Get ready to travel

Hello everyone!I want to buy the BritRail Flexipass with the saver option (I´m traveling with my mom and sister) but I found that I can buy it from different companies. Do you know why the difference in price between ACPRail International and International Rail? Also, I´m concerned about where can I make the reservations and if they are mandatory to pay because if so, it's not worth it.

I am trying to make a seat reservation from Montpellier to Barcelona for July 7th. It offers paper tickets only, so I tried having them shipped to an address in France that we’ll be staying at, but I keep getting the following message: ”Your order contains one or more paper tickets. Based on our calculations, your order will not arrive on time. Please send your reservations to another address, such as your hotel in Europe, or try booking at a European train station.” Other posts I’ve read suggested they got their tickets within 5 days. Is this a bug in Eurail’s site or why won’t it allow us to have the tickets shipped to places in Europe. We tried changing the country for the shipping address to other neighboring countries in Europe and they all show the same message. The form won’t let us move past this page presumably because of this.

Hi, I want yo know if I can Buy Benelux Pass in railway station 

Hi,I bought 4 Interrail Greek Island 4 day passes for myself, wife and 2 kids. They run from 15th Aug 2022 to 14th Sep 2022. When I try to make a booking on Blue Start Ferries (accepts Interrail Greek Islands 4 day pass) for ther end of August the booking system says they are invalid.I’ve spend maybe an hour on the phone to Greek Island Ferries (different numbers I was fwded to) and they insist that my Order numbers are invalid. The order numbers are IN307xxx82-1, IN307xxx82-2, IN307xxx82-3, IN307xxx82-4 (I put the xxx here for security).Greek Island Ferries tried with and without the suffix (-1). They also tried using my passport number (also on the Interrail pass).The passes say “INTERRAIL ONE COUNTRY PASS ATTICA GROUP (FERRY COMPANY) PASS” FLEXIVALID: 15/08/2022 - 14/09/2022I tried using the Interrail chatbot over several days but while it says that a customer services person will get back to me, no-one ever does.I tried emailing the support email support+id262960@eurail.zendesk.com

Hi,I want to travel in Switzerland, but there is only one route suggested for my destination. Can I travel for example according to a Google Maps route but use my Interrail Pass?Thank youAlso, maybe someone knows approximately how long does it take for the Customer services to reply?

I wanted to start my journey and the Pass activation on August 3rd 2022 but accidentally clicked August 4th, how do I change that? 

I want to travel on August 15 from Bologna to Paris. I looked on the Interrail website and it showed me two legs:Bologna-Torino and Torino - ParisIt advised me I needed seat reservations on both legs, which I purchased as advised. However, when I added the journey to my Rail lanner app, it said that Torino-Paris is ‘Not in the Pass network’.So I have a seat reservation but the app says the trip is not valid.Do I have a problem?

Hello, I am looking for people who would like to accompany me one, a few days or more traveling the Balkan. I will take train wherever possible and would like to sleep in my tent where ever possible and otherwise in hostels. It is planned to go quickly to Romania. take a two day hike in the Kapats and then traveling via Bucharest to the Black Sea. Via Bulgaria I want to go to Istanbul and from there via Thessaloniki to Athens. From Athens I plan to take all countries along the Adriatic (Mediterranean coast) and go back home. Hey,I want to start travelling tonight. My planned route (as also recommended by the railplanner) starts in my home country this evenging and has two other stops in my home country after midnight.I know wonder if this is even possible, because one only has one outbound day (and another one which I will need for inbound).Is this possible, with only needing the one outbound day?Thanks in advance:)

