Hello, I requested an exchange of 2 interrail passes (photos sent by email on May 5, 2021) and sent my passes by post. How do I get the new PASS please? I want to use them between August 27 and September 11, 2022. I've been emailing about this for a while and never got a response. We would like to organize our vacation because the dates are approaching! Thanks for your feedback

I have been looking into reserving my seats for my Italy trip through the ÖBB website as many have recommended. However, it says that the ticket must be printed at ÖBB self service machines or at ÖBB ticket offices in Austria. Is this required, or could I also just show my ticket on my phone? I’m just not sure how I’m supposed to print these if I’m not actually in Austria. 

We are trying to book seat reservations to travel from Ljubljana to Split on 4th-5th August, but on all the routes there’s at least one leg of the trip that says it requires reservation and it’s not available to buy. We’ve also looked on other websites such as OBB but same issue. It says it’s a regional train, can we still get it without reserving? Not sure whether to just wing it when we get there.

Seat reservation with non-interrail passenger on Irish trains: how to do it so we sit together?  

hi, i’m slightly confused about the outbound/inbound journey rules and would just like some reassurance. I have a one month continuous global pass (mobile). On my first day of travel i plan to get the train into London where i will then change stations and use the euro star to get to Brussels. Similarly, on my last day of travel i will be getting the eurostar back from Paris then getting the train home from London on the same day. So my question is will i be allowed to take two trains on my outbound/inbound journeys as long as they are on the same day?

Hello. I have a tour family mobile pass purchased with plus.i am having a loro of difficulties in booking and communicating. The passes have not yet been activated. Is It possibile ti request a refund? They are reliable?

I have a 10 min layover. Will I be able to make the next train on time?

We have paid the Greek Island Pass (4 days within a month) and have already the ID of the reservation.📲 Now we need to activate the pass in the Interrail app but our ID does NOT work. Considerint we are travelling on August (busy ferries, I suppose), we want to activate the pass and reservate the different ferries Athens - Santorini - Naxos.  😓😓 THE PROBLEM: The app gives us an error by which our ID is not valid. We think this is due to our start date pass: 15th August. Does this mean we won't be able to reservate the ferries until 15th August? We want guarantees... And do NOT have any email response. Hello, I'd like to ask whether the Interrail Global ticket is valid in Serbia and North Macedonia. I need to travel from Zagreb (Croatia) to Belgrade (Serbia) and from Belgrade to Skopje (N. Macedonia). I can't find it on the app. Where can I book my train ticket? Can you help me?

I have a global pass, 2nd class. Now trying to get from Copenhagen to Stockholm. However, trains are sold out. I can find 1st class seats. If I buy these seats how can I buy the firstclass ticket? Called to SJ (Sweden's railway) but there re 180 customers before me. Any tips? 

I travelled from Hamburg to Verona with a connection via Munich (night train). I now want to go back to Hamburg. The system says that I cant enter the home country again. It seems that the connection via Munich at night was calculated as a second trip in my home country? What can I do to come home?

Emergent support needed!2,5 weeks ago I wrote you a letter asking for help.We really need it right now!When we travelled from northern Sweden to Stockholm,we started our journey in the evening.The next morning we took train from Stockholm to Copenhagen.The pass demanded to use in-/outbound journey on the both trips.We hadn’t left Sweden yet but the system already took all of our in-/outbound journeys within 12 hours of traveling.Otherwise,it was impossible to get a QR-code for the trip Stockholm-Copenhagen.We are 2 adults and 2 kids and tomorrow we want to come back home.The Interrail pass refuses to activate any journey to Sweden because no in-/outbound trips are left.There is no helpful information about the conditions for in-/outbound trips.Though we have read a lot about Interrail, right now we are feeling worried and disappointed in the system that is failing us. We need an inbound journey now to get home.And it can take up to 17 hours to get there through Sweden.Best regardsElena

HiI’ve bought a 5 days interrail for two people and today I’ve activated the pass and booked the outbound journey - including buying the reservation seat for the eurostar to Paris. Now it’s showing travel days 3/5 left where it should be 4/5 left, correct? Below picture to illustrate.can I have some help, please? I found the whole process of pass activation and seats reservations very stressful possibly not quite knowing what I was doing. 

Hi, I hope someone can help me.  We were robbed on a night train last night.  My phone with the global pass is gone and I need to download the pass to a new device.  Our next train is Sunday.  There is no telephone number to Interrail Customer Service and no-one has answered my email to support@myinterrail.co.uk.Can anyone help me in advising how this can be done? I dont want this very stressful situation to mar the rest of our trip :-(Thank you everyone.

Hello, I have a technical question, if I am going interrailing from the 9th august to the 5th September do I need to buy a 2 months pass, or can I buy a 1 month pass. I will be gone less than a month, but it does switch from august to September while I am gone, and I can’t find anything on the website to answer my questionBest Regards Kaya

Dear sir/ms.  I hope you can help me. Yesterday we tried to make a reservation for a train in Spain, since this is needed. The lady at the desk refused however to make a reservation before we added the travel day in the app, even though the day we wanted to travel on was a few days ahead. Because of bad internet we could not turn on the travel day and she even refused to check if there would be trains available for this date. Is is necessary to turn on your travel day when making a reservation? I understand that is is obligatory when entering the train, but I believe it is not when making a reservation, or am I wrong?

Hi, So new to all this been reading things for weeks! Planning to buy the global 1st class Interail pass and travel from the UK to Europe within the next two weeks.  I have seen there are 2 websites to buy the reservations on? The interail website and B website. Does it matter which one you choose? Also Am I pushing fine by buying the pass this week for travel beginning of August.

Hello. I have seen on the Interrail App that is it not compulsory to book a reservation for the train Hamburg-Copenhagen, but some people form the Community have said that it is. I have a 1st class pass and was wondering if maybe 1st class wagons are not as crowded as 2nd class wagons, and therefore and I would not need to book a reservation. Thank you!

Hi!! I need to travel on wednesday the 27th July from Paris to Berlin. I dont understand if the Eurail website is not working, but when i first search it says for ex the train that leaves at 9:06 from Paris Est to Frankfurt costs €15. And when i click on the option there’s a sign that says prices unavailable. And the same thing happens with every other option that i touch. Is it possible that all trains from that day are sold out? Where else can i search for reservations??Thanks in advance!!!

Hi!I’m in Rome at the moment and I want book the nightjet from Rome to Cefalu (Sicily) on the 23th-24th of July. When I try to do this on the ÖBB website, it says: ‘ticket unavailable’ even though I clicked on the ‘one-way ticket and day ticket’ button. Does this mean that the train is full? Are there any other websites I could check?Thanks!!

A friend of mine won an interrail global pass ticket but unfortunately she is unable to use it. Is it possible to change the name over the ticket so I can use it? The trip should be during the end of September and the beginning of October. Thanks
