Hi there, We are planning to travel to Spain in early July from the UK. Is the only way for us to book reservations before we arrive in Spain via phone or is there any other way?  Thanks:) 

Hello,In July I will start my first Interrail-Trip through Scandinavia. I already bought  the seat-reservations for the Inlandsbanan and I want to use a travelday from my mobile pass for the journey. But I cant find this route on the rail planner App. How can I add this route to my journey and how can I get the "ticket" for that travelday.

I’m really scared because I haven’t been able to book a seat reservation from Paris to Amsterdam on the 8th of July. Does this mean we have to buy a full fare ticket?

Me and three friends have activated 2nd class Interrail passes and booked almost all our trains and seats. We are trying to book the Eurostar through the weblink https://www.b-europe.com/EN this website provides. As we reach the end it asks for all our names and “Pass Cover number.” No matter how many times we put in our Pass numbers given to us they say it is wrong and we can’t pay for the seats without it. It says try  on the paper pass but we have mobile.Has anyone else had this issue or a way around it to book the Eurostar? I have tried the Eurostar website too but can’t find a way to put our interrail passes in for discount?Thanks in advance.

Hello, I activated my mobile pass 1 month ago. Actually the APP doesn't recognize my mobile and says that is already installed in another device.What can I do if the APP doesn't recognize my phone? Thank you

Hello. When a trying set our travel plans, it shows NA for seat reservations. Does this mean there are no reservations available or that the price is undetermined.  We have the global pass. 

I already contacted customer service ten ore more times!I bought 5 Global Passes for 712€ on May 11th and have NEITHER received a confirmation Email NOR the passes in paper!! Delivery date was supposed to be the 5th of June!! My husband and me are LEAVING IN ONE WEEK!! On July 1st!! We are TRAVELLING WITH 3 LITTLE BOYS and we made train reservation for 436€!! Not speaking of the numerous accommdation which we booked for over 2000€!! If I dont receive the the confirmation Email or the passes in paper BEFORE JULY 1ST WE CANT TRAVEL!! If this happens I WILL SUE INTERRAIL!!!

Hello, i am going to have a new phone when i go interrailing. I will buy it at the beginning of august, right before I go interrailing. However, i want to book my train tickets in advance on the device that i have on the app. If i get a new device before I leave, will t be possible to use my interrail pass on that new device? 

It seems to be impossible to make reservations for Scotrail trains. Glasgow-Oban and Inverness-Edinburgh through ACP Rail services and GWR both are not possible. From their website It seems that Scotrail automatically makes a reservation if you buy a ticket in advance. If that is the case the number of Interrail reservations will be very limited if any.Solutions?

Hello, fellow travellers!I need to book two seats for the train below (SNCF IC Night 5772 on Monday 4th July). I tried to book it on many sources and not a single one of them works. Eurail doesn´t show prices, SNCF webpage and Omio and Trainline are not able to book only seat or to apply a Interrail discount. Travel-b-europe webpage is unable to find Marseille Blancarde station (so it doesn´t show this train at all, since it´s not TGV). Have any of you got any reccomendation how to book this train? I´m getting pretty desperate at this moment.Thanks a lot for any answer! <3Marie 

Hello,I created “My Trip” with all destinations we want to do and I shared it to my friends. He added it in his pass et he sees all destinations but once he activated the pass, all destinations disappared.How can we do ?

Hey guys! Me and my best friend are travelling on Sunday and I’m still experiencing difficulties with the app. When she shares our journey, I can save it down and add it to my Interrail Global Pass. I can see all the journeys and add them to my pass. When I open the app again all the journeys are gone.. Ive tried to add them manually but are experiencing the same problem. I have an iPhone and have the latest version of the app Anyone that has experienced the same?  Thanks! // Jasmine 

Hello,I am planning to travel to Turkey from France in the beginning of July for a wedding. This is my first experience with Eurail so please bear with me if I am slow understanding things..Right now I am having problems making a reservation for a train (2 adults) from Budapest to Bucarest, where I cannot proceed to checkout because it’s too short-noticed for the tickets to be sent.The earliest I can book would be 15th of august and I would receive the tickets on August 5th, (and they ask 9€ for shipment).Obviously this is not an option for me, and I thought by making reservations 3 weeks in advance I would be over-safe, even with the 5 business days delay that’s been warned about elsewhere on the website :(How is this possible? Can anyone give me advice on how to book this ticket?Also as this is only part of the whole trip, I hope I won’t be having problems of this type for all reservations.Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi.  Just one issue remaining before I proceed:For 3 travellers, I’d like to purchase all 3 passes using my account.  We will not always be travelling together.  Is it better for each one of us to purchase passes individually? Thanks so much, Theresa

My friends and I are travelling from Ljubljana to Split and have to get a 25 min train from Dobova to Zagreb on the way which requires a seat reservation but it is sold out. Will we be allowed to stand on the train for 25mins or will we be denied entry onto the train?

Hi there!  I am trying to reserve two seats in August from Paris to Barcelona and snotter two from Barcelona to Marseille. Since the paper tickets won’t arrive on time I am not sure how to proceed? I do have a friend in Barcelona. Is it a possibility that she makes the reservation for us at the train station ? I also read about calling for a reservation?  :) 

The employee I had on the phone yesterday claims that you can't upload the tickets you buy at the counter in the nmbs app???  Why are the conditions of the ticket not on the printed PDF document, but only in the PFD document that you receive by email?Something that NMBS is not aware of, or what do you think?  There is 1 barcode on the document, for 2 travelers. According to the counter clerk, it is perfectly possible to scan this barcode twice. According to her, this certainly works in Belgium, so it should also work abroad.Can anyone confirm this?  The employee could only choose between:Seat, berth place, and bed place.This was very unclear for the employee, for myself, because the options are worded very differently on the Trenitalia site.Only because of the amount I am currently somewhat certain that they are the right places.The program of NMBS did not provide any options for a berth place, so prices cannot be compared.However, there are still berth places available on the Trenital

Liegen die die zwei Monate, in denen ich in Europa herumreisen darf innerhalb der 11monatigen Aktivierungsfrist, oder kann ich den ersten Reisetag auf den letzten Tag Aktivierungsfrist legen und erst in 11 Monaten zwei Monate lang herumreisen?

Hi everybodyI,m on interrail again, first time since the early eighties. This time on 1.class ticket.And now here is my question; - will i get a seat on 1.class on trains where no reservations are needed, without having reserved ?Or do they oversell 1.class tickets?Best wishes GP

Hello everyone! This summer I am going to take a train between Amsterdam and Berlin. Seats reservations are recommended but not mandatory. Therefore, I wondered what I was supposed to show in case of a control during the journey if I do not book a seat? Do I have to only show my pass? And am I allowed to sit wherever I want?Thank you very much for your answers !

Hello when I try to buy our tickets from Barcelona to Paris, it says I can't buy etickets, and they will send it to a postal address? How can I fix this?
