I Can’t Start the process of Refund , can’t find it on the web Site or Mobile App , Customer service is not responding through different emails .i have 22 days Mobile Pass , bough it on promotion with Plus Option from the website .   

By mistake I ordered the wrong (paper) passes, so I decided to return the passes. On the website I confirmed the returning of the passes for a refund and I got an adress to return the passes to. There was a return number there that I had to put on the envelope, but I didn't write it down immediately and now I can't find the number anymore. I didn't got an e-mail with a confirmation of the returning and the return number either. Can anyone help me? I do have the adress so I could send it without the return number, but that feels a bit risky. Thanks in advance!

I cannot even start describing how complicated it has been to plan my travel to Spain! I wanted to book on the eurrail app 2 weeks in advance but I could not book the Spanish train from France to Spain because they only work with paper tickets (?!) and they assumed that 10 working days would not be enough for them to arrive. I the called Renfe, SNCF and in a desperate attempt even Deutsche Bahn to try to book these seat reservations. Nothing. Went to a train station in one of the major cities in Italy, they also couldn’t help. So basically there was no way that I could book the seat reservation even though there were places available. I had to leave it up to chance and hope that once in France I could book the seat reservation. Turns out that even though there were second class tickets available at full price, there were none to be reserved for interrail passes (are there quotas ?). Hello there, we’ve booked several seat Reservation for our trip. Infortunatly the seat reservations for the Trains in Spain can‘t be booked in Germany. Does anybody know if it is possible to book the Seatreservation in any other country? The Train we want to book is from Barcelona to Madrid on the 30th of september and one from Madrid to Lisbon with arrival on the 3rd Oktober. Thank‘s for your Support!

Hello there,I want to travel from Germany up in the north of Norway, Hammerfest, Sorøya, to be exact.I have a global pass, so it is possible to travel through sweden.I know that the trains in Norway go only until Bodø, but I found a train that travels through sweden. It reaches Narvik.Are there other cities higher in the north you know of, where I could travel through sweden?Or do you know of a fairy or a bus, that is part of Interrail, with which I could travel?Thank you! 

Hi!I have a interrail global flexi pass and have a question regarding my last inbound journey back home to my country of residence (Germany).I am planning on taking a train from Copenhagen to Stuttgart. The train in Copenhagen leaves at 10.43 p.m. on Sunday, there will be a transit in Hamburg again at 5.31 a.m. on Monday. Then, I plan to take the last train at 5.46 a.m. from Hamburg to Stuttgart (final destination).I do realize that this will count as 2 travel days, as I make the last transit in Hamburg after midnight. However, as this will be my inbound journey, will my pass cover the Hamburg to Stuttgart journey, or will I need to pay an additional ticket? As I understand, I am allowed one inbound journey back to my home country, but are multiple transits in my home country included here? Also, I am unsure about the ruling regarding the midnight rule, as my inbound journey starts the day before and ends one day later.Would greatly appreciate any helpful comments!

Hi,On the Eurail map it looks like there is a direct train from Warsaw to Wroclaw.But when checking out the rail planner the trains seem to go indirect from Warsaw -> Posnan > Wroclaw.Just wondering if anyone has done this recently. Thanks 

Hi. I have to take the train from Cologne to Paris on the 9th of August. The friend I travel with managed to reserve a seat, but when I tried to it didn't let me because it said there were no reservations available. What can I do? Can I get on the train anyway if I add it to my pass, but don't have the reservation?

Hello everyone,My friends and I are planning an interrail trip for this summer (4th-28th July)!We found on lots of websites (e.g rail.cc) the mention of a night train from Thessaloniki to Belgrade on an interrail line, but on the official interrail website can only find the Belgrade to Thessaloniki night-train (Hellas express)!Ideally we want the reverse route of this train. Does anyone know if it exists, like other websites state, or alternatives if it no longer does?Thank you,Lexi 

What Happens if I miss my Train due to a delay of the first train (and I only have very little time to change trains) and then have to take a train the next day, because the Train I missed was the last one for that day. how can I get a ticket for the train the next day?will I be compensated for a hotel or so? thanks!

