Hello, I wanted to book 3 seats from Milano to Zurich (13€ pp)Now I have the option to choose between 2nd class or 2nd class priority. Can somebody explain the difference to me?Screenshot is attached.Thank you! 

Does anyone else feel that the Interrail Customer Service is the worst ever?I contacted them on 10th July asking if I could extend our Interrail passes as I was still awaiting my new passport. I got an automated response saying they were busy.I contacted them again on 19th July and again got an automated response.I then contacted them on 29th July via the website query page and again got an automated response.Since my passport had still not arrived and I had heard nothing from Interrail customer service I had no choice but to request a refund on my passes which was processed very promptly through an automated system however it cost me £230 in fees and bank charges.Then, last Thursday I got an email asking me to respond about how I felt about their customer service in response to my query.Today, when I clicked on the link to respond to their survey, I got a web page letting me know that the request had now closed which meant the ticket could no longer be rated. I feel that the “customer

We are a family of 4 (Daddy, Mummy, 2 teens), planning to bring our kids to the continent for the first time in November.  We are also going to use EURail across borders for the first time.  We have 2.5 weeks, and plan to visit France, Germany and Switzerland. We wish to do a loop, starting and ending in Paris, and have booked a 2-3 nites in each city/town.Some blogs/sites mention the (cheaper) 3 country pass but am unable to find it on the EURail webpages.  Is it still available this year ?  If not, how many days would one recommend for the Global Pass ?  There are reports about how the app sometimes does not work properly.  Will it be possible to print out a hard copy of the pass also as a backup ?  Or is it just more convenient to have a physical pass ? Should I buy the pass for my family now ?Alvin

We are a four member family travelling on Interail global pass. I had to change one the travel plans today. When I did the change in the journey and hit the save journey option, it only shows the trip details of the remaining 3 members and there is no way to save it to my trip.I tried so many way, I deleted the travel days and tried, now I have no journeys saved in my trip. Kindly help as I have to catch a train in 3 hours time.Tried the chat, it only gives an automated response. Filled up the online help form, got a reply that they reply within 48 hours.Will be much obliged and greatful, if any one can help me now. Thanks  

I reset my phone, then downloaded the application again, when I want to log in, it says the pass is registered, I can't log in.

Hello!On the 16th I would like to take the intercity bus 835  from Villach to Venezia. The interrail app tells me that I need to book a reservation, but I can’t do so trough the interrail system because it wouldn’t get to me fast enough in the mail. I can find the bus on the official öbb website but it does not allow me to just book a seat reservation.  Can anybody help me with this? Do I have to make the reservation in person? Will I be able to in Villach? Or can I just not make a reservation?Thank you in advance!

Hey :) Ich hab bei der DiscoverEU Verlosung ein Ticket gewonnen und wollte damit jetzt durch Skandinavien fahren. Zunächst will ich von Hamburg nach Kopenhagen fahren und ich versteh nicht so ganz, wie das mit den Reservierungen funktioniert. Muss ich diese über die Railplanner App, die DiscoverEU App oder über die Seite der deutschen Bahn vornehmen? Was auch merkwürdig ist, ist dass mir die DiscoverEU App und die Railplanner App verschiedene Zugverbindungen anzeigen. Ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn mir irgendwer helfen könnte :)) danke! 

I just checked my mail and stated that my train to Paris from London has been canceled for August 20th. When I tried to go find trains for the 20th or the 21st, it said there were no seats available. I was planning to see a Tottenham game at 12:30 on the 20th and get on the train at 20:01. That was the plan and all when now its says it's been canceled. I really need to get on a train on the 20th or at the very least the 21st since I have a flight to catch from Paris to Seoul on the 21st at 21:00. Is it possible to get on the Train 9046 on 20th of August or any of the earlier trains for the 21st of August. Even if there are no seats available, I don’t mind standing through the rides. Please, I am open to all possibilities, but I just need to get on a train. I’ve checked with bus routes and it's a 9~10 hour journey which prevents me from using the hotel that I booked on that day as well. Hello everyone,I have a question about using interrail global pass and I hope you can help me with it from your experience. In my pass for 2 months I can only choose 1 trip outbound and inbound trip, is that mean I should travel for only one time within 2 months or I can finish the first trip and back to my country and then do another trip?I planned to travel for one week so what happened if I want to do another trip , did my pass will be expired or I need to buy a ticket to nearest city outside my country and also for coming back every time when I travel?How many times have I can travel and come back to my country by using 2 monthly global pass?

