong” and that I should try again or contact customer service.I did contact customer service, but they have not yet replied and I’m afraid I’ll be stuck with a deactive pass on the day of my travel. Please, help! I don’t know who to ask anymore as I couldn’t find a hotline or even an e-mail. Edit: I tried to re-install the rail planner app and can’t even add the pass again. It gives me the same error.

Hello, Which is the best website to book a night train seat reservation from Budapest to Ljubljana? I was checking CD website but I couldn't proceed further with the seat reservation.  

I plan to use a 3 month pass next year for several excursions to the mainland. One of them is to meet up with a cruise in Italy. We will be travelling over Easter so flights are high, and after all the issues this year with limited availability of Eurostar it is a risk that all reservations for Easter will disappear quickly, leaving me with a dilemma we have seen several times this summer.So I wondered what the cost  of buying a ticket would be when you buy ahead.I was amazed that not only were the prices for my target date already listed I could buy them. The cost of a journey from London to Brussels was only £52 in standard. Compared with the prices of E* reservations of £30 to £40 it .was a small premium to pay for the security of our journey.We will still use our pass to get to London and an onward from Brussels.A quick scan of returns to the UK show similarly priced trains also available..I have no doubt these prices will change (upwards) as we get into the next year

I am just mesmerized: I booked seats on a direct train COP-STOCK 19 Aug. A week ago an email: train was canceled. 'rebook' not available' so canceled and new booking: unbelievable but true: the initial booking had breakfast included, hence the high price. The new booking however obligés me to take a local train copenhagen-malmo and then high speed to stock: WAY higher price without any food: 354 SEK  Initial booking only had 286SEK ( 143sek per person) including breakfast. This train has no breakfast, and I didn't prebook any food, but have to pay way more.Customer service function in their app does not work. And worst of all: no English booking confirmation. I can cancel again off course. HiMe and my friend want to take the night train between Rome and Cefalu August 12th. We want to sleep in the same cabin. Do anyone know how and where you can book a seat reservation and make sure you are next to one another/in the same cabin. Every time we have booked our tickets until now we have ended up not sitting next to one another.  Thanks in advance 

Hi I'm trying to book seat reservations for 6 people from Lausanne to Paris at 9:45am on 11 August. I get to the last stage of checkout and get a red error message saying 'one of the legs of your journey could not be booked. This is the only journey in my cart. I've tried many times and just keep getting the same error. I don't understand as the website says seats are available? I also get the same problem if I try to book the train from Geneva or a train from Lausanne at a different time on the same day.Can anyone help?Thanks   

Hey I’m trying to book a reservation for Eurostar but it literally always shows up as booked out/ cant show prices which might be the case but I have literally checked so many trains and lots of different dates so I’m not sure here… does anyone know anything?And also do they check reservations a lot/ as in with check in or more sporadicaly?

Hello! I have an eurail pass for my family of 6 and now in the process of making the seat reservations required. I am having trouble booking the train from Torino to Roma Tiburtina (FR 9583) on August 15 2022. There is a “Prices temporarily unavailable” message and I can not make my reservation. What does it mean? Is it sold out? Is it too early? What can I do in this particular case?.The same happens in alternative routes for this day, and in most of our 5 days of plan trips during 1 month. Hallo zusammen, ich habe folgende Fragen:1. Eine Freundin von mir möchte mit dem One country Pass Frankreich fahren. Dabei muss sie in Offenburg starten und dann nach Paris fahren. Kann sie dann irgendwie von Deutschland aus nach Straßburg kommen? Nein oder? Sie muss dann ein extra Ticket kaufen? 2. Wir wollen dann zusammen von Paris nach Offenburg zusammen fahren. Wie können wir es so einrichten, dass wir zusammen im TGV nebeneinander sitzen. Wir brauchen eine Sitzplatzreservierung. Aber wir müssen beide Pässe auf unterschiedlichen Smartphones haben. Man kann anscheinend beim Sitzplatz Menü bei der passenden Webseite einen Pass hinzufügen. Aber unsicher, ob das die richtige weise ist dafür. 3. Ich möchte dann von Straßburg nach Offenburg fahren. Für die letzte Station vor der deutschen Grenze habe ich das Interrail Global Ticket und nach der Grenze ab der nächsten ersten deutschen Station das 9 Euro Ticket. Hello,I wanted yo know if reservations are required to travel form Sofia to Bucarest, in the web site is confusing.We are 4 friends that are planning to travel 26 august form Sofia to Bucarest, and we don’t know if we need reservations or if we can enter to the train with our pass.Also, I’ve read some opinions that say the train station in Sofia is a mess an it is difficult to know where you have to go or what train you have to take.If someone that has done this journey and can explain me how and answer me some questions I will be very grateful.  Lucia

