My sister and I are going from London to Munich and thereafter to Italy. We have Global Interrail Eurail 1st class passes for one continuous month.Is food included at first class ticket reservations?

Hi,I’m travelling from Glasgow to Paris to start my Interrail trip this week but I need some help with how an outbound journey is defined. I have the Global Flexi Pass with 7 travel days so am planning to use my outbound travel day for Edinburgh-London and then London-Paris via Eurostar on the same day. My question is whether I’m able to use this same travel day to travel from Glasgow-Edinburgh in the morning even though I’m not travelling to a border/port. Or would I have to just purchase the ticket full price?Thank you :)

I was planning to purchase a Eurail pass for travel both around the UK and on the Eurostar from London to Paris on Sunday August 29 for myself and two teenage children.How do I find out if there are any reservations available on that day before I buy a pass?If there are no reservations available, I will buy a Britrail pass instead.

Hello,I have a question about trains in Baltic area. I solved how to get fron Tallinn to Riga by trains (through Valga), but these trains are not in rail planner app. How do I get my tickets with Interrail Pass? Because if i dont have the route in app, I dont have QR code. Is it possible to go to station in Tallinn and show them, that I have Interrail Pass and they give me the ticket? Or how does it work?Thanks, Anet

I am making an ambitious attempt to travel from Bergen in Norway to Madrid is Spain. I have made it to Hamburg. I want to get a train from Karlsruhe to Paris at at 7.32am tomorrow morning. However, it requires reservations. I know there is space on the train (can see on the train provider website), but it is too late to make a reservation via the app. I will be arriving at Karlsruhe at 6.56am, I doubt the ticket office will be open in time. Neither the service provider's telephone line. Is there anything I can do? 

My interrail pass was activated on July 27th but I only used my first travel day on the 29th. Right now I can’t use any more days because it says that I wasted one travel day on the 27th which I did not. Could you guys help me, and if it is possible give me the day that I didn’t use. It is frustrating for me to think that i’ll need to buy a travel day even though I didn’t use the first one. Thank you

I'm having a problem booking seat reservations. As soon as I get to the processing payment page the website freezes. I've tried it on mobile and laptop. Any ideas??

Hi, I’m planning to go on an island hopping trip to Greece in september, but my plane lands in Athens.Can I take a ferry from Athens to (for example) Naxos with the pass? Or do I have to buy a seperate ticket for that? Because I can see the different islands you can travel to, but Athens isn’t on that list.So I was wondering if the ports in Athen are also a part of the Greek Island pass or not. Thanks!

Hi everyone!I would like to book reservation of trains, and had already added my paper pass to My Trip. However, after adding a reservation to my cart, click on checkout, filling in my billing and contact information, and click continue to traveler details, the page never moved and I’m sure there is no error message or red warning text on the page. So I can never complete a reservation online.And I opened up the web console to see the log, and found the server kept returning 500 to my webpage.I’ve written an email to the eurail official, but seems they are too busy to process my problem.Does anyone else encounter this kind of problem? ***ADDED INFORMATION***My pass class is 2nd class pass type is eurail global pass valid from May to July, and I would like to book the train in June

Hi I just used my inbound for the night train but the inbound is connected to the day before and now I can’t use the ticket anymore today even though I crossed the border past midnight. Is there a possibility that I can use the ticket still today in my country of residence?

Hi, is the Split to Karlovac train actually sold out for Sunday, august 28th 14:25-20:05 or is it a glitch?  And also Karlovac to Budapest on Thursday, Sept. 1st 14:10-22:16. That is saying sold out as well. thank you.

Hello, I have a German passport but have lived in the UK for many years. I have full settled status here. I would like to use my global pass in Germany, how do I proof residence status in the UK? Will my usual proof of settled status be enough? I have other government documents such as a recent polling card or jury citation which you only get if registered as a resident locally. Thanks.

Hello!Today my plan was to go home from Cologne to The Netherlands (Heerhugowaard). But my train was cancelled and all the other trains were very delayed so I can’t go home. I decided to go back to my hostel were I slept last night because I don’t want to sleep on a trainstation. But now I used my Inbound day and I can’t use it tomorrow. Is there something I can do? Because paying for the trip from the border to my home is very expensive. 

Hi, I missed my train due to large queues at the connecting station metro ticket machines and also the usual metro line out of service.Do I need to make a new tgv reservation or can I use the original one on the next available train ?

I'm inexperienced and would like some information that I didn't find in previous questions. Two weeks ago I saw the prices of a Global pass 3 trips in a month for 110€.Now I want to buy and this pass no longer exists!!!! am i wrong or did i see wrong?Our idea (my son and I) to go from Koblenz (Germany) to Pisa, stay 4 days and return to Koblenz.Then, until the end of the month, take a trip to Belgium and return on the same day, so I thought I would use the 3-day pass for €110My passport is Italian, my son's is German.As the pass no longer exists in the offers, we made a plan through the website and the round trip price (only 2 trips) was more than €370 !!!What am I doing wrong and how do I do it right? What we thought that each day of travel did not change the price of the ticket, is it false?Thank you very much.Roberto

Hello!I have recently started interrail with a two month pass and have encountered a lot of issues that are quite stressful, since they prevent me from getting the trip qr code I need to board trains (although not always).My partner shared with me a trip he had created and I associated that trip with the interrail pass when I activated it. After that, when I checked my trip I saw the trip was fully empty (no trips added) even tough before they were there. From there multiple issues started:When i add a trip to my trip often times it doesn’t display in the trip details - after force closing the app or restarting my phone then the trips show up (often several duplicates, I guess from all the times I added them before) when I click in the QR code icon in a trip, and then head over to my pass, the day pass is not displayed (only the add a trip for this day message).Ive managed to get around this so far with a combination of using airplane mode, restarting my phone and a lot of different at

This is really strange.I bought my Pass of a third party (Klook.com). I added it to my Eurail app yesterday and activated it. I now need to make some reservations which you can’t make directly on The Eurail app - it directs you to the website. When I get to the website I have to log in again (I used the same email address to log in which I used on the app), it asks me to create a trip and add a traveller with a mobile pass. I use my last name and pass number (the same ones which I used on the mobile app to activate the pass) but it says the details don’t match!Has anyone faced this before? 

I have a Eurail pass. On it there are 2 trips (for early June). I have been able (at last) to book the reservations for Eurostar that I need. BUT - my wife also has a Eurail pass. On it is 1 trip that we do together. Eurostar reservation OK. But she has also booked a 2nd trip back to the UK (not with me - alone), which appears in HER app, and for THAT trip she wants to book a Eurostar reservation. At that point she is told that she doesn’t have any trips booked yet. What is going on???

Good morning, we have a question about seat reservation.Me and my friends booked some travel days in Portugal and in some options it says that seat reservation is required. Now, when we try to book them it says that we need to do it at a ticket office or self-service machine so we supposed we have to ignore the warning and book them when we're there. The problem is that we keep getting emails to not forget to book the seats, so we are not sure on what to do. Thank you very much.

HelloI would like to take the train from Belgium to Slovenia.I would depart at 18:37 PM and arrive at 14:32 PM in Slovenia. This means that I will take a night train.I will be on de High Speed Train ICE 619 in Germany at night.  When I searche on the app, it doesn’t mention that seat reservation is required. I find this really strange since this is a night train and a ICE train (wich you mostly need a reservation for). Is this correct and can I just sit on the train at night or do I need to reserve a seat? Thank u in advance!Lotte
