I need to return my paper pass for a refund in the next few days (due to covid), but don’t know where to send it. I clicked on the refund button in my account and obtained a number but can’t find a postal address. Can anyone help? Thanks
Looking to travel from Istanbul to London by train, but having some difficulties with planning. Can someone confirm if the Bosporus Express is definitely running? Also, how does this train work with an Interrail Pass, given that you can’t book in advance online, and can only secure tickets at the ticket office in Hakalli Station. Do you just show the pass at the office, and do you have to pay any extra money? Also, how likely is it that there will be spare places onboard, given that we will only be able to arrive at the station just before the journey. It’s my first time getting an Interrail Pass, and so not quite sure how the system works.
Hello, I am trying to make multiple group reservations for multiple trips/dates. However I run into a couple problems:I can only pay by credit card, not via bank transfer or invoice. Would this be possible? If I buy the one country pass Italy and I travel to/back home to the Netherlands, does that fall under the one country pass or do I need a global pass? Because of the several destinations and dates, I just want to get into contact with customer service. Can someone help me with this?
Does anyone what to do in Estonia, when (“Elron”) conductors who do not recognize - or do not wish to be bothered with - mobile Global passes? In five days, I have ridden Elron trains maybe six times. On my very first ride, the conductor - to her credit - telephoned HQ and asked what to do.TWO conductors have said the Pass “is not good.” Only ONE conductor has recognized the pass and issued the €0.00 receipt (per Elron procedure). I’ve saved these and showing them has helped - sometimes (twice thus far).Yesterday, after showing a previous Elron receipt, the conductor said “let it be” (according to an English-speaking passenger sitting next to me) and walked away.Today, the conductor said that the mobile Pass was “no good,” and said that the previous Elron receipt was “not good” (it shows Tallinn as the destination; I’m going to Paldiski).By (sharp) contrast, I’ve used intercity buses four times, and ticket sellers and drivers were very helpful and courteous.(By the way, I’m no “rookie.”
Hi everyone, we are trying to purchase the 4 days Greek islands pass, but the only options for the pass is paper and the delivery date is all the way in September and we are traveling in August, any help on how to get it faster?
I am experiencing issues adding my trip to the pass; it states it’s not valid in all countries.I got a Benelux pass, travelling from Enschede (Netherlands) over Amsterdam to Brussels.Always when I want to active the journey of a trip to get the QR Code, it gives me an error message saying: „your pass isn’t valid in some of these countries“.I also tested other trains; it doesn’t let me add any trips to my pass. FAQ wasn’t a help either, as well as the customer service. Can someone help me here or has similar issues?
I need to return a pass as the country of residence was printed wrong. The refund procedure on the website worked fine, I received my refund number and now only have to send the ticket, but I now have two different addresses. For days I have not received an answer as to which address I should send the ticket to.There is the return label that came with the tickets, with the address:Eurail. B.V., Int. Business Return Service, I.B.R.S./C.C.R.I. No.7, 3500 ZA Utrecht (NL).However, on the website I was told a different address after the process was completed:Eurail. B.V., Pass refund, P.O. Box 2338, 3500 GH Utrecht (NL) please can anyone help confirm which address is correct? Has anyone sent a pass back in the post before? Your help will be much appreciated!! @Nanja please help

Hello everyone! Is there a way to find out the structure of the train seats, or at the least the structure of the train carriage seats? Or is there a site for this? In some cases (DB, ČD) there’s no problem to choose from the train map and just click on the available seats and you know exactly which seats you’ll be sitting on. But in some other cases (DSB, SJ) I can just see the carriage number and the seat numbers that are there. But I can’t see if it’s in a coupe or if we’re sitting in a row of 3 seats or if we are sitting by the table... Is there some way to find this out? Thank you for your answers!
Hi to everybody,it seems a common problem at the moment, but there must be a way to get any help from the support?I need to get the address in my pass changed, traveling tomorrow night..Thank you!@Nanja
In the FAQ, the following is missing from the "Ticket inspection with your mobile Pass" section:I have a travel plan with multiple train connections. Due to the delay of the preceding train, I miss the scheduled connecting train. Do I have to delete the old connection and enter the new one? What should I do if the remaining time to change to the new train is too short to enter the new ticket? In the worst case, do I have to wait until the next day?
