Ok so I have 3 names in total,alongside the family’s oneI forgot to add the third name and now on the ticket I appear without the thirdMy second and last name are connected by a -,like Bob-Andrew,and I appear in the ticket by my family name and just Bob,no AndrewIn my ID card I appear as family name and Bob-AndrewWill this look like I am not the same person for the person that will check my ticket?EDIT : I am travelling in Romania,Hungary,Austria and Italy,maybe the laws are different idk

I have a Global Pass but need to reserve a ticket from Barcelona to Paris. The Eurail website says the reservation will be sent by post. Can the ticket be sent to my hotel in Barcelona? What will I write in the First name and Last name entries?

I cannot see my seat reservation on my account and I haven't received any e-mails after my purchase even though the payment went through. I booked seats for 5 people on two different trains for a total of 220 euro. I leave in 2 days and the support team isn’t responding

Hello!At this moment, I am trying to book my train from Muenchen HBF to Ljubliana for the first of august (01/08/2022). The train leaves at 23:07 and arrives at 6:00. It is necessary to have a reservation. However, it seems to be impossible to reserve a seat other then having a paper ticket or at the train station it self. So my question is: Why can I not book a reservation for this train? Does anyone know what to do?  Thank you in advance,Wiht kind regards, Dehlia

Hi, I've bought the reservations from Rome to Paris. Now there are any reservations available to get to my next destination, Amsterdam! I was planning on leaving on August 8th, but neither 7th nor 9th has any slot available.Is this actually possible? 

I want to be informed if i could travel from a city to another and return back the same day.I am planning a trip to Belgium ,Holland and France but i want to see belgium while i am staying in rotterdam (because i have a place to stay) in daytrips.Is that ok with interrail pass?

Dear EU rail support,Could you please change my residency on my interrail pass from Great Britain to Belgium today?I was assured when buying the pass as I am a Belgian resident I can use my card in the UK where I am travelling for the next two months. Hi! I intend to begin my interrail in 2 weeks with a journey Prague-Warsaw. To avoid wasting time on the pass’s validity, I won’t activate it until like 2-3 days before the journey. In your experience, is there a risk of trains becoming fully-booked if I do this?

Hi,I was trying to book a seat reservation for the IC 394 form Hamburg → Copenhagen on the Eurail site and https://www.bahn.de/ but had problems like others. I read this post I was hoping to clarify what to do.Is this the website to book on https://travel.b-europe.com/dsb-rail/en/reservation-only#TravelWish? Does that get you all the way from Hamburg → Copenhagen and back again?Or do you need to split up the journey and make seat reservations on the Germany side and then on the Denmark side? Thanks

Hello: My friend and I are travelling around Europe next month. And are going to a couple of smaller cities/towns including Montreux, Switzerland, Genoa, Italy, and Cinque Terre, and La Spezia. Does Eurail have trains that go to these places? Is there a map I can see of all train stations that Eurail is included on? David

Hi I am travelling to Istanbul from Bulgaria and preferably we continue to Athens afterwards. I know there is a ferry from Cesme to Chios to Piraeus, but I can’t find information if this is (partially) covered by Interrail.  any tips here? :) 

Hello, Our train Thalys on the 05/08 with the number 9411 has been cancelled. We made the reservation through the euro rail website, would it be possible to have a refund or exchange so we can book another train? Kind regards, Gabrielle

Hi, I would like to report a problem. I was supposed to travel to Sweden form Frankfurt with my Interrail pass. The ticket was already activated and that the inbound/outbound function. Due to problems with the DB I wasn’t able to make my trip and I lost both my outbound and inbound tickets. Could you help me with this ? It’s my first time getting Interrail, lost a lot of money in hotels and stuff and wasn’t able to get a refund in my seat reservations. I’m not asking for a refund I just want my inbound/outbound pass available since I haven’t used any. I’ve tried everything to get in touch with costumer service from Interrail and still have no answers. 

I bought tickets to go from LIlle to Edinburgh on Aug 8. If I now buy a Eurail pass can I apply it to the trip and get money back?

Trying to travel from London to Paris on May 30th, 2022 with my family (preferably in the morning).  There are 4 of us total with 1st Class Global Eurail Pass Currently no seat reservations show available between May 26 and June 1st. I’ve checked both Eurail reservation and b-europe.com  Have checked with connections through Brussels and Lille with no options on May 30th. If there are still open seats on the day of travel, with those seats be opened to Eurail passholders? 

Hello to everyone! I’m thinking to travel directly by the night train from Zurich to Budapest. I was interested to book the train on 01 September at 21.40, but when i tried to book the ticket there was a warning “ Prices unavaible” and this also appear on other options of time. Also when i try to book by the OBB website the tickets look unavaible.Can someone help me to resolve this? Thank you

Hi I have already receive qr code ticket but it asked me to reserve seat. However I just check today there is no seat left to book.  does my QR code ticket still valid. Or I cannot use this qr ticket as I didn’t book seat beforehand. 

I am getting the train from budapest to ljubljana tomorrow and there is a bus from veszpram to ajka. I have very little time between the transfers so any advice on where to get on the bus in relation to the station would be helpful.

Hi all, anyone recently been travelling from Kiato to Pireaus? Can I just hop on board the train with my interrail ticket, without an ekstra ticket for the train? I am arriving shortly before the train departs, so would be nice to know I dont have to look for tickets first.Best regards Karina 

dear communityunfortunately i’m not getting an answer from the support due to the mass of mails and questions rn.i really need to change my starting date on my paper (promotional) pass from 08/03 to 08/01. is that even possible? if i bought myself a new pass now und returned the unused one, would i still be able to keep my promotion price of the first pass?it’s a 2 month pass. i HAVE to (officially) change the date, right? Thank you so much for helping :)