Hello,i want to book a Interrail Ticket for September for a group. As we travel by train in Sweden, we will need seat reservations. And to be sure to have the seats, i want to do the reservations now. Until september, the passport of one of our group will expire, so i have to change the passport number. Because of this, i think, the Interrail Pass must be changed, Can i do the seat reservation now with the old one, will the Number of the Interrail Pass change due for the new ID?Extra question: We will have the paper version of the pass, because we will travel for 7 days in the wild, and it might be a risk, the our mobiles won’t survive the harh swedish weather, or that we wont have internet to activate the pass the day before. Hello, I seem to be unable to add my interrail pass to the app. I got the pass two years ago as a part of the Discover EU programme but it was postponed due to the pandemic. Recently I received two mails with two different pass numbers and neither works. However, in June I already added the pass to my app, or that's what I thought, and it worked back then. I haven't activated it back then. I really need advice because I was planning to start my trip already next week and I send two emails already but I'm afraid they won't respond on time. I would be grateful for any assistance! 

I planned a trip in Google Maps, but I can’t find the last connection on the Interrail app, what does this mean? I can’t use my pass for this train? It’s tomorrow from Vienna to Zagreb Glavni Kolod Train Station leaving at 18:01.It’s kind of stressing me out so thanks in advance.

Hey guys 🙂I’ll take the ferry from Bari to Patras and I would like to continue my journey to Athens afterwards, but I could not find a train .. I only found a direct bus connection ..Do you know if there is a way to travel by train ? Thanks a lot :)

Bonjour, Je regarde de plus en plus à voyager en train et j’aurai quelques questions par rapport au Pass interrail Global (4 jours sur 1 mois). Exemple de voyage Si je pars de Bertrix (Belgique) à Inverness (Ecosse). Mon train démarre à 14h40 (27 juin) et j’arrive à 08h42 (28 juin).Je dois prendre l’eurostar et le caledonian sleeper (mode couchette). Vu que le voyage part du 27 au 28 juin, est ce que ça compte pour 2 jours sur mon PASS ou 1 jours vu qu’il y a moins de 24H de voyage ? Y a-t-il bien des frais supplémentaires ?   eurostar 30 euro et caledonian sleeper 96 euro. Comment fait ton pour réserver l’eurostar et le caledonian sleeper, si on a un pass interrail ? Merci d’avance pour vos réponse.

Hi,We are traveling on July 4th from Patras to Athens. I’ve been using the app, but I can’t see any trains to add to my pass for our trip in Greece (we’re coming from Italy, already travelled from Paris)  Does anyone know how I can book travel with Eurail through Greece? Can I use the app?  Do I need to manually put in a travel day? (not sure how to do that?)  Any help, guidance - would be very appreciated.

Can I take over 2 traveldays from someone else?

Hi everyone. my pass and that of my husband is a global one month unlimited pass. i now wish to change the first day of my pass from the 5th to 6th of August. the online faq says this can be done by cancelling the first travel day and selecting a new earlier travel day. however, on my unlimited pass, there is no option to cancel a travel day. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Hello; In order to do my trip I purchased three 4-day passes, booked seats on several trains and booked hotels.  After I had everything set and planned, I received two emails from Thalys informing me of the suspension of two trains (one on the 4th, between Paris and Brussels and the other on the 11th, between Cologne and Paris).  These cancellations affected tremendously my vacations, resulting in the suspension of my trip and considerable financial loss (cancellation of the interrail pass, reservations for seats on trains and hotels).  Can anyone be held responsible for my losses? If yes, what procedures should I take?  Thanks

On my trip from Budapest to Pula the overnight part goes from Budapest to Divaca. Before midnight the tickets of all travellers in my coupé where checked and approved. After midnight we where checked again and no one of us 3 was able to show the ticket to the inspecteur.Since I have to change trains my trip was already split in 2 parts. I showed my ticket for day 2. It was accepted.Both other travellers were on their way to Ljubljana. They travel with a monthly ticket. They were allowed to travel further.So why were we not able to show the ticket?

Hi I'm trying to book 2 seats on the 3:12 train from Paris to Barcelona on Aug 12. It's currently available but shows as paper tickets only and that it might not arrive on time at a Paris address I've input. What's the typical number of days for paper arrive. What do I do if I don't get the tickets in time?
