Hello, I have a question.I ordered my pass a week ago, but did not reserve any seats because they said it was not needed. Turns out all the seats have been booked now by other people. Is this a problem?Would love to get an answer!Michelle

 Hello, I have a problem concerning my last day of travel, I want to return tomorrow from Naples to Nantes, I have one day of travel left on my pass. However, I made a wrong manipulation with the application and my travel day was set for the 9th of July and not the 10th. I can't cancel my travel day today to get my tickets for tomorrow. Can you please help me, I am completely stressed.

I’m on my first day travelling (yay) and so far everything has worked out really good. But on this train, from Gothenburg to Copenhagen the conductor scanned the qr code and said that something went wrong. I guess nothing showed up in his scanner. Luckily, he looked at the ticket and approved it. But, it does not feel safe knowing that the conductor might not be able to scan my ticket right. What could be wrong? It worked on the first train I took today.

Hi. Not a specific Eurail problem I guess - but purchased a ticket with b-europe.com to go from London to Paris with my Eurail pass and the payment went through and was deducted from my bank account but got a message on the b-europe site that the ticket wasn’t confirmed. I then got an email from b-europe saying actually the ticket is confirmed but there were no tickets to download and the email said I was only charged the 4 euro booking fee (even though the full amount was deducted from my bank account). And when I go back to check my tickets on the b-europe website there is no ticket from London to Paris.Has anyone had any problems with b-europe today (8th July)?Thanks 

I am looking to travel from London to Paris using the Eurostar 23rd July using my global pass (2nd class). An error message keeps appearing when booking seat reservations saying that there’s a possibility all pass holder reservations are sold out. Can somebody confirm to me that this is the case? I am also flexible with dates and times however, the same message seems to be appearing. I’m not sure which other websites I can check other than Eurostar, which of course are charging a full ticket price. 

I`m asking about the EURAIL Greek 4 days island pass.I`m about to book 2 blue-start ferry trips (or even more...), and I want to understand what is a travel day exactly. What does a travel day provide, of the 2 following options?I can reserve 4 ferry trips, each on a different day?ORI can reserve unlimited number of ferry trips, as long as I travel in one of my 4 travel days, which I choose. Thank you!I HOPE it`s the second option of course :D Yet the website is not so clear about it…

I recently requested a name change for one of the travellers on my trip. The name was successfully changed for their mobile pass.However, when I try to make reservations online, the previous name still appears. And I am unable to edit traveler details for the trip.I've emailed customer support but I have yet to hear from them. It's quite urgent as I need to make reservations soon.

I have found that the website shows constantly that there are seated reservations available for journeys before you buy the pass. But then when you buy the pass and go to reserve exact seats one min later they suddenly become unavailable! On three out of the four journeys I checked and rechecked that seats reservations said it would be possible and then they aren’t after you buy the pass! This feels like seriously shocking and scammy behavior from this website! You should show more updated information so that people can make decision based on true facts.  I would like a full refund!

I'm NOT traveling yet, but my Device is broken.When activating on another device, my reservations are still valid?

The Railplanner app does not show me any trains between Rome, Florence etc, instead saying “sorry no trains that match your search”. What do I do in that instance?

Hello. Ever since the pandemic - and possibly before - it has been impossible to book Interrail reservations between Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy (Disneyland Paris) and London St Pancras on Eurostar. I understand that reservations to Disneyland Paris were - like those to Paris, Lille, and Brussels - a part of the 2017 commercial agreement between Interrail and Eurostar. Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy not a selectable option in the SNCB-International online booking tool and when one calls different booking centres, apparently the availability is not actually loaded. There is no ticket bucket.Please may I ask if reservations to Disneyland Paris were ever a part of the Eurostar-Interrail faring agreement? If so, when were they formally renegotiated/withdrawn?If they were not formally withdrawn, can we get them back please?Thank you. If any part of these questions is wrong, impetuous, or mistaken, I apologise.

Hi, my Interrail Pass should arrive before july 23, but I´m on vacation and will be back a little later than that. Interrail sent me an E-mail that said someone has to be home to sign, so now I am afraid that my ticket will be sent back to the sender if I am not home.Does someone know if the pass is going to a near postale station when I am not home, so that I can pick it up?And if so, can only I pick it up (and need to show my identity card) or can I send someone to get it for me while I am not home yet?It´s stressing me out and nobody from interrail is replying to my mails!

I want to book a seat reservation for me and 4 others from Munich to Zagreb for an Euro Night train that leaves in 8 days (currently friday, train departs next saturday). However when I go to the interrail website and try to put in all the shipping and billing details the site does not let me continue.Whilst in the menu of the order details, as soon as I put in the country the button of “continue to traveller details” goes from bright yellow to an unclickable grey filtered button. Is this because it is too close to the departure date? Hi all!My boyfriend and I will be travelling europe in the fall. We are trying to understand how the passes/reservations work.  When we reserve seats, would we be able to reserve seats next to each other if we bought tickets separately or is it randomized/pick a seat when you get to the train? Or if we buy the passes together, when we reserve, since we bought together would it automatically assign us seats together/choose seats next to each other ? Or is it also just pick a seat when you get to the train?  Any info on how this works and if there’s a benefit to booking passes together or each separately!!!thanks a million

I bought a 4-day travel pass for my son and I. For each day of travel, it appears ALL trains are sold out. How is this possible and what are my options? Traveling between London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Edinburgh. Some people have said that although the website says seats are sold out, once I get to the train station, I should be able to book the seats. Is that true? Or should I be looking for alternative ways to travel between the countries?

Is booking the Bucharest Vienna train with an Interrail Pass best done through the Austrian train website? If so, how much extra is it per person to reserve a berth with 2/3 beds?thanks

I understand one can only reserve the Bosphorus Express at Istanbul’s two train stations. Even if we can only arrive to the station on the day, is it almost certain that there will be places for us. And are all tickets sold on this train for beds (we want to make sure any night trains we go on have beds to sleep in instead of just sitting) How many people are usually in each cabin?
