Hello interrail, I have accidentally used two of my travel days even though I only ordered my interrail mobile pass today and haven’t used/travelled at all. I think I have accidentally checked my travel day twice, because of how unclear the mobile app is, and because of that, I lost two of my travel days out of my 10 day travel pass (see screenshot). Is there a way to reset my pass so I can have the full ten days back?Please contact me for more information or instructions.  Regards,Kas Weterings  

Hi community,First time travelling to Europe! I have the 7 day EU rail global pass and was trying to book tickets from London to Brussels for July 2 and Amsterdam to London for July 12. However, I am seeing “Price unavailable - No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out…” for both dates.What are my alternatives? I’m hoping to not pay such a high price for separate Eurostar tickets while I have the EU global pass.. desperate for some help and advice. Thank you in advance!Gary

Hi, my name is Victoria. I bought a three months Global Pass for 50 % discount but I am now unable to fully use it. Therefore I wish to exchange it for a “4 days within 1 month” Global Pass.On the interrail page it says, that normal exchange and refund rules might not apply to tickets bought on sale. Has anybody had any experience with this or could anyone tell me if exchanges just work normally (full reimbursement minus 15 € exchange fee)?Best regards,Victoria

Hey,When i try to add a Journey to my Pass the Rail Planner tells me i have used al my travel days. But i just activated the pass and the beginning of my journey is the 1st of September. So i never travelled. What can i do?  Thanks for helping :) 

Hello,  first time Europe and rail traveler so pardon my limited knowledge   I am continuing to search the website   5 of us traveling from London>Paris >Bern>Milan over the course of 7 days.  It appears that the Eurail Global Pass will be the best option.  During those days we have some side trips that we’d like to do. For instance. We’d like to travel to Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland for the day.  Are the trains that are off the main line included in the cost or will they be extra.  Thank you very much.

I hold a valid Eurail pass, and I am looking to do boat rides in Switzerland (in particular Lake Lucerne and Lake Geneva).Couple of queries regarding 50% discount on these lakes -How to avail this 50% discount? Is it only via in-person booking where I need to show my eurail pass to get discount? Is there any way to avail this discount while purchasing ticket online? Currently I only see reduction option for Swiss half fare card and not for the Eurail Pass while online booking. If I use this 50% discount, does it count in one of my travel dates validity?

I am the person who purchased a Flexi Pass that can be used for 15 days within 2 months. I'm going to head to Oslo S station in Norway from Stockholm, Sweden on the 8.4th, and when I go from Ryge station to Oslo S station, it says replacement bus instead of train. Do I use the bus at this time? If so, do I have to pay a separate fee? Or do I just have to show the mobile pass qr code?

I am travelling to Krakow from Prague and the first train was delayed meaning I will miss my connecting train. This second train I have a bed reservation as it’s a night train. What should I do? Can I get the train after? Do I have to pay for a new reservation and will I get my money back?

Curious if we can purchase the paper pass, but use the app for a backup in case one or the other is lost? 

Hello All,I would like to travel with my younger sister (she is a little older than 15 years old) via interrail/eurail. She has a valid Schengen visa but originally lives in Istanbul, Turkey. I live with a residence permit in Germany (I am older than 18 years old). So I have a couple of questions: Can my sister travel with me? Does she need any additional document? If there is any web link from interrail that explains the rules for the minors, I really appreciate it if you could share? Per my understanding. I will be getting an interrail ticket for me, and one eurail ticket for her. Am I correct? And in that case will we still able to travel with the same trains? 

Does anyone know if the French TGV E10 ‘cheap’ reservations automatically put you into the lower deck, keeping the upper deck (and nice views 🙂 ) for full-fare passengers (and maybe E20 Interrail reservations) ? Is there any way to specify which seats you want? Or can you just cancel a reservation before paying, and try again and see if it gives you an upper deck seat? Thanks!

Hello everybody!First Interail coming up!I have the railwayplanner app and im booking routes as if there were no tomorrow.(Goteborg-Copenhagen-Hamburg-Zürich) 23/7 and 24-7 indicated that there is ”seat reservation required”?Is the QR code ”good enough”as a ticket?asking because i feel like im missing something…some legs i have seen ”seat reservations” so ig there not any= good to go?

I have a question about the mobile pass. Let’s say I want to go from Regensburg to Hannover. If I look up that journey in the app, I find a route that goes via Nuernberg, but has a short transfer time. Is it also possible that I do some sightseeing in Nuernberg for a few hours and take a train to Hannover a few hours later? Or do I have to stick to the specific times of the journey that I added to my pass?Thanks!

Hi there, Ive read many threads on this website and am struggling to book a TGV/intercite de Nuit from Paris to nice on the 10th of July. I haven't managed to find any overnight trains to my disappointment, and no TGV in the daytime on the 11th on the interrail reservation service. I have read in another thread that the ‘check back later’ error message means that all 10 euro trains have sold out, and 20 euro trains are available for purchase on other providers, such as B Europe. I wanted to know, is there any way for me to book that intercity de Nuit train, or if not a way to book the TGV without the pass cover number, or how to request the pass cover number.Many thanks in advance,Alexandra

Si les places destinées aux détenteurs du Pass sont épuisées, vous devrez acheter un billet plein tarif pour effectuer ce trajet.”Les pays concernés sont Croatie, Pologne, Prague, Hongrie, Autriche Que dois-je faire dans cette situation. I am intending to make a reservation to travel on 1 July 2022, but the search button brings me to the 30 June schedule. When i select the 30 June train, it will be shown as 1 July train in my cart, which is correct. But the train is listed under 30th?! (There are no timezone differences, am travelling from Rome - Venice)Selected 1 July but have to selected 30 June train for it to be reflected as 1 July train Meanwhile, if i choose the train listed under 1 July, it will be shown as 2 July in my cart (blue circle). Which day should i choose? Besides, for my returning trip, I chose a train listed under 2 July and it correctly showed as 2 July in my cart. Is there a glitch with the website? please help, thank you all in advanced!
