Hi guys,i will travel in August in Scandinavia and my planned end is in Helsinki but i will have a few travel days over for my trip home. But: how? There are really no informations (you cant find tallin in the interrail train search), so yeah, has someone a way to get from tallinn to warsaw by train and at best without seat reservations? :) i really have a bit time and a tent, so i dont care if its get a bit chaotic, but i am really trying to dont use a bus :Dthanks and have a nice evening 

How do you book a sleeper train couchette on a night train. Am wanting to book a sleeper train from La Spezia to Salerno in Italy. 

If I make a reservation for a train at 17:00 will I be able to use it on a later train same day if I miss my connection. 

Hi, are the passes sold out for any time Amsterdam to Paris tomorrow, July 14th?? Had our flight canceled last minute and trying to make other arrangements. But every time is not loading the price. If they’re not sold out would like the earliest one in the morning. Please help 

Hey!I want to book a reservation for my journey from Hamburg to Ringsted (Denmark), tomorrow night 23,59. I tried to do it via the website, the app and via Deutsche Bahn. It says ‘Reservation is unavailable’, at first i thought it ment the train was full but even when i postpone the journey with up to two months i get the same message. Is there anyone who can help me book the reservation?Greetings, 

I looked up for trains from Paris to Le Havre. I saved them in the app as my ticket. At the train station it didnt work because of „invalid ticket“. Some people said ythe TER trains are not included. But i can select them in the app. Thanks for your help.

Hi We have just heard the news about the strike on July 27th. We are booked to leave Oxenholme station on train to get Eurostar that day, using our Interrail passes. This will be the first leg of our 16dsy holiday. Accommodation booked in five countries.  Absolutely gutted. I know this sounds stupid but can anyone advise? Obviously we don't know if the Eurostar will be affected but if it is,. ..well. .what? Speechless  Any help most welcome Thanks Deb

Hello dear community,I have a question regarding travel days and night trains. So there is a connection tonight from Lille Flandres to Bordeaux St Jean.Time = 19:12 - 00:37 With one change in Paris Nord at 20:14Am I correct to assume that this journey counts as only one travel day?Night trains being defined as any train departuring before midnight and arriving afterwards. I've been traveling all day from Copenhagen and to arrive to Bordeaux in one travel day is the mission.Was hoping for info so to know if I can book the reservations because they're both TGVs.Thanks for your help as always, appreciated!

Can somebody help me, please?We have bought three passes and planned to travel as a family from Prague to Portugal and back, leaving tomorrow. On Monday I wanted to load the passes in my App (I need to have all three passes in my phone) but all I get is the ´Something went wrong´ message.I am online, have Android 6.0.1, the latest version of the App (24.1.0), I´ve tried about 15 times since Monday but keep getting the same message. I enabled error logging and contacted customer service on Monday, receiving an automatic reply that they will try (!) to deal with it in two days. They haven´t answered yet.I don´t know what to do .. we have booked all our accomodation, I have seat reservations (had to go to Germany to get the Spanish seat reservations) … it´s very frustrating. We might be able to postpone the first train and leave on Friday July 15 at 5:30 am at the latest, but no more changes are possible as we´ll be on the move 14 days out of 16.Do you think I should get another Android p

Hello, I bought interrail global pass and I want to depart from Valencia, Spain. My train departs from Valencia the 31st of july at 16:38, but I have to wait one day in Barcelona, so the next morning I leave Barcelona on my way to Geneve. I read that you can’t travel more than one day in your country in order to leave it, so my question is if “one day” means one calendar day or means  24 hours since the beggining of my travel.

Hey everyone. I’m supposed to travel from Paris starting on the 31th of July and cross Germany - Tchek Republic - Slovakia - Hungary - Serbia - Croatia - Slovenia - Italy - …I NEED HELP. I can’t book ANY trains or at least the ones I’ve tried. Everytime it says “Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”PLEASE help I am losing it.

Hey. It’s me again. I am FREAKING OUT. I’m leaving with my friend on the 31th or July or the 1st of August - or at least I’m supposed to. We are cool with the first stop, it could be Amsterdam or any city in Germany really. The thing is that EVERY Interrail ticket is BOOKED. We don’t know where to go, we can’t travel later than that. What the fuck is happening? Why sell 500 euros Interrail passes if you can’t travel with it? PLEASE help. It’s urgent.

Hello,When we bought our passes we thought we made sure that the correct pass was assigned to the correct person but here we are. I am now unable to activate my pass because I am older than 27, while my partner has activated the adult pass. Any idea on how we can fix this?

Hi!I bought a 7 day Global Pass, but changed my plans and would need only 5 days. I understand I should cancel my Pass and get a new one. Problem is I already made reservations associated to my actual pass. Is it still possible to make this exchange, or is it better to play it safe and keep it this way?Thanks for the help!!

Please try searching again or find an alternative way to book.’…. When I go to the site of Thalys, I see that there still are some spots left… But how can I enter there my interrail ticket???

Hi, there seems to be a problem with the website.  I can only login if I use google.  I first logged in using a password but it will no longer let me.My friend has the same problem. She managed to log in once and book one reservation, but now she can no longer do so. She asks for a password reset just in case, but this was never sent. She doesn't have a google account so can’t log in that way.Can anyone help - is this a temporary problem with the website, or can you only login with google or facebook?If so she is completely stuck! 

Hello, I need a pass cover number to book a seat reservation with Thalys, but I have a mobile pass so I do not have a cover number. I have tried to request one from support, but with the recent delays in answer, I am not hopeful. I am afraid it will sell out before they get back to me.  Any Ideas for a work-around?
