Hello, My Eurail mobile pass has been activated and I have used a travel day but the app is not recognizing when my phone is connected to wifi. I have loaded the app multiple times and it does not recognize the wifi connection. Any suggestions? I need it for my next travel day tomorrow!

Hi I am trying to book a paper ticket and it is saying it won’t arrive in time despite it being a month away. It is a night train from Bucharest to Budapest so I feel I should book it in advance so I don’t get stuck. I only arrive in Bucharest that morning so is it possible for me to book that ticket from a different station, I know only some do international tickets. I will be in Thessaloniki before Bucharest does anyone know if I can book the ticket there?

Hi guys, I have a question for youWe are a group of five and our interrail is going to start on the 10th of August. In our trip some seats reservations are required.  My question is: is it possible to chose where to sit by buying tickets for those seats reservations separately?Can one of us buy the tickets for everyone? And, if is that possible, how do I share those tickets with my friends since weactivated our pass singularly on our phone?We already sent a message tonyour customer service a week ago but we have not received a reply yet.

I wanted to make a seat reservation for our trains during July and August. I just changed the date of my pass from 1 august to 25 july. I wanted to make the seat reservations for 25 july, but it says my pas is not valid on this date. If I want to make a reservation for the 1st of august, it is valid. But I just changed this date?Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!!

Hi everyone! I wanted to reserve a seat on the train from Oslo to Bergen on the 28th July but the website couldn't find anymore the train I checked 2 weeks ago. So I checked on the Norwegian railway website and I found out that there will be work on the line on those days. They suggest to take the train from Oslo to Voss and then take a bus. Is the bus ride covered by the pass? It's going to be expensive, around 100 euros, so I really would like to know. Thank you for you help

Although I have successfully booked reservations previously and paid in euro, today my basket keeps defaulting to American Dollars which is weirding me out - any thoughts?

Also, how do I make seat reservations once I have bought the pass?Ps. I do have an Irish passport, so Im not sure whether this effects my eligibility for a eurail pass? Thanks so much!

Hi, I booked reservations for me and my friend for a train from Warsaw to Vienna through PolRail and they ended up putting my name on both of the reservations (so my friend's reservation also has my name). Is that fine or do I need to go to the station and try to get the name changed?

Hello, I am trying to find a train from Zurich to Freiburg. I found this one from DB but can’t seem to find it in the rail planner app.Is is included in the eurail pass? Can I add it manually as a trip and add it to my pass or it won’t be valid?

I am using my pass for my first trip tomorrow, with a night train . I will purchase my sleeper cabin through the Italian railways. How do I add the tickets to my trip details on the app. Thanks a lot. 

Eurail will not reimburse me the money I spent to buy tickets on a train I was trying to use my pass for. mitch

Good day all.  We are a family of 5 traveling just one day from Carcassone to Barcelona.  Can anyone pls tell me the best way to purchase this?This is our first trip to Europe and we only need the one way train ticket.  Do we still need a rail pass for this or can we just buy the one way train tickets?  Thanks!

When I try a root from italy to Greece on the app I always het al error that this is not possible, although both catania and patras are stations on the interrail map?

Hello! My name is Carolina and I can´t seem to find a certain journey. When I was planning my trip in the Rail Planner app I added a journey from PRAGUE HLAVNI NADRAZI (CZECH REPUBLIC) at 10:34 PM to BUDAPEST-NYUGATI (HUNGARY) at 8:20 AM. This journey required seat reservation so I had to make a reservation in the website, but, unfortunately, when I searched the same journey I can’t seem to find it.  

Hi there,I’ve just purchased my Eurail 10 days in 2 months pass, however, I can’t quite understand how I make reservations… Someone posted a link to a guide but alot of the websites weren’t for the places I was going and do I need to now pay extra to reserve seats? I’d love to just rock up and get on a train but alot of these say reservation required.. I booked seats for our family (2 adults/2 kids) from Offenburg/Karlsruhe to London St Pancras and managed to get seat reservations on the Interrrail website for TGV/ICE and Eurostar. My problem is that I now cannot find that exact trip on the mobile app trip planner. So I cannot save a trip and then link that trip to our passes. I found the connections e.g. train numbers we need (at least for the outbound) on the DB website but not the return trip.  How do I connect these specific trains to my mobile pass?

Hi!GREEK ISLAND PASS (PAPER) + CHILDI can’t seem to be able to reserve seats online for my child 10 yrs. I was issued an adult paper pass + child pass under the same paper pass cover (i.e. same pass cover number). When trying to book online for one of the ferry lines, there’s an error notice at the very end saying that "the document must be unique for every trip route". Does this mean that the child should have their own pass cover and number?I managed to insert as an adult for the online system to give the free island pass rate, but in the end the system refuses to book for the child. Thanks very much for your advice! 

Where do I pay for the additional supplement for PKP EIP train from Krakow to Warsaw? Somewhere in advance, at the station before departure or onboard the train?

I have been trying for several days to book my reservation for a leg of my family’s trip between two Spanish cities. In the booking website I can see the value of each trip but when clicking, there is a message about online booking are not possible and that we should only book at a train station in Madrid.A friend of mine who lives in Madrid tried to buy the seats for me today with all my details, but she couldn't do it because the person at the station wouldn’t sell th seats if she does not have a QR code in the Eurorail App.This means we would be only able to book our seats once we get to Spain, for travelling the next day, which is very uncertain and stressing for a family of four with young children. This situation is under no circumstance something mentioned in the global pass Q & A or terms and conditions and it is making the planning of our holidays very stressful.I would like an explanation ASAP, and exact dates about when we will be able to book online for trains in Spain

I would like to take the train from Munich on 13th of July in the evening to that I could go with the night train. But I cannot buy the ticket , not cause it is sold out simply because the mail with ticket will not arrive in time.Is there then no way for me catch that train? Is my only oppoertunity to wait to get to German to buy it? It seem weirde that I cannot make a seat reservation online.. I really look forward for some help.Kind regards,Ani:))))

Hello!I’m traveling through Spain right now. On my first day traveling, I planned to take a train from Vigo to Madrid, but I couldn’t because there were no seat reservations available when I reached the Spanish ticket office at the station. However, I had already put this ride in my pass and marked the day (July 1st) as a travel day. Since the day had already begun, I couldn’t cancel that travel day, so I ended up using a travel day even though I didn’t take any trains using my pass. Instead, I had to travel the next day and use an unplanned travel day.  Now, I have one less travel today than I need to complete my trip. I tried contacting customer service through the chat bot to try to resolve this issue, but I haven’t heard back. Is there another way to contact someone? 

I'm hoping someone can help. I have purchased my reservations on the website, but they are not showing on the app. If I try to add a journey in the app, the journeys I have reserved are not available on the time table.  How do I get tickets please?  totally confused.  should I remove the app and start again?
