Hi! I have one question!  I used my inbound ticket from Slovakia to foreign country but I would like to come back to my country with plane. Is it possible for me to NOT use my outbound ticket?

I have used my first inner country travel day to leave from home to a foreign country. Before ending my entire trip I will head Home though for a couple of days. Afterwards I will leave home to other countries again. Here are the options: I could of course use the inbound trip when I return home in that setup, but I would rather use this home country trip to leave from home again (basically a 2nd time) a spontaneously start again In a new country (and buy an extra ticket for returning home).» is it possible to Use both of those travel days (inbound & outbound rule) to travel from home to other countries or is it impossible to book such tickets?

Hi,I hope someone might be able to help. We’re about to leave on our first Interrail trip as a family of 5. The process has been… testing so far, is the most polite way of putting it! We’ve finally got everything sorted for our outward trip from the UK - France tomorrow morning, but have hit another problem. The planner for our outward trip suggested one itinerary, which I guess meant it counted as one journey: Newcastle 0959 - London KX 1249; London StP 1431 - Paris GdN 1747. We reserved the seats accordingly (Eurostar via the app, the UK train via the train operator). We then found out that wait times at London St Pancras are currently up to 2 hours, which didn’t leave enough time to get through customs. So… I rebooked our UK train (Newcastle - London KX) as the 0858 instead, leaving the Eurostar the same.The problem now is that it seems this will count as two outward journeys, as it’s entered into our trip as two legs. Hello, I recently bought 2 reserved tickets from Wien to Venice but in the mail there wasn’t the tickets, juste the receipt of the payment. Also, in my interrail account there is the reservation but without any document ! I have sent few mails but no one is responding since 7 days now… I must travel in 2 days so it’s stressing me out, please help.

Hi all, yesterday I bought 4 mobile passes (2 adults and 2 youth) and I didnt recieve a confirmation in my emailbox.I tried many times to chat, send email messages to solve my problem, without success.I really need asap a solution for this problem, couldnt do a call to a support desk.My email is correct, I checked my spam, nothing.In my acccount I tried many times to resend the confirmation, nothing!! HELP!

Hello,I purchased a 4-day Interrail pass in May which was valid for 1 month with which I was able to travel on 3 days with no problem. I returned from Hamburg yesterday and wanted to download the 2D barcode for my 4th day but the APP indicated that I had used all 4 days.On the APP it was indicated that I had one more day on my pass but since the barcode could not be downloaded, I had to buy a separate ticket since DB could not help. how could I be compensated for this trouble caused by the APP?Thank you for your help!

Hello! I have a trip that’s coming up this weekend, but the year of my birthday was not saved correctly on my eurail pass. I was wondering that in the case that my birthday does not get fixed before my trip, would I still be able to travel using the pass with the incorrect birthday or do I have to get this issue fixed before I can travel? I have already submitted a form stating that I would be traveling this weekend. It has been 2 weeks (as I indicated on the form) and still have not received a response. I understand there is a high volume of customers right now, but I really need to get my birthday fixed before this trip. Is there anything that could be done faster about this issue as my trip is coming up in a couple days?

Hi there,I’m looking for help desperately. My two sons have just started interrailing but haven’t made their first trip by train yet (they’ve flown into a city and are staying there until Friday). My youngest son has special needs and eurail said that my older son would qualify for a complimentary carer’s ticket if I sent on his details which I did weeks ago. I have heard nothing back and I’m now in the position that I will have to buy my older son an interrail ticket as the trip they intend to make to the next city will cost more than the cost of the interrail ticket. I have tried contacting eurail, to no avail. Does anyone have any advice please?Spending money on another interrail ticket wasn’t in my budget since they said this wouldn’t be necessary.

Hello all. This is a boring question - but I just asked for a seat reservation refund from the Interrail site, via my account. I was told I would be refunded £43 and so I went ahead with the refund (albeit £12 less than what I originally paid). However, when I got the confirmation email from Interrail, it read ‘Total Order Amount: £0’ - which worries me somewhat, in that I received no refund when I was under the impression that I would get one. Any help would relieve me somewhat of anxiety! Thank-you.

I have a interrail global pass for one month. How ever a lot of trips give me the sign of “Not available for some travellers” how yo fix this?

