Hi!I am travelling to Spain in late August with Interrail pass. I have looked into a few other threads where I have found the number +34 912 320 320 to call for booking seat reservations since I doesn’t seem possible to book seat reservations for trains i Spain over the internet. I live in Sweden and am arriving in Figueres Vilafant about 1-2 hours before the first train I aim to book in Spain.I have called several times trying to book seat reservations. First time they said it was too early and that I had to call back when there was 3 months left until my trip. Second time they said it was something wrong with their system but that they would mail me a link which I had to click on to approve the booking, or something like that. Unfortunately i never got the mail. Now that I tried calling for the third time they say that I can’t book seat reservations until 3 days before my trip, but that I can buy tickets now to the train if I want(however then that is not linked to my Interrail pass)

Hello, how do i know if i have activated the interrail pas?We are a group, we had all the passes on one mobile now (but we haven't used them or anything) we need two of the passes to be on another mobile. How can we do it? Once activated, can we modify the trip that we had planned?For example, there are two days that we are in London and we want to take the metro but we have not put it in the application. Would it be possible to take the subway? Thank you very much

We are in a small town of Norway just above Brønnøysund. We arrived here from Trondheim with an non-reservation train last Sunday. Now, we want to go on tomorrow, but the next non-reservation train passes through on Saturday and we can't buy an reservation because it's post-only that will need 6 days and it seems like there is no personelle here that could help us. Do you have any ideas what we can do to get out of here without paying 120€ for a separate ticket and not waiting here till Saturday and go in the opposite direction we want or wait 1 Week here because there are no digital reservations. The only thing for what I know is ask people that work on the train before boarding.

I bought my pass a month ago and just recently activated it to start traveling. However when I went to reserve my seats on my planned journey there weren’t any available. I am trying to get from London St Pancras → Schiphol Airport, NL on July 14, 2022. Can I reserve a seat in person in London? Can I get on the train without a seat assignment and risk standing? Please help worried I won’t actually be able to use the eurorail pass.

How does it work on trains with "Seat reservation not required"? Can you get in without making a reservation? Is it on a first come, first served basis? Is entry to the train guaranteed? 

Hi!My Interrail ticket expires on July 17, my question is, does the ticket expire on the 17th at 00:00 or do I have the whole of the 17th to use it for the last time?

We are travelling to Tirano from Varenna soon. I know all about the trackworks and there is a replacement bus. However when looking on the interrail app to add the trip it is showing the first part of the journey by train to Colico is "not in network" why is this the train is RE 10316. 

Good evening,I'm trying to buy to 2 passes for Greek islands.We would like to start our trip on August 11th, but according to your website we should recive the paper passes at least on August 16th and consequently our first available day to start the trip is August 17th.How can we solve this problem? Hello.. I am new to this eurail website and I started planning my travel and I saw in planner in mobile app I turned on filter for No seat reservations required and searched for travel from kopenhagen to hamburg. In the results I get I see high speed train and one IC train and it says the reservation is recommended.I want to know is it just a suggestion or I have to do reservation in that case?

Hallo, vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen. Ich versuche auf verschiedene Art und Weise Züge in Schweden zu reservieren und komme nicht zum Ziel. Schon bei der ersten Zugverbindung von Hamburg nach Malmö gelingt es mir nicht weder über die DB noch über die SJ oder Interrail Seite einen Sitzplatz zu reservieren.Ich kann auch nicht über die DB Seite nur die Reservierung buchen wir üblicherweise. Ich vermute ich mache irgendetwas falsch oder kann es sein, dass tatsächlich alle Züge ausgebucht sind.? Ich bin eigentlich diesbezüglich nicht so unerfahren, aber überhaupt nicht mit dem schwedischen Buchungssystem zurecht.Auch die Zugverbindung von Stockholm nach Oslo werden mir als nicht buchbar angezeigt.Bei der SJ App habe ich das Problem dass ich die englische Sprache nicht anwählen kann (trotz Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst Support ist mir das nicht gelungen) auf der Internetseite von SJ kann ich zwar die Züge sehen finde aber nicht den Button „nur Reservierung“.Ich würde mich über eine Antwor

When checking out, I've noticed that the paper passes would not reach Australia/ our hotel in Greece by mail before 22nd August. Can we receive a mobile pass instead, to ensure being able to utilise the passes?Thanks in advance for responses.