Hi, I am travelling with my son and partner and we are mid-way through out trip - next destination Amsterdam. My partner bought his pass separately from my son and I and it is on his phone. His phone looks like it is about to die. Does anyone know if I can transfer his (activated) pass to my phone?! 

Hello, I have a question about travelling in my country of residence.My trip should start in Koeln and i wanna travel towards Strasbourg first. The best Options are one or two stop options with the ICE, where i also have to switch the train. For example: Koeln to Karlsruhe and  than Karlsruhe to Strasbourg. Hello Community!Tomorrow (Aug 14th) I need to leave the Shengen zone and I have a departing flight out of London next week. I am trying to find trains from Paris to London tomorrow (Aug 14th) but they all say “Prices unavailable.” They are all Eustar trains. I Understand it means the Eurail passes are sold out, but there are still tickets available on Eustar. However, they are QUITE pricey. Is there a way I could go to the ticket office or maybe Eustar online and buy tickets from them with a EuRail discount?? 

Hallo ich habe eine frage und zwar habe ich bei der Rabattaktionen den global pass gekauft mit 50 Prozent Rabatt. Ich hatte die Idee damit mehrere kleine Reisen zu machen und zwichendurch wieder nach Deutschland zurück zu kehren. Ist das möglich mit dem Global pass? 

I got a notification about a strike on Europe for tomorrow but I can not find any details If my train is going to be effective. I am traveling from spiez to rome threw Milano central. Is there a website or any other way of finding out before I head to the train station

I’m looking to book the night train from split to Budapest. I can see the option on the MAV website to book the 6 bed couchette and add the rail discount. But I haven’t brought my pass yet.  am I able to reserve these seats and pay without having purchased my pass yet.  thanks  Edit:  it says on the interrail website a reservation for this night train is £13 however on the Hungarian railway website it charges €60 for the sleeper even after interrail pass discount has been selected.  could anyone give some advice on this. I am trying to purchase a Eurail mobile pass but need some help. I downloaded the app. How do I purchase a ticket. Do I purchase any ticket such as global and then load it into the app?Leaving soon and don’t want to mess it up for our trip. Thanks in advance.

We paid for couchette for 5 through inter rail but Trenitalia says it’s seats only. We paid for 215euro - all the details are correct but the emailed tickets are for seats only and Trenitalia confirmed our names are not on the train other than for seats. We travel in a couple of hours with 3 tired kids. We need inter rail to send correct tickets but no way to get in touch directly. Anyone had this experience and suggest what to do ? Thanks!!

Hey everyone. My wife and I are traveling from Copenhagen to Hamburg on August 21st. When we booked the trip and the seat reservations, we didn’t know what time we’d be off of our cruise ship. We now realize that we’ll be off the ship much earlier and would love to take an earlier train direct to our destination. However, when I try to book seats on it, it says that I am unable to and does not give an explanation as to why. I’m thinking that because I already have a trip booked that day, that it won’t let me book seat reservations on another trip. Am I right? And if so, how do I go about removing my current reservation and changing it to the earlier one? At this point, I don’t even care if I get a refund for the first reservation. I just want to have to haul my luggage around Copenhagen for hours! Thanks in advance.

hello i have interail pass and want to take the Frankfurt-lyon route. so i would like to ask if i can get on without a seat reservation, as unfortunately online all seats are fully booked

How late and from what station in Budapest does the train to Zagreb leave on the 14th of August? In the interrail app it says 15.42 from budapest kelenfoeld but on the internet I cant find this train back. Only one that leaves from Budapest Deli at 15.35 

Is the bus from Morbegno to Tirano included in the global pass? (for example bus 2814A)I mean without any extra cost or reservations required

Buongiorno sto per attivare biglietto, mi chiede questo : Parto da Milano per Berlino e rientro fra 10 giorni da Vienna. Non capisco cosa devo fare. Si intende se voglio usare oggi il viaggio di andata e ritorno per uscire/rientrare dall'Italia? Io userei solo per uscire oggi.grazie