Hello,I have ordered my first reservation from Copenhagen to Stockholm (e-ticket) and Oslo to Bergen (paper ticket) on 2nd July through the interrail website. The payment succeeded and I got an order confirmation that stated that i would receive the tickets within 30 minutes. It’s more than 4 days and i still haven’t received any email. Also the tickets are not visible in my account.I have sent a support ticket but they try to reply within 2 days but they haven’t. I am shocked that there is no telephone number available either. Do you have any tips for me how to reach out for help? Thank you in advance, Rish
I have a 1 month global interrail pass, where my first trip is at the beginning of august. For my second trip later in august and i am traveling with a different person. How can i make seat reservations for us? Or how can i connect the two passes in one trip? I know, that i have to buy my outbound/inbound tickets for the second trip separately, but do any of you know how we can sit together at these two rides?Thank you :)
Hello,I had been selected few months ago by the DiscoverEU programme and I am now planning to use my interrail pass. I saw that a forum exists to find a partner (https://discovereucommunity.interrail.eu/) but i am unable to login even if I own a interrail pass from DiscoverEU. When i log on the main interrail website and then go to this site, i got redirected to a page saying that “The DiscoverEU Community is only open to participants of the DiscoverEU programme.” (https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-passes/what-is-discovereu/interrail-community).Any solution ?Thank you,Valentin
Hi there,We have travelled in Spain by train / AVE lots of times before (especially between 2014 and 2017) and we always made our reservations via a Dutch company specialized in international train travel, called Treinreiswinkel.nl. In the past, they were very customer friendly, but now (having changed to Treinreiswinkel / Happyrail) it’s quite the opposite…In fact they promised to make our reservations as always (5 in total, so no huge number), but as soon as we bought our Interrail passes from them, they simply said ‘thank you very much’ and left us in the cold time after time, simply refusing to help us any further. So now, months later and with our planned trip approaching quickly (mid august), we still have NO reservations whatsoever…So we would really like to make our own reservations online at Renfe.com, but even that seems impossible… It’s 2022, so this can’t be right, can it?? Are we overlooking something? Or is it really impossible to make RENFE / AVE reservations for Inter
Good morningI have a doubt with the reservations because as Renfe (Spain) has indicated to me, to make the reservations I must activate my global pass. However, I don't know if I activate this pass so far in advance, it could expire the date of use because I have bought a 1-month global pass. could you help me?
Unfortunally I did a wrong reservation from Mannheim to Paris. I did two times Mannheim Paris, instead of Paris Mannheim back. I could not cancel it online, so I did a third reservation to be sure, which I can not see on my accout either. Can I get the 15 Euros back for the wrong reservation. Is there any chance to call somebody by phone???
Hi, I want to travel from Amsterdam to Basel with Night Jet 403 / NJ403 starting on the evening of the 17th of July. It however seems at oebb.at that there are no tickets for the sleeper part of the train, only the regular seated IC part of the train. The same seems to be the case for every day around the same week. This makes me wonder: is there something wrong with my search or is this really the case? If it is correct, do you have any feeling if it will likely show up seats closer to departure due to cancellations, or should I look for other alternatives? Thanks,
Hey all, I’m planning to go travelling with my partner on the 14th through to the 30th, as we’ve come to plan out our route we’ve had no luck finding any services that take us between the destinations we’ve selected, our route is: Athens - Istanbul - Belgrade - Sarajevo - Ljubljana - Venice - Paris - London. We’re flying from our country to start our interrail journey in Athens. Does anyone have any advice on how to go about hitting this 100% or am I dreaming, any guidance/experience shared is deeply appreciated. Warm Regards
I want to know if I can use one interail pass for two journeys. That means, I first want to go to Budapest for one week, then I want to travel back to my own country where I stay a couple of days and then I want to leave my own country again for a second holiday abroad. I have read that I am allowed to only go on one inbound and one outbound journey. My question: is it possible to buy separate tickets for my second inbound and outbound journeys so that I can go on two holidays with one interail pass?
Hi all,I am travelling in Aug,2022 from Munich to Salzburg.I see two trains departing at the same time for example: at 18:55 , both OBB railjet and regiobahn are departing with significant price difference. Are these two trains same or different? Or both of them attached as single train?Since I am travelling with a kid two yr old I am looking to book the train that can offer me confirmed seats in 1st class considering the holiday season. I did try to book from OBB site for seats - however for any date I try it says ticket not available.. Please advise.
Just making sure I am understanding the Europass correctly since I am unavailable to speak with an actual Eurorail agent. I am going to Europe in October for a little bit over 2 weeks and wanted to visit 4 major countries including Spain, France, Italy, and Germany. My concern is that traveling between some of these countries the trip would take about anywhere from 10-15 hours, I wanted to make sure that for every time i do travel on train per one destination it would only be accounted for one day. However if a certain trip went past midnight would that count as another day? on top of that I am 27 now however will be turning 28 end of this month should i get the youth or adult pass?
I bought the Eurail Global Pass for 15 days, in which I plan to use it one way from Madrid to Barcelona but when I want to make the reservation does not allow me and tells me that I can not do it also indicating that only in the station in Spain, I would like to know if when I arrive physically at the station in Barcelona I can get a discount with my Eurail Global Pass and if not what is the case of the Global Pass in Spain.
Hi guys, I have 2 question, the first one follows:Like written on the title of this topic, i cannot buy a seat reservation for a TGV Paris-Milan. I’ve got the same problem before for Amsterdam-Paris but resolved with https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Booking/Pass#TravelWish Unfortunately this site don’t allow to make a seat reservation Paris-Milan.Anyone knows about other sites to do this? I’m also thinking about to make a seat reservation in a ticket office in Paris but i’ve never did it before and i’m scared of not be able to do it when i will be there (maybe no seats avaiable or something else), so my second question is:anyone have experience on make seat reservation last minute into a station? It’s possible or better avoid this solution? If matter, I have a paper pass (no mobile), I specify it just in case there is any differenceThank you all for your tips!!
Trying to understand the inbound / outbound rule for travel in your home country. Is this strictly one outbound (leaving) journey and one inbound (return) journey, or is it just two travel days in your home country? For my case, I would like to use a 10 days in 2 months pass to make 2 trips from UK around Europe. On both trips I would fly from UK TO another country and then return using Eurostar to London and make one same day UK connection. Technically this is 2 inbound trips - one in the middle of the pass and one at the end - but just 2 UK travel days, and it meets the requirements of just a single journey! Is this valid or would it have to be used for one departing Eurostar journey and one return journey strictly.