I have activated my mobile pass (updated to version 25.0.0) at my travel date (22/8) and entered two days’ travel. The first two days are now shown as “used.” But I cannot open “Show ticket” as clicking on the first day button does not work. Is this normal? Must I wait until 22/8 to be able to show the ticket?

Having seen a spate of issues on country of residence I suggest the application form is modified slightly:By default your country of residence should be the country in the address you register on your application.The form could then prompt with a message“The country of the address you have registered will be used as your country of residence. You are only allowed to use your pass in this country on any 2 travel days during your pass validity. after activating. to aid outbound and inbound journeys.”Optional - (You may need to provide further evidence of residency during travel if your Passport/ID is from a different country. This can be any  document with your name and address in your country of residence from a bank or government agency.)Do you agree to this Y/N .If No we will use the country of issue of your passport.”That would solve many issues we constantly read about including removing many of the issues people have with the  confusion between country of citizenship and country of

Hi there - I’m trying to get a train from Berlin to Warsaw and PKP Intercity is quoting me 50 dollars Canadian , Deutsche Bahn website is quoting me 33 Euros - all of which are expensive… while the App for Eurorail is only saying 6 Euros. It’s the same train  so why the difference? Any advice is welcome. Thanks.  

I think the title says it all: this is not the same question as, “Several trips possible instead of continuous with the 2 month pass?” I just want to give each section of a very long journey (France to Georgia and return) a different name.

Since I'm planning a vacation in Corsica in the summer anyway, I wanted to ask if you can also use Interrail there, for example from Bastia to Ajaccio? Hello,I made a reservation for a train tomorrow morning. There was no information for site reservation required and it was impossible to reserve a seat on the website. At the train station the staff told me that I couldn't Takeshi this train. 

Hi all, I am considering purchasing an Inter-rail pass for an upcoming trip to Europe. I have a couple of questions: Is it  possible to select your seat when booking via the Inter-rail/Eurail site  - rather than have the system do this automatically?I suspect it may well depend on the country? The specific train I am interested in is the Paris  - Hendaye TGV.I can see on the French Railway website that there are individual seats available in first class. The question is, can I chose these seats when booking via the interail/Eurail Website? The same question as above but Re the B-Europe site   What is the latest you can reserve seats via the Inter-rail/Eurail site? i read on another thread somebody tried to do this the day before but they were unable to. Any help or answers would be very much appreciated. Cheers

Hi everyone,We are planning soon our return trip to Belgium from Sweden. We start from Uddevalla in Sweden  leaving on the 25th August 2022. The app says that it is advised to make seat reservation between Goteborg C and Copenhagen C (train 1) and between Copenhagen C and Kolding St in Denmark (train 2). However, i can t find the website to make these seats reservations (for train 1 and train 2). On the way from Belgium to Sweden, these trains were really full and since we travel with 2 children we really would like to make seats reservation. Seat reservation in Germany are done and it was easy. I would like to do the same for these 2 trains. Hi, my husband and I booked interrail mobile passes today for our travel to the Netherlands from 20th of June. We live in Germany for the last 5 years. We still didn't activate the mobile passes yet. However, by mistake, the country of residence in my pass was selected as Netherlands. I would like to change this immediately since I am traveling soon. Please help me at the earliest to change my country of residence to Germany. Everything in my husband's pass is correct. We both booked together and have the same order number. Kindly help me in changing the country of residence to Germany in my mobile pass.

Hi everyone!I’m planning a trip to Italy this September and I am abit confused on what tickets i should get,i currently reside in Germany and if i want to get to Milan i will need to use the nightjet that will pass by Basel and from Basel i can go straight to Milan, i am not planning to stay in Basel but does that mean i will need the global interrail ticket? or can i just get the One Country Pass?my plan is to only travel around Italy and the only time i will be in basel is when i need to switch trains to get to Italy I would love some feedback on this!!

Hi all!I’m currently planning my Interrail trip and was hoping to get a train from Zagreb, Croatia to Belgrade, Serbia. The Rail Planner says there are no trains that run this route, despite the two cities seeming to be connected on the pdf Interrail Map 2022. Does anyone know why this might be? I’m wondering if I’m entering the wrong stations, or if there may be ongoing railway work? Any advice would help a lot!
