why does my app say something different than the website 

Hello,my trip to denmark starts on monday. I tought i already have all the information and tickets required but now i am reading different things about the seat reservations in Denmark. The Interrail App says, that no reservations are required on the trains but some people here said that they are mandatory. What is correct? The train would be an IC between Odense and Kopenhagen at 5:56 Thank you very much in advance!

We want to travel on a direct train from Barcelona to Seville in Oct over but not clear how to book seat reservations with our Interrail 2nd class pass? Advice greatly appreciated.

Hey, I am travelling to paris from the Netherlands and I have 4 changes. For some of my trains I have to wait 2 hours, can I exit the trainstation (check out using my interrail pass)  visit the city and continue my journey as planned, without it being seem as seperate travel days? To sum it up, can you check out and back in, as much ad you'd like on 1 travel day?

 I need help urgently, because I’m leaving for my trip in 2 days!My pass has randomly disappeared form the DiscoverEu app, and the my pass panel has also gone. I tried to add my pass in the Rail Planner app, but it says that I had already activated it and I can’t add it.  I’ve contacted the Customer Service and sent a request today. Thank you for your help, it’s really urgent, I’m leaving on monday!

A number of routes south of Stuttgart are operated by “Hohenzollerische Landesbahn (SWEG)”.The PDF that lists German operators, https://www.interrail.eu/content/dam/pdfs/internationale-passangebote-jan-2021.pdf, has this to say about SWEG and doesn’t mention Hohenzollerische Landesbahn at all.This can be interpreted as meaning that the following SWEG routes are excluded;- Eyach HzL to Hechingen Landesbahn- Hechingen to Gammertingen to Sigmaringen- Balingen(Württ) to Schömberg(b Balingen)- Mengen to Stockach to RadoflzellThe pass has just let me add all of these for tomorrow (Sunday August 21st).Which is right? Nicht nur hatte der ECB 84 von Rimini nach München am Freitag, dem 19.08, (Abfahrt 10.34) eine erhebliche Verspätung von 4 Stunden, auch waren dort jegliche Sitzplatzreservierungen ungültig. Deshalb ist meine Frage ob man denn das Geld für diese Sitzplatzreservierungen zurück erstattet bekommen kann und auch eine Entschädigung für die Verspätung erhalten kann?Darüber hinaus endete der Zug spontan in Rosenheim, weshalb es sich nicht um den ursprünglich geplanten  Direktzug handelte.

Hello,my girlfriend is from Thailand but has a language Visa in Germany for the next 6 months. We are wondering if she should buy an interrail or an eurail 3 months ticket. It seems to me that the difference is that the interrail ticket only allows to travel out and back into the country of residence once, whereas the eurail ticket doesn’t have that restriction:from the interrail general conditions: The Interrail Global Pass is valid for travel in your country of residence during one outbound journey and one inbound journey that occur during travel days at any point in your trip. I'm traveling from Spain to the Netherlands and since many trains are fully booked, I've filtered by 'no reservations required'.This gave me the option of a night jet from Basel Sbb to Utrecht Centraal. When I tried to look up this train, it only showed URLs to making a reservation for seating/sleeping on the night jet. My question: does anyone have experience with NOT booking a seat on a night jet, and still being able to go on the train? Is it possible at all? And if not, why does my railplanner app show this option?

How do I cancel the seat reservations for this trip which I have already purchased last month? If I cancel my trip, will it automatically cance also the seat resevations? Me and my girlfriend want to travel to Paris from 01.10 - 06.10 and to Amsterdam from 28.10 - 31.10. Meanwhile we will stay at home, we live in Germany. Is it possible to use the Global Pass for 185€ for it?

I am looking on using the Interrail card next year with my children (12 and 14 when we travel) to travel from the UK to Austria. Interrail has changed greatly since my days at Uni. We intend to follow the following route (or similar but the principal is the same) Bedford to Brussels (Eurostar) then to Cologne for a night train to Innsbruck I hope I am right but the Global Pass (4 days within 1 month) allows travel from Bedford and out of the UK, then day one is from Brussels to Cologne and then the night train top Innsbruck. This will all be on one day. Early start to London etc. Am I right? Once the night train arrives I think the second day starts (we may go onto Oetz from Innsbruck)? I understand there will be supplements as we will use a sleeper compartment but that’s part of the fun.

