Hello I bought a continuous pass for two months but the app tell me that I don't have travel days left. My pass already began but I can't use it!Thomas 

I’m looking to book 5 x reservations for Prague to Katowice on 31 July and then 5 x reservations for Krakow Glowny to Vienna overnight departing 2 Aug.  It needs paper reservations & says they won’t arrive on time.  (Website said allow 6 days & this is 5 weeks away so I’m a little confused!).  I’m worried about waiting until I get to Prague to buy them in case there are no seats left.  How else can I buy them please?  I’m currently in England and travelling to Prague via Belgium and Germany.Thank you!Karen

I”ve put today 8 july as the first travel day by mistake because i didn’t know how it worked yet but i want to start travelling later. Can i please somehow cancel it?

So I discovered you can buy a second pass… done so… but they come with instructions to download the RAIL PLANNER  APP, which, obviously, I already have. Can’t seem to find anywhere on the APP to add another pass. Any ideas?

I see I don’t have a lot of choices to go through Paris by train when using the global pass. I live in Swiss and I am going to spend a week in France. My question is which train is allowed me to get in? I don’t really know the train network in France.Thank you 

Hello, I deciced to move from Vienna to Budapest on a train which does not require reservation. On the website the route seemed to be included in the pass, however I wanted to book a seat but when I tried to pay a message said that the route is not available. Does it mean that I cannot take the train or simply I cannot book a seat?

Hi there, we’re trying to book the night train to Craiova on the Thursday, the direct train, but it says only paper tickets are available. When we go to order paper tickets it says they won’t be posted in time. What can we do?  thanks! 

I really need help exchanging my mobile Eurail pass. I imputed the wrong passport information and purchased the wrong class. I trying visited the help desk but they turned me away because they only help paper passes. And I’ve tried contacting customer support but I haven’t heard back from them. I’m unsure what to do now.

Hello, I have added a trip manually from Ljubliana (Slovenia) to Zagreb (Croatia) by bus, since it was all booked in the app. I do not know if I have to make a reservation or not on this bus. 

Hi! A friend and I are planning to travel to Italy this summer, but are having some confusion about the night trains. We want to take some trains at night, but the app says ‘+1 day’ for these trips. Does that mean that it takes 2 days off your pass? Because I read somewhere that that's not supposed to be the case as long as you board the last train before 00:00. For example, we want to take a trip that has one train fron 22:00 to 23:30, and then one from 23:45 to 7:00, but the app says ‘+1 day’, so we are confused about what that means. Can anyone tell us?

I just installed and activated railplanner, but my ‘from’ station disappears as soon as I enter my ‘to’ station. So it is not possible to enter both the departure and arrival stations at the same time, rendering the app useless for planning and traveling. Android 10 on Motorola Moto 8 Plus. The app was downloaded from the Android Playstore an hour ago, so I assume it is the latest version. Any ideas anybody? The trip I was trying to plan is from Antwerp to Lille.Hope to travel, so there is some urgency. Thanks.

Hi all, I know many have asked this question before but I had to reset my phone with the Interrail app on it and now that I downloaded the app again I can not add my pass anymore as it “is activated on a different device already”. I have already submitted a request with the headline “URGENT phone reset with interrail pass”. I will start traveling on Saturday early morning and I am super nervous now. Can anybody tell me how long it usually takes for the costumer service to reply/solve the issue? Thank you so much for your help and answer!  

Hello  Im trying to book our train out from London to Brussels on the 21st July it appears there are no seat reservations available on this journey for the whole day Does anyone know how I can get around this as there seems to be tickets available to buy on the eurostar for that day?

I would like to know how can I ask for compensation for train delays and cancellations on continuous pass. Where can I find the rules about this?Regards,Anusha 

We are trying to travel from Budapest to Bled on the night of the 11th july. We have found a train from Budapest to Salzburg and we want to book the NJ from salzburg at 1:40 to lesce bled at 05:17. On OBB website it says this train is not available to book. Does that mean it is not running at all? If so can anyone suggest alternative routes from Budapest to Bled? Thanks

Hello Can we duplicate multi trips to another pass in the same device? It seems that i have to create trips 1 by 1 to another passholder in the same travelling group. It is mentioned in eurail short video but very briefly that i could not follow the instructions. 

URGENT, Hello Interrail community, I have been traveling for over 20 days now with no issues, but today on my way to Graz from Woergl, the train conductor says that my pass isn’t valid, because the Pass Id doesn’t match my passport ID? Can anyone help me?

How much does it cost to cancel a night train reservation? And is the cost different if canceling within a certain amount of hours or a certain amount of days?   I am traveling from Amsterdam to Budapest anywhere between July 25 and July 27.  Also, how much are meals and water on the train?

Hi, Looking for option for Varenna to Florence on the fast train. I am a non-european so will have a eurail pass. Is it possible to get from Vareena to Florence using Eurail Pass and if so how do I book? I understand the quickest trip is about 3 ½ hours and involves 1 change. Eurail web site does not show option and Italierail does not seem to allow Eurail Pass. Any help is appreciated.

Hey, so I am trying to travel from Barcelona to Paris and I can only make the reservation as a paper ticket, but I would really prefer to have it as e ticket. Does anybody have an alternative or how I could get an e ticket?Thank you!

Hello, is it possible to travel in train which is fully booked? All seat reservations are sold out. So is it possible to board even there are no free sests? It means we will stand? Thanks a lot
