I am from the US, and tried booking for our trip in europe from spain to france or even spain to italy. It came up alot of having to ship it to post but the mail will not arrive in time and do not wish to ship towards address there because it could get lost. I tried calling the number and it did not work, and was wondering any help or options.

Hello, I need help to book my seat online to come back in France. It rest me 2 days of interail pass that I have to use before Tuesday 26th of July before midnight. Also, I have a problem with the inbound day 😭😭  someone can explain me how book my seat reservation online ?  also when I want to add my ticket in the pass it is written that « it look like you have used all your inbound/Outbound journey  you will need to buy a separate ticket to make this journey » : how I can use my inbound day to come back in my country or how I can buy this separate ticket 😭 Please help me 😖😖Emilie

Hi I’m trying to book a train from Firenze S. M. Novella to Naples centrale.  Specifically the train leaving the 13/07/22 at 6:00. I already figured how to get my pass covert number but when I try to make a reservation it says that the number is not valid.what can I do?

Hello! Can Simeone please tell me what is a travel day? with the pass 7 days within 1 month i can do 7 trips and stay away as many days as i want until he reach of 30 or i can stay away only 7 days?

Hello, I have already purchased the Interrail pass, but for personal reasons I will finally not be able to make the trip I had planned for this August. I have read that I have 11 months from the moment of purchase to activate my Interrail pass, but that it can also be deactivated later. My question is whether I could activate the pass, for example, in November and deactivate it immediately afterwards so that I have 11 more months to go and be able to make my long-awaited trip in the summer of 2023 without my pass expiring and without losing my purchase. I booked several seat reservations for my trip to France, Switzerland, and Italy this week. I booked it two hours ago and haven't received the confirmation email yet. My payment is also succeeded.I got to this page but nothing in my email. Anyone else experience delayed confirmation and eventually secured the reservation? Thanks

Hi,I reserved 3 places on the train from Duisburg Hbf to Berlin Hbf. It departs on the 17th of July. After this reservation, I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. And it is also not showing in ‘my reservations’

So right now at the moment my girlfriend is coming home after a dreadful travel using interrail. The reservated seats never existed on multiple occasions which meant they had to book extra tickets that were not from the pass and had to pay extra money even though the pass should cover their train tickets. On multiple occasions they had to book residencies for the night because the booked train was full and they had nowhere to sit even though seats were reservated. Come to the final day of their pass they want to go home and booked a direct train from Prague to Amsterdam, however after preparing to leave and having booked their tickets a few weeks ago, they show up at the train station where the train that had their reserved seats never went and didnt even exist. So now they have to book new tickets and book a place to stay the night even though they followed Interrails instructions. How do i contact interrail about this cause they hide behind their chat  bot that has worthless answers 

How can I report train companies where the mobile app should be recognised but isn’t?Examples include;Poland - Polregio (several other friends have reported problems here too)UK - All of them that I tried - Avanti West Coast, LNER, Trans Pennine Express, Thameslink, Southern.Fortunately since I was born in the UK, I was able to explain. Someone whose English wasn’t as good might have problems.Perhaps you might consider providing some text in each of the local languages that the passholder can show at a ticket check if there’s a problem?

When I called SNCF for a seat reservation I found out that my EU Visa card is not accepted. I was told that only American Express and French cards are accepted. As far as i know this is not legal. I also read somewhere that Visa cards are accepted. Is this normal or they just made up an excuse to not give seat reservations? Did it happen to you?

I purchased a mobile 2 month continuous pass on 10/5/2022 and I understand I have to activate it within 11 months of purchase. Does that mean I have to start travel by that date or can i activate it but then start travel at a later date ?So for example activate it on 01/04/2023 but start travel on 01/06/23 for a period of 2 months.Any help greatly appreciated.Thanks 

Hi all,First time traveller on the Eurail. My wife and I just purchased first class tickets and will be traveling through all of August.When I try to book some things like London to Amsterdam for example, a seat reservation is required and there is an option for a first class and second class seat reservation, but when I try booking from Amsterdam to Munich and Munich to Milan which are both overnight trips there is no option for a first class reservation, only a second class option, the first class reservation just comes up as N/A on the Rail Journey App. Is this because first class seats are all taken or another reason? I have added my pass to the app but have not activated it does this matter? Any help on this topic and anything else would be a massive help, including any experience with first class travel and if it is worth it Thanks in advance!Jesse 

Hello,We had a reservation from Budapest to Bucharest on the 13th of July, departing 19:10 from Budapest. . We had two tickets in a private compartment (2 people), however in the train the supervisor told us that the carriage was broken and we travelled in a four people compartment, despite we paid the full price for the 2-people option. Is there any possibility to ask for a compensation/refund, given that we travelled in a category different from the reservation?Thanks and regards

Hi, i am planning to travel from Basel SBB to paris but the train i am looking for is not available on rail planner app, but is showing on eurail website, the train that suits me is available on website of eurail but not on the application so i can add that trip to my mobile pass, what should i do? Should i add it manually?

Hello,I am trying to book from Brussels to Prague. All segments of this trip show as “ Ready to Board” however one segment shows “ You do not need a reservation but you can buy if you like” but then it also says that I cannot buy reservation seats since they are all sold out - What does this mean?Can we just show up there and board the train despite not having seat reservation?  Or we just cannot take this train? All segments of this trip on the website is showing in green as “ Ready to Board” Pls guide. ThanksSatbeer

We’re planning to visit the east of Europe and started to look for trains which will fit in out timetable. But now we are facing a problem, for every seat reservation the only option is to get it in paper form which is always 10$ extra?!  Do you know if there is another way maybe to get the ticket via mail or something like that ? We also heard that in Eastern Europe train reservation aren’t really necessary, is this true ? 

Hello Recently I have got 7 days in one month Global pass and I've made a plan based on that but I'm Confused whether my plan is suitable for using 7 day tickets or does it exceed? Hello, Me and a friend have 2nd class passes and are on our way to hamburg. From hamburg we are supposed to catch another train to mannheim. However, when I checked this morning the bahn website stated that they expect high demand in second class. Since the rail planner app did not recommend / require seat reservations we did not make any for the train to Mannheim. Does anyone have experience with this route and can explain what our chances of getting on that train are? 

Can I make a seat reservation through b-europe.com using digital pass? I tried to make one, but they ask for Eurail pass cover number.

Hey! Me and my partner are doing interrail for one month in August.Our mistake was while booking our seat reservations for the trains we did it seperately and only realised afterwards that we are seated very far from each other which is not how we imagined it to be. Canceling the reservation via website is not possible if you want refund. Is there any way we can still change it so we sit next to each other or at least in the same wagon? Thank you