Hi there! I’m a 3 month pass holder and I’m trying to make a reservation for July 21st. Paris to Spiez. 11:20-17:03. Second class seats. It first says the price is 10.80 and then jumps up to 47.08 randomly for the checkout price. Is that the correct price? Even if I have 2 people on there it should be only be 21.60 with the 10.80 price. I just don’t won’t to over pay if I don’t need to. Thank you for your help!

Por ejemplo al hacer el viaje entre Praga y Budapest tengo varios transbordos de tiempo muy corto, unos 10 minutos entre cada tren ¿si se atrasa y pierdo el otro tren puedo usar mi pase para coger el siguiente si no lo he programado?

The refund procedure on the website also worked well, I received my refund number and now only have to send the ticket, but I now have two different addresses. Hi there,I've been trying to book a nighttrain from Prague to Budapest for some hours now… Everytime i'm about to make the reservation, i get the notification ‘Ticket Type is changed to paper ticket'. I dont understand it…. i have a mobile pass so why does it keep changing to a paper ticket?? Do i really need a paper ticket for this train? Can i trying booking elsewhere so that i have a digital ticket? Please help me out if you can :)Julia

4 ‘seniors’ traveling across Europe for 30 days Bucharest to Glasgow - first class or second class?TIA

At last after 2 years we get to use our pass.Plans made moths ago  reservations via IR, Oebb and DB as soon as available and app tested and disabled until today.Flew to Catania from UK and 2 nights in Syracuse. Printout of reservation for 1010 for Syracuse to Salerno in hand and passes activated. Journey added from trip.We boarded and set off on time. Ticket inspector scanned passes and looked a bit lost. Came back with colleague and asked to see tickets again. Started to reopen app and then he saw the reservation printout on tableImmediate calm and off they went.Highlight was the last boat train crossing in Europe.8 hours plus and arrived bang on time. 

I booked a seat reservation on the Eurostar for 13th September. When do I have to enter the matching rail trip on the Interrail app at the latest?

I booked a reservation for 6 of us from Barcelona to Paris on 4th October at 9.10.  It said 'thankyou we are processing your order' and that it may take up to 30mins to receive it in your account.  Well it processed the payment of AUD $336.41 however I never received any confirmation email and the reservation doesn't show up in my account at all.  So it seems there's been a glitch and I've paid for 6 x reservations I don't have. What should I do?

Dear Interrail Community,Me and my boyfriend gonna start our first Interrail tour tomorrow. We took a flight to Istanbul and wanna go back to Germany. He has a 5 days global pass. The problem is now that it seems like he lost his first travel day (outbound) because he is not travel outbound just inbound. Is there a possibility to use this valuable ticket for a trip outside of the country of residence? Hopefully I was clear in my description. Hey!I had won an interrail ticket through DiscoverEU. I would like to travel to Istanbul and had already arranged my first few reservations. From Brussels to Videle I have been successful: sometimes through a detour, but that doesn't matter.From Videle (Romania) to Halkili (Turkey), I can't manage to book tickets or make reservations via the app. Since this didn't work, I tried to book a new ticket through the Romanian site, but that caused a lot of side issues. According to the booking, I would have to pick up my ticket at the station itself, but then when completing my payment, I also have to select a station, which does not list 'Videle' as a 'pick-up station' at all. I also can't get contact arranged with the country for the service.Is there perhaps a way to solve this, or to avoid the country of Romania and get to Turkey via a detour, starting from Brussels South on September 1, in the evening, towards Istanbul (pendik) or (halkili).Kind regards,Semih  

We are traveling with a group and I imported the shared trips into my mobil app (IOS v25.0.0). I have activated my pass and it is connected to my shared trip. When I go to trips, it is empty, I do not see the shared trips. Am I doing something wrong? My friends on other devices do see the shared trips.  Marjelle
