Hello, I seem to be unable to add my interrail pass to the app. I got the pass two years ago as a part of the Discover EU programme but it was postponed due to the pandemic. Recently I received two mails with two different pass numbers and neither works. However, in June I already added the pass to my app, or that's what I thought, and it worked back then. I haven't activated it back then. I really need advice because I was planning to start my trip already next week and I send two emails already but I'm afraid they won't respond on time. I would be grateful for any assistance! 

I planned a trip in Google Maps, but I can’t find the last connection on the Interrail app, what does this mean? I can’t use my pass for this train? It’s tomorrow from Vienna to Zagreb Glavni Kolod Train Station leaving at 18:01.It’s kind of stressing me out so thanks in advance.

Hey guys 🙂I’ll take the ferry from Bari to Patras and I would like to continue my journey to Athens afterwards, but I could not find a train .. I only found a direct bus connection ..Do you know if there is a way to travel by train ? Thanks a lot :)

Bonjour, Je regarde de plus en plus à voyager en train et j’aurai quelques questions par rapport au Pass interrail Global (4 jours sur 1 mois). Exemple de voyage Si je pars de Bertrix (Belgique) à Inverness (Ecosse). Mon train démarre à 14h40 (27 juin) et j’arrive à 08h42 (28 juin).Je dois prendre l’eurostar et le caledonian sleeper (mode couchette). Vu que le voyage part du 27 au 28 juin, est ce que ça compte pour 2 jours sur mon PASS ou 1 jours vu qu’il y a moins de 24H de voyage ? Y a-t-il bien des frais supplémentaires ?   eurostar 30 euro et caledonian sleeper 96 euro. Comment fait ton pour réserver l’eurostar et le caledonian sleeper, si on a un pass interrail ? Merci d’avance pour vos réponse.

Hi,We are traveling on July 4th from Patras to Athens. I’ve been using the app, but I can’t see any trains to add to my pass for our trip in Greece (we’re coming from Italy, already travelled from Paris)  Does anyone know how I can book travel with Eurail through Greece? Can I use the app?  Do I need to manually put in a travel day? (not sure how to do that?)  Any help, guidance - would be very appreciated.

Can I take over 2 traveldays from someone else?

Hi everyone. my pass and that of my husband is a global one month unlimited pass. i now wish to change the first day of my pass from the 5th to 6th of August. the online faq says this can be done by cancelling the first travel day and selecting a new earlier travel day. however, on my unlimited pass, there is no option to cancel a travel day. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Hello; In order to do my trip I purchased three 4-day passes, booked seats on several trains and booked hotels.  After I had everything set and planned, I received two emails from Thalys informing me of the suspension of two trains (one on the 4th, between Paris and Brussels and the other on the 11th, between Cologne and Paris).  These cancellations affected tremendously my vacations, resulting in the suspension of my trip and considerable financial loss (cancellation of the interrail pass, reservations for seats on trains and hotels).  Can anyone be held responsible for my losses? If yes, what procedures should I take?  Thanks

On my trip from Budapest to Pula the overnight part goes from Budapest to Divaca. Before midnight the tickets of all travellers in my coupé where checked and approved. After midnight we where checked again and no one of us 3 was able to show the ticket to the inspecteur.Since I have to change trains my trip was already split in 2 parts. I showed my ticket for day 2. It was accepted.Both other travellers were on their way to Ljubljana. They travel with a monthly ticket. They were allowed to travel further.So why were we not able to show the ticket?

Hi I'm trying to book 2 seats on the 3:12 train from Paris to Barcelona on Aug 12. It's currently available but shows as paper tickets only and that it might not arrive on time at a Paris address I've input. What's the typical number of days for paper arrive. What do I do if I don't get the tickets in time?

To access first class lounges in Austria do you just need to show your first class interrail pass, or do you need to have a train seat reservation for the day in question? I was planning some day trips to Innsbruck and Salzburg using local trains on my 1st class Interrail pass, so would not be making any seat reservations for those days, but would like to make use of the lounges for refreshments if they are accessible.  

Hi, has anybody travelled from Stockholm to Copenhagen via Almhult (bus to Hasselholm) and Hasselholm recently? Was your trip smooth? Sweden-Denmark trains are very full booked now and I'm looking for options. There seems not be straight trains to Copenhagen at weekend.

Is it possible to use your 1st class pass to access the LNER 1st class lounge at King Cross in London without having used an LNER train? Their website says that All Line Rovers give access to their lounges, but I am not sure if an Interail pass is treated the same as that? Thanks

Hi,To travel from Warsaw to Berlin I need to make seat reservations, but they no longer see to be available. I get this message: ‘No longer availableThis seat reservation is only available as paper ticket and can't be delivered to you in time. Try booking in person at the station.’Does anyone have any experience with this? Will I be able to make a seat reservation at the station? Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone,I have a question about combing one country pass with a standard ticket to travel between two countries (Swiss and Italy). I am planning to travel from Thun to Milan via Brig, and I hold a swiss country pass. I plan to take a EuroCity (EC) direct train from Thun to Milan. Would it be possible to ride this train if I only buy a ticket from Brig to Milan given that my one country pass already covers Thun to Brig? or do I need to change a train at Brig?Thank you

Hi everyone,My passport got stolen on one of the journeys and now I want to change my old passport number on my pass to my new passport number, but the pass has already been activated. Can anyone tell me how to change this? I have already contacted support but haven’t heard anything and since I am travelling this monday to the UK I really need to change my pass ID-number to my current number pretty urgently. Hello Interrailers,  I want to buy a 50th anniversary Interrail Ticket, but I’m not shure, when the journey will exactly start in the next 11 month. In 5 month, my age changes from 59 to 60.Can I buy an 60 year Interrailticket if I’m shure, my journey starts after 5 months ? Can I buy an 59 year Interrailticket if I’m not shure, or do I get problems if I start my journey after 5 months, i.e. starting the journey when I 60 years old ?Thank you for your answers,st.eini