I’m trying to make a sleeper reservation on the Nightjet Amsterdam to Munich on 14th August. The website won’t let me pay and gives me this error code:Reservation error (NJ-Code: NJ-02, TS-Code: WBS08085, Public ID: 70fd2fb9f0b847f49fcf33f36edde9a8, Support ID: NIGHT1_bB91lD85)Does anyone understand what this means?I’ve tried to get though the the support line in Austria but don’t speak German so I was wondering is there another way of making this reservation does anyone know? Many thanks

Hi, I am planning to move from Zurich to Innsbruck but I am confused with the coverage of Austria Pass.It seems that I can use my Swiss travel pass from Zurich to Buchs SG (in Switzerland), but is it possible to use Austria Pass from Buchs SG to Innsbruck? Or, should I use it from Feldkirch (in Austria, the next station of Buchs SG) to Innsbruck and buy the ticket from Buchs SG to Feldkirch separately?It would be thankful if someone enlightens me about this :)

We are trying to travel from Bled to Zagreb on the morning of the 14th July. The train we want to get on is the EN40465 from Lesce Bled at 7:31 to Zagreb at 10:49. However on the OBB website this train is showing as not available to book tickets for. Does that mean the train is not running? Or just that it is fully booked? And would we be allowed to travel on this train with our passes but without a seat reservation - we are happy to stand! 

I am going around in circles trying to work out how to reserve tickets on Spanish high speed trains. My family and I are flying in to Spain but thought we would take the train back across Europe.  My problems are that I need to make seat reservations but trying to do that via an online search just takes me to sites that are set up for ticket purchasing not ticket reservations. It would be easier (I expect) to use the interail.eu tool, but for reasons that are unclear my trip details don’t appear on the online account I set up. Neither does it appear possible to query this with the interrail.eu as they don’t seem to respond to emails or accept phone calls.  This is all very frustrating and worrying, Can somebody help?

Can I get an interrail pass if my country of residence it's in Europe but not in the EU?

Travelling from London to Rome.  Train from Paris to Milano change over for 3 hours in Chiasso (Switzerland Railway between 1:56am to 5:13am.  Is it advisable to take this train?  How is the railway station at that time of the morning.  Anything open 24 hours coffee shop etc… I dont want to stand alone in a dark cold station please help. Are there any safety concerns with a 3-hour layover at the Chiasso station (1 am to 4 am) ? Have anyone done this before and please provide experience.

Bonjour, Pour info, le planificateur ne marche pas du tout, il faut cliquer 50 fois sur l horaire qui nous convient et quand enfin on y arrive, il multiplie par deux le montant des reservations alirs que tout est tres bien renseigné pour deux personnes des le debut…Je commence a regretter sérieusement de m etre embarqué la dedans..... 

We're a family of 4 planning on going Amsterdam → Bruges on the 26th of July, sometime late morning or early afternoon. After looking on Eurail, we essentially have two options: Thalys or IC.Thalys to Brussels, IC to Bruges USD $94 IC to Brussels, separate IC to Bruges (no reservation)Although slower, obviously number 2 seems to be the better option. But I'm concerned if there will be space on this train, as it's peak summer season and I’ve been told to reserve seats wherever I can. Obviously I'd hate to stand for 4 hours.

Hi! A few weeks ago I added the train from Hamburg to Copenhagen at 10.53-15.35 on the 6th of August to the interrail app. Now my friends have tried to do the same thing but it says it is no longer a train even though I checked on the Germany Rail Transport website (Deutsche Bahn) that it is still an existing train. What could be the problem? I specify that it was not a train that needed a reservation.

Hello,Next Monday, 18th July, I was taking the Eurocity train from Budapest to Prague at 11:40, and I already had the seat reservation because ir was obligatory according to the app. However, after the last update of the app, this train is missing. Why is that, and what do I have to do to travel that day from Budapest to Prague taking into account I already paid for ir? Thank you

I have a two-month global pass with the latest activation date of 9 April. Does that mean I can activate on 9 April and then travel for two months? Or is my 9 April also the limit of its validity (i.e. an effective latest activation date of 9 February in order to use the full two months)?Thanks!

Hi allWhen I missed the train because the train before was late, can I ask for a refund for my reservation, or ask for change of the reservation (if there is time enough for doing this...)  I have an Eurail ticket 1. class, but even more than one monthe before, I cannot reserve seats in the first class (DB ICE Frankfurt > Cologne). Reservations in this train are NOT mandatory. Are there “open” seats in such trains.Thanks for your help!
