Hi.  Just one issue remaining before I proceed:For 3 travellers, I’d like to purchase all 3 passes using my account.  We will not always be travelling together.  Is it better for each one of us to purchase passes individually? Thanks so much, Theresa

My friends and I are travelling from Ljubljana to Split and have to get a 25 min train from Dobova to Zagreb on the way which requires a seat reservation but it is sold out. Will we be allowed to stand on the train for 25mins or will we be denied entry onto the train?

Hi there!  I am trying to reserve two seats in August from Paris to Barcelona and snotter two from Barcelona to Marseille. Since the paper tickets won’t arrive on time I am not sure how to proceed? I do have a friend in Barcelona. Is it a possibility that she makes the reservation for us at the train station ? I also read about calling for a reservation?  :) 

The employee I had on the phone yesterday claims that you can't upload the tickets you buy at the counter in the nmbs app???  Why are the conditions of the ticket not on the printed PDF document, but only in the PFD document that you receive by email?Something that NMBS is not aware of, or what do you think?  There is 1 barcode on the document, for 2 travelers. According to the counter clerk, it is perfectly possible to scan this barcode twice. According to her, this certainly works in Belgium, so it should also work abroad.Can anyone confirm this?  The employee could only choose between:Seat, berth place, and bed place.This was very unclear for the employee, for myself, because the options are worded very differently on the Trenitalia site.Only because of the amount I am currently somewhat certain that they are the right places.The program of NMBS did not provide any options for a berth place, so prices cannot be compared.However, there are still berth places available on the Trenital

Liegen die die zwei Monate, in denen ich in Europa herumreisen darf innerhalb der 11monatigen Aktivierungsfrist, oder kann ich den ersten Reisetag auf den letzten Tag Aktivierungsfrist legen und erst in 11 Monaten zwei Monate lang herumreisen?

Hi everybodyI,m on interrail again, first time since the early eighties. This time on 1.class ticket.And now here is my question; - will i get a seat on 1.class on trains where no reservations are needed, without having reserved ?Or do they oversell 1.class tickets?Best wishes GP

Hello everyone! This summer I am going to take a train between Amsterdam and Berlin. Seats reservations are recommended but not mandatory. Therefore, I wondered what I was supposed to show in case of a control during the journey if I do not book a seat? Do I have to only show my pass? I’m from Argentina. I’m traveling to Europe from July 11th to August 5th and I’m struggling with seat reservations. My itinerary:From Madrid (12-13-14-15 of July) —> To Barcelona.From Barcelona (16-17-18-19 of July) —> To Paris.From Paris (20-21-22-23-24 of July) —> To London. From London (25-26-27-28 of July) —> To Amsterdam.From Amsterdam (29-30-31-1-2-3-4) —> To Madrid.We are traveling by train to each city and I can’t book reservations online. The page keeps telling me that I need to make seat reservations physically at each train station, but I’m worried that, once there, I won’t be able to get any because there won’t be any more seats available. Wir wollen von Deutschland nach Frankreich und wieder zurück fahren, vier Reisetage in einem Monat.Problem 1: Unser erster Reisetag soll am 28.07.2022 sein, so steht es auch für alle fünf Familienmitglieder im Mobilpass. Nun sagt das System aber, wir hätten nur noch drei von vier Reisetage übrig, obwohl wir noch gar nicht gestartet sind.Problem 2: Ich möchte - wie von interrail.eu empfohlen - über diese interrail-Webseite Sitzplatzreservierungen im TGV buchen. Aber es tauchen immer wieder Fehlermeldungen wie “your pass is invalid for this date” auf, dann bekomme ich nur die Möglichkeit nur für drei statt fünf Personen zu reservieren (und das bei wirklich allen Strecken, da können ja nicht überall nur noch drei Sitzplätze übrig sein) und schließlich heißt es, die Preise seien gerade nicht verfügbar, ich solle es später noch einmal versuchen. Hi everyone,I am wondering if all train travel needs to be geographically connected in a travel day? I am going to travel from a rural-ish German train station to a small town in the UK and will do the Brussels-London leg by a bus service because I did not get a Eurostar reservation. Will eurail count this as two trips given that I will pop up in a completely different location to continue my trip, despite it being the same travel day? Also is there a way to make this one trip in the Railplanner app? I am a mobile pass holder. Thanks for any pointers!

I am traveling with my kids so I am buying 2 adult passes and getting 2 free passes for my children.But there will be the time that my kids will travel some legs with my other relatives and not with us.How do we go about it? The other adults will have regular train tickets, can I just reserve seat for my kids? 

Hello!I was wondering if it cost me more then one travel days if I go from one place to another but I finish the train trip the next day?  So for example if I take the train today (Monday) from Heidelberg (Germany) to Bern (Switzerland). And I start the train journey at 11 PM and I arrive the next day around 5 AM due to the long changing time at a station, does it cost me more then one travel days? 

Hello,We've been trying to get some seat reservations on the following trains on the 15th of July : Paris Est 15:55 -> Muenchen HBF 21:36 (TGV 9577) Muenchen HBF 22:18 -> Zagreb Glavni Kol. 08:32 (EN 50463)But it doesn't seem to work on the eurail site, reservations are always impossible, with various messages each time.What could be the cause ? Already full ?And I don't get how to buy only reservations on third party sites. How do we get out of this ?Thanks in advance Arthur 

I want to know how the track manteinence works and how I can book the train on 6/7 august, beacuse the website isn’t very clear and I don’t understand what I have to do.

Hey,me and a friend of mine are going on an Interrail trip in a few days/weeks, and are now booking seat reservations for all the trains where this is required. We are planning on travelling from Montpellier in France to Barcelona in Spain, and then from Barcelona to Narbonne in France.For every other train, it was possible to book reservations beforehand either on the Interrail website itself or on the website of the local train station. However, even after trying repeatedly, that does not work. It only shows the following message:“Prices unavailable. No price results were found for this connection. It is possible thta all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check ‘More information’ and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”Now here is my question: How do I book these two reservations? Do I need to call the train company over the phone

Hello all, I have been trying to find an answer to this but it is honestly too confusing.I will try to keep it short:  I have the 7 days within 1 month pass.I want to travel from Stockholm (home) to Berlin.In the rail planner I can take the train from Stockholm at 17 on a thursday, but I will have to change trains in Germany the next day (friday) before finally arriving in Berlin in the morning. Will this then deduct 2 travel days or 1 because I had to change trains on friday?
