My pass ends the 30.9.Can I board a night train the 30.9. at 23:00 in the evening and stay with my interrail pass on the night train until I leave the night train at 8 in the next morning (1.10.). ?

So I am planning a Trip trough France. While looking for tickets, I found this Interrail ticket, which promises cheap prices and flexible trains. So I decided for Interrail and ended up not buying the tickets upfront and directly. Not knowing what a pain in the a** this Interrail program is. I spend the hole last evening and the hole morning trying to figure out how to buy reservations for the TGV. They tell you to get the reservations up front, because they might be limited. But there is no way of checking for reservations without buying the pass. On Eurail you can't look for tickets until you have bought an Interrail pass. So I ended up buying the pass, and now there are no Reservations available at all. Every reservation has a different error message. What the heck? There is even an App that shows all the possible routes and the reservation prices. Which then don't exist?!Apparently, SNCB took the reservation system out of their Website. There are plenty of options on where to book

Does anyone know if the office at Bucuresti  can book the Sofia to Istanbul sleeper? I’m not sure if this office has access to the Bulgarian booking system but it might have as there is the summer couchette coach to Istanbul. It also seems that the International Office in Sofia is now closed on Sunday and Monday! 

What extra perks do you receive if you purchase a 1st class ticket?Is it worth doing ?are the seat reservation charges higher for a 1st class seat ?anyone done it ? is it worth having ?thank you

Hi all,I purchased the 15 continuous days pass on Mobile. I wanted to check the train times and availability but just as a simulation but ended up entering the start date for the 17th of September! I only realised this now but I only wanted to use it next year :( I just assumed we had 11 months and it would just activate once I used it. I don’t want to lose the entire pass because I was really looking forward to it. I haven’t used it at all except for entering the dates and now I only have 10 days left.  Can someone help me out? 

Hello,I have a global pass first class.I plan to do a day trip to vienna from Budapest so will be going from Hungary to Austria and coming back same day before 12 mid night - will this count as 1 travel day or 2? Similarly I am also planning a day trip from Brussels to Amsterdam so between Belgium and Netherlands - going in AM and coming back before mid night - will this count as 1 or 2 travel days? Pls guide - Thanks so much for your help!! Satbeer

Hello, I am planning to travel by night train from Sofia to Istanbul, but according to information from the Bulgarian Railways, buying tickets is only possible at the international ticket office of the train station. So, is there any possibility to buy the tickets in advance since I don't plan to stay in Sofia (in the morning I will arrive and leave for Istanbul in the afternoon), and I am afraid that the tickets will be sold out on the day of the trip? Thank you in advance,

Hey guys,I am currently on an interrail trip in Eastern Europe.When I saw fotos and descriptions of the Belgrad - Bar train I just fell in love with it and would now really like to go there.Unfortunately, according to DB and the Interrail App there is only a night train running on this route (I would like to go there on September, 26). Thus, I won’t be able to see much of the stunning landscapes. Do you know if the train connection departing at 7am in Belgrad has been stopped? Is there another way to experience this route during daylight? Thank you very much! 

Hello. I am travelling to Greece on Saturday 19th September and we will need to start using the ferries from Monday 21st September. I am trying to buy a 4-day pass. It says it won’t arrive however until the 26th September and there is no option for quicker delivery or for a mobile pass. What do I do?

Hello,  I am a British student living in Rotterdam for one year on an exchange programme. I would like to travel from Rotterdam to Paris for a weekend, then travel from Paris to London, then within the UK travel from London to Leeds on the same day (so Paris-London-Leeds), and then on the way back to Rotterdam travel from Durham to London then London to Rotterdam all in one day also.  Does anyone know if the global pass with 4 days travel a month will allow this? I really need help!

I try to add traveler to trip plan so I can make reservations, but the Eurail site does not “like” the number.  Cannot proceed.

Hello all! I am new to Eurail. I booked a ticket from Florence to Vienna on the Eurail site- one change-2 trains and paid the extra for the seat reservations and received an order number.But the order has not converted to a reservation. I can not find the reservation under my account nor did I receive an email confirming the trains and tickets I paid extra for--Any help is much appreciated.Thanks

Hii, I have a question, when I want to book a seat reservation for a night train from Bologna to Lecce, the box says: "Prices temporarily unavailable Check back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservation." But I have been checking for the past few days and I keep getting this error. Is there a reason that I can't book this train reservation? Should I just keep trying? I would like to know what to do because it's very important that I catch this train!!The train ride is: Bologna Centrale to Lecce on Saturday 8/10/2022 departing from Bologna Centrale at 23:39 and arriving in Lecce the next day at 8:50 am. The train number is INI755 (IntercityNotte).I’ve added a screenshot of the website, I’ve also tried booking the train via the OBB website that others have recommended but there it also says ”ticket not available”.I really hope someone can help! Eva 

Hallo liebe Community,Ich habe ein Interrail eu Ticket für 4 Fahrten. Davon habe ich bisher nur eine nach Frankreich aktiviert und bin auf anderem Weg zurück gereist. Jetzt würde ich gern eine Fahrt von Bayern in den Norden Deutschlands und wieder zurück buchen - aber obwohl mir angezeigt wird, dass ich noch 3 Fahrten frei habe, kann ich von den ausgewählten zwei Fahrten (hin und zurück) nur eine in der App aktivieren. Woran liegt das? Kann ich es trotzdem möglich machen, beide Fahrten mit dem Interrail Ticket zu deckeln? Das wäre sehr sehr wichtig. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße,Theresa

I have a 2 month global pass. I have used my outbound trip and want to use my inbound trip to return to my home country for a week. I then want to fly to another country,Portugal and use my pass to get to say Istanbul then fly back home from Istanbul. Is this ok?Thanks

Hi there.I have purchased a Euro pass first class. I have booked the trip Bergen-Oslo and the ticket says first class. However when I try to make seat reservation for the trip, the only option I have is for second class seats. Am I missing something? Thank you 

Hello. Sorry but I don't find another discussion that surely it has already been written. If for example I departure with night train from Mainland for Paris, with global pass can I use a previously local train from Brescia to Mainland as a outbound journey?  Or I must buy a separately ticket for the trip Brescia-Mailand outside of the global pass?Thanks for your help!

Hello !My boyfriend and I purchased 2 Interrail Global Pass Promo Youth in March 2022. We were both 27 years old at that time. We thought the age requirement was applicable based on the date of purchase. We would like to use our passes in October, but I turned 28 this summer. I was not able to activate my pass, but my boyfriend was able to do so because he is still 27. Is it possible to exchange my pass for an "adult" pass? I would like to exchange only my pass and not my boyfriend's. I understood that I have to buy a new pass and I will receive a refund. However, I would like to make sure that it is possible to exchange only one pass from an order of 2 passes.  Thank you very much for your answer. 

Hallo, Ik wil graag de reis inplannen en eventueel een reservering bijboeken. Maar bij elke reis zowel zonder als met reservering krijg ik deze melding:Niet beschikbaar voor sommige reizigers´Sommigen van je reizigers hebben een Pas die niet geldig is in deze trein. Wijzig je geselecteerde reizigers om deze zitplaats te reserveren.´Ik heb de pas al wel toegevoegd op mijn naam. Ik wil zaterdag 24 september om 19:32 vertrekken vanaf Enschede naar Milaan.  Groetjes,Wieteke