Hi all, start date 27th we booked on that day a ferry from athens to Rhodes for 12 august however realised we had activated our pass too late. Cancelled that ferry now we can’t seem to use our pass at all to book ferries. Can anyone help?

Hello,This was already asked a few times, but my case is a bit more special.I have a youth pass, but because of Corona I couldn't travel, like neither of you.The thing is I bought it while it was on sale, for only 201€. And I bought plus. I accepted the reduced offer and could not use it due to force majeure. I was basically caught with the offer and still have to pay the regular price? I thought until today that the validity was extended. I wanted to activate the pass today but it didn't work. Customer service is not responding and my trip starts on August 5th.I just want to know how much money I have to budget for the regular pass.I have a mobile pass, youth, plus.plus Thank you!

Like many others I also broke my phone and need to change my mobile pass to a new device. I tried everything, the form, chatbox, and facebook messenger, this is my last resort. I need to travel in 1.5 days and I am panicking. I have gotten no response from eurail so far and I don’t know what to do. Please help!!

Hi, Im making plans for my travel days during my trip. However im not 100% sure what train i want to board on one of my travel days in advance. Is it possible to change my ticket and the train i want to board during the particular travel day? And if so how? 

Hi everyone - I’ve purchased my Eurorail pass and it is activated as I have a strict schedule with hostels booked as well as other events, all in a short amount of time. I’m not worried about plans changing - as I intend to take trains everywhere and only have 2 flights with lots of time before I start on the trains. What I am just wondering is Now that I my Global 10 day in 2 month Eurorail pass:*How do I book the seat reservations?*With direct train operators?  OBB for instance gives me the option of “One-way tickets and day tickets or Seat only (no ticket)” ~ what do I choose?*And what is the purpose of the Eurorail pass then?I’m from Canada and we don’t use trains here. Below are the dates and locations so if anyone could please provide with direct links or information - I’d really appreciate it. Hi, First time Interrail Global Pass user here. My plans include a flight on the last travel day:Morning: Trains from Belgium to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on SNCB and NS. (Not Thalys.) Afternoon: Flight från Amsterdam to Stockholm. Evening: Train from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to Stockholm Central on Arlanda Express.Country of residence is Sweden so this day will be my “inbound” travel day.My question: Will the Global Pass cover all trains 1 and 3? Or is there a problem that the journey has a big “gap” in the middle, from the flight?Thanks!Anders

Hi, everyone, today when I looking for the Germany rail pass, I came across the Eurail website and found the Eurail Global Pass. After I compare the price of both with the same conditions, the price confused me, the Eurail global pass is cheaper. Despite my destination being Germany, I would also want to visit Salzburg(Austria). I know both types of pass cover Salzburg(a border city), but which one should I choose? And what is the difference between them if I mainly travel to Germany? 

I am planing a trip with a friend and we would like to sit together on the train. We have 8 trains in France that require seat reservations.  We both have purchased Eurail 1-country passes for France. I can figure out how to get reservations for myself but not for both of us. I read the information on the Eurail site and it does not seem to match what I see on my screen. Would anyone be willing to help out on a phone call or zoom/screen share to help be get past this obstacle? Thanks!!!! Nancy

The eutrail site says that we can not book ourseats because it is a paper ticket and it must bedelivered, but it won't arrive on time. We need the ticketfor our journey back home (from Budapest to Milan) on13rd August.We tried to choose other trains from Budapest, but theproblem remains (apparently every train leaving fromBudapest needs a paper ticket); we also tried to write theaddress of our hotel in Budapest (as the messagesuggests), but again the problems remains (it says itwon't arrive on time, too).Could you please suggest us a solution? So we are sitting on a train from Berlin-Paris with changing in offenburg and Strasbourg. We have made a reservation on Berlin-offenburg and Strasbourg-Paris.Now the train is running late so we gonna miss the change. Is my resevation from Strasbourg-Paris refundable or not?I'm thinking of booking another reservation just in case, but I don't wanna have 2 reservations in case we make the first one if it's not fully refundable.I booked the reservation with InterRail.eu site.
