I got a notification about a strike on Europe for tomorrow but I can not find any details If my train is going to be effective. I am traveling from spiez to rome threw Milano central. Is there a website or any other way of finding out before I head to the train station

I’m looking to book the night train from split to Budapest. I can see the option on the MAV website to book the 6 bed couchette and add the rail discount. But I haven’t brought my pass yet.  am I able to reserve these seats and pay without having purchased my pass yet.  thanks  Edit:  it says on the interrail website a reservation for this night train is £13 however on the Hungarian railway website it charges €60 for the sleeper even after interrail pass discount has been selected.  could anyone give some advice on this. The 18:27 train from split on the 7th September 

I am trying to purchase a Eurail mobile pass but need some help. I downloaded the app. How do I purchase a ticket. Do I purchase any ticket such as global and then load it into the app?Leaving soon and don’t want to mess it up for our trip. Thanks in advance.

We paid for couchette for 5 through inter rail but Trenitalia says it’s seats only. We paid for 215euro - all the details are correct but the emailed tickets are for seats only and Trenitalia confirmed our names are not on the train other than for seats. We travel in a couple of hours with 3 tired kids. We need inter rail to send correct tickets but no way to get in touch directly. Anyone had this experience and suggest what to do ? Thanks!!

Hey everyone. My wife and I are traveling from Copenhagen to Hamburg on August 21st. When we booked the trip and the seat reservations, we didn’t know what time we’d be off of our cruise ship. We now realize that we’ll be off the ship much earlier and would love to take an earlier train direct to our destination. However, when I try to book seats on it, it says that I am unable to and does not give an explanation as to why. I’m thinking that because I already have a trip booked that day, that it won’t let me book seat reservations on another trip. Am I right? And if so, how do I go about removing my current reservation and changing it to the earlier one? At this point, I don’t even care if I get a refund for the first reservation. I just want to have to haul my luggage around Copenhagen for hours! Thanks in advance.

hello i have interail pass and want to take the Frankfurt-lyon route. so i would like to ask if i can get on without a seat reservation, as unfortunately online all seats are fully booked

How late and from what station in Budapest does the train to Zagreb leave on the 14th of August? In the interrail app it says 15.42 from budapest kelenfoeld but on the internet I cant find this train back. Only one that leaves from Budapest Deli at 15.35 

Is the bus from Morbegno to Tirano included in the global pass? (for example bus 2814A)I mean without any extra cost or reservations required

Hello! I am looking at buying a pass for my trip but I was wondering if the rail pass covers all the directions listens when I use the “train times” page? Like if it lists trains, buses, or ferries are those all covered in the pass? (3 month pass specifically!)For example I searched Wageningen to Paris and it tells me to take a bus then a Utrecht train line, then a couple another train lines for transfers. Would all of those lines work with the pass excluding any reservation fees? 

Hi Everyone, I made a reservation for my trainjourney by using the DB website. I am travelling from Arnhem to Munchen. When i want to add my journey to the app so i can use my interrail card i cannot find the train i want to take in the app. Even though i know the train departs from that station at the time i reserved. How do i add a train journey to my trip even though it isnt visible in the app? 

Cannot add mobile pass to app. Says details don’t match. Checked details over and over. Tried with and without spaces, special letters in my name, etc. None worked. Just freshly downloaded app on 1 day old new phone.   FAQ said: try activation link in confirmation mail. Opened the link on my mobile. It says: it seems you are on desktop. NO, stupid…   Tried chatbot.. just gives autoresponse mail.How for goodness sake to come in contact to get this fixed? Already busy struggling over a week to get the passes right.First I had got a Global Pass 7 days paper pass. Hi, I made reservations for 3 trains, paid for it, but never got a confirmation email and there not in my account. The money is taken off of my bank account, but all my other reservations are in my account except for this order. I'm travelling tomorrow and contacted Interrail 3 weeks ago but I still don't have a reply. What should I do?

Hi, I purchased a 7 day pass two weeks ago and have not been able to activate it. I was able to activate my partner's pass (he only has one last name), but not mine. I have tried entering both last names separate, together, hyphenated, but nothing works. I have contacted customer service twice and the app developers as well and havent gotten an answer in two weeks. I will be traveling in two days. Please help!

Hi guys! I’m having issues trying to make a seat reservation for a night train from Warsaw to Berlin on Aug. 20, 4.15 am. It basically says everywhere (oebb.at; bahn.com; interrail website) that I cannot make a reservation, and I don’t really think all seats are gone because it tells me the same for all other trains. I tried the PKP website, but I see no option for “no ticket, seats only”. The only website that allows me to make a seat reservation is Polrail, but the price is more than twice the price it should costs. Can anybody more experienced than me help me with this? 

Hi guys,I have an Interrail Global Pass and am a resident of Switzerland. May I take the Gotthard Panorama Express (e.g. Luzern-Bellinzona) as part of my inbound/outbound journey to Italy? With a valid seat reservation, that is.Geographically it’s not a detour, even a direct train, however, the GPE takes 5 h for the above-mentioned leg compared to 1h 30 min with the regular fast trains.Has anyone tried that before?Thanks for your help! :-)

I have an Italy flexpass 8 days/1month in 1st class for 2 people. as we are travelling from Rome to Salerno, then Salerno to Tropea and back to Salerno, then from Salerno to Bari. Then Bari to Florence and finally Florence to Rome. I had to add all the journeys manually to my trip and then to our Passes. I know some of the trains we will be boarding dont have 1st class, but some portions of the journeys do have 1st class.And I would like to be able to choose seats if I can. How do I accomplish that feat? I booked the rail pass with Rail Europe and the have to use Eurail planner app to book the trains. It is not a simple thing to do, and I have no idea how to get to the Trenitalia site to choose or book seats as our Rail Pass PNR’s arent accepted by Trenitalia. Is there any way around this? I have been booking trains prior to Covid and i never had issues like those that appear with this rail planner app.

Hi all,I was wondering if I could preemptively change trains if I knew I would miss my connection with the train my ticket is booked for.I.e. change before the stop I'm suppose to change or even take an earlier train.I'm asking because I can do that on German/Swiss trains, even if I'm supposed to take a specific train, but don't know wether the same applies to interrail.Cheers!

Can I book ferries with “blue star ferries” before the arrival of my Greek Island pass? The estimate delivery day is 5 weeks from now, but I want to book the ferries ASAP to secure my trip. My pass was activated in checkout (for 15 sep) but there’s no mobile version for the Greek pass as I understand. What can I do?