I’ve tried several times now to book a reservation for a train from Hamburg to Copenhagen on 8th-9th August, leaving just before midnight and arriving just before 7am. The seat is showing up on the search results unlike fully booked seats on other trains where there’s a message that the price is unavailable. I can add the seat to my cart, but at the last page before payment I get an error message. Why can’t I book the seat? Is this a problem with the Interrail website or have all the seats been fully booked? Thank you if someone can help!  

Just for advice:We plan to travel from Nuremberg to Brussels 26 August 1st class. Although reservations are not compulsory I thought I would check availability on DBbahn. I was amazed that the journey was showing as high demand so decided to see how many seats available. The ICE from Nuremberg was already about 70% booked and the ICE from Frankfurt was about 80% booked and few pairs of seats available. 11.80 euros later we have reserved seats on both.Alternative later trains showed low demand so I guess it is only peak trains that may be full, but always worth checking.

HiI just exchanged my ticket. Are the seat reservations that I booked on the interrail site still valid or do I need to somehow change the pass numbers?TIAMartin

Hello ! I am trying to book a train from Sofia to Bucharest in September but the Interrail site says the seat reservations are unavailable. Do these reservations need to be booked on a separate website or in person at the station in Sofia?Also, if anybody has taken this train before do you have any advice on how much this reservation might cost? Thanks!

Bonjour, j’aimerais réserver une place pour le train entre Berlin et Poznan, le 19 août à 9h32.Sur le site interrail les réservations se font par courrier or je pars le 11 août donc c’est impossible. Est il possible de les faire en format E Billet sur un autre site. Sur le site polonais dans la rubrique interrail on ne peut que poser une question mais je ne trouve pas où faire ma réservation. Je me suis rendu en gare de Bordeaux en France et eux il n’avais accès que au tarif normal …Je devais passer 4 jours en PologneMerci d’avance pour votre aide

Hi.My interrail global pass is for 2nd class seats and we reserved our seat on multiple Trenitalia trains for 2nd class and our interrail email receipt says 2nd class under all the reservations but when we checked the tickets for the trains that we need to print out it says the service is 1° Business.When I looked on google it looks like business class is first class but our pass can only be used for 2nd class.What do we do can we still use the tickets??? 

To avoid difficulties obtaining the (expensive) reservation for the high-speed train, I was planning to travel to Barcelona using the regional Rodalies train from Portbou. Interrail passes are valid on these services, I read. Very concretely:Are there ticket gates at Portbou? There are definitely ticket gates in Barcelona. How easy is it to find staff to open these gates for Interrail pass users? Does anyone have experience with this?Thanks!

We made several reservations with the interrail tool. We indicated that we wanted second class seats (non-silence). The interrail system did make the reservations for us, however, most of them are in a silent compartment.This is not the biggest problem because two of our seats are actually business silenzio 1st class reservations. The order confirmation indicates we booked second class, but the actual reservations don't. I have contacted interrail two weeks ago but still don't have a reply.Does anybody have the same issue? How did they solve it?

Hello everyone,me and my friend are planning on travling from Vienna to Istanbul and would have to take the INT461 from VIDELE to ISTANBUL. Sadly, however, we are unable to make the reservation for the train in the Interrail app and we are wondering how one would go about making a reservation for this specific train.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
