Hi, I am trying to book seat reservations for 2 different routes, but both routes give me this message:Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.We are trying to go from Rotterdam to Paris and Interlaken to Cinque Terre on two separate days.I’ve tried looking on the other booking websites (under “more information”) and can’t get reservations there either. One option it said was to buy a seat reservation at a main station in Europe. What are the chances there will be a seat reservation available when booking at a main station? Also, what is considered a main station in Europe? Thank you!

Hi! My friend and I was planning to travel from Gothenburg C to Wien at 8.40 am tomorrow, we've already made a reservation for the connection between Hamburg and Wien which was compulsory at the time. Now we see that we also have to make a reservation between our connection from Copenhagen to Hamburg which WASN'T a the time time we made our first reservation and now that connection is fully booked. Do you have any possible solutions so that we don't miss our connecting train to Wien? Best regards

Hello there.Maybe a silly question but with a pass, do I still need to book tickets with the reservation system? Or is it only when booking a seat is required?  Normally, if a trip is showed on my online pass without seats to be booked, I can take the train, right?Thank you for your confirmation.Best,Quentin

Hi there!I purchased an Interrail Global pass for 2 months. The app states a Validity Period  of“8 Jul - 7 Sept. I did not choose this myself. Seems to happen automatically. I however would like to make my first travel day 7 Jul. At the moment, I cannot activate the journey for 7 Jul. The app says that I do not have travel days left. Does anyone know how I can start travelling on Jul 7? Please note that my country of residence is NL, but I will make my first journey from DE to NL.I added some screenshots to clarify. 

Hi I live in England which pass do I buy as I am confused if we are still classed as a European citizen?  And can purchase a global pass.Also i If I can get a global pass does it allow me to travel to London to get the train to France or is the pass only valid from the departing train station to the next country? Eg it is only valid from london to Paris and not getting to london.  Cheers

Hi, I haven’t got a pass cover number and issuer details when I bought eurail pass from an external vendor. When I contacted the eurail support care over mail they gave me a number but it says invalid. Can anyone help with how to proceed further ?

I’m travelling from Germany to Italy in September and I am unsure about the train ride leaving Germany. I heard that you can only use one train ride to exit your home country (Germany) and one train ride to enter your home country (Germany). For example I found a train connection from my hometown to Hamburg to Munich to Vienna, which makes a total of 3 train rides within my home country, is that possible with the gobal pass oder do i need to for example book a separat ticket to Hamburg and take a train from Hamburg to Zurich? 

Hey guys!In July I want to travel from East Germany to London with the global pass.I just wanted to reserve a seat in the Eurostar and in the process stumbled upon the travel conditions, which are: “"Traveler must be in possession of a valid Interrail Global Pass or Eurail Global Pass, which covers at least the country of departure and arrival. The fare is valid for a traveler in possession of an Interrail Global Pass or Eurail Global Pass, if part of the Eurostar journey takes place in the traveler's country of residence. Only holders of a 1st class pass are allowed to travel in 1st class Standard Premier.". Does the highlighted part mean, that I am not allowed to use the Eurostar with my ticket, because I’m from Germany? I really don’t get it, because for me that makes no sense AT ALL. Hi, I haven't buy my euro pass yet, just want to ask for the July 22nd LONDON-AMSTERDAM, I check Rail Planner APP they will show $35 or $50,  Does that mean for that day every train have availability to reserve the seat? or it doesn’t mean anything?I check https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Booking/Pass#TravelWish they show up no train is available to reserve the seats for July 22nd, only 24th. so I got confusing which one is true?I tried to search https://www.b-europe.com but can’t find Cologne/Berlin…..should I try another website?Which website I should use to check reservation availability before buy the pass?Thank you!

I’ve submitted emails already through the proper channels, but it seems as though many have found received faster responses through the moderators on this forum.   In order to book a ticket at a discounted rate for a seat that is otherwise unavailable on eurail, I’m asked to provide a pass cover letter number, which is not provided to digital passes.  If anyone is able to assist, I will be traveling to France on Sunday!

I’m hoping someone can help.Im in need of a paper pass cover - it’s an emergency as we weren’t notified we may need one to make bookings. We are trying to get from Paris to Nice on the 6th of July but aren’t able to make any online reservations.please help! 

Like many another, I need the Pass Cover Number to make an urgent reservation using the travel.b-europe.com website using my Interrail Pass.  (I only have the mobile pass at present, and this is insufficient to make the reservation.)  I note that it has been suggested that I can contact SNCF directly by telephone, but the telephone lines have shut down as I write this on a Friday evening.  Can anyone suggest what I should do?

Hi my son and I used 2 of our 4 days but we resulted covid positive in Rotterdam. Now we are waiting to recover to go back home. We can’t stay longer our airline tickets are not modifiable and I need to go back to my work. Is there any chance to get an extension to use the remaining days? My pass is expiring in July 14th.

Hi I put in the wrong travel day and realised too late. I have only done 4 travel days but it now says I have done 5. I can prove I did not travel on the day it says I did and all the tickets for the other days. I am supposed to take my last train back to UK on Tuesday and so really need my tickets to be valid for then. What can I do? Will Eurostar understand if I explain it to them? 

Three of us need to travel from Marseilles to Paris on TGV next Thursday  but can’t seem to book through Eurail. Can anyone tell me how we do this using our passes?

I bought a 7-day pass in a month and I have a huge problem I need to solve. My first train will be on June 28th and the last on July 28th. Do you think they’ll let me? 

We're looking at getting a 2 month continuous global pass. If we set an activation date (1month from purchase date) and make reservations, can we cancel the reservations before the first travel day, cancel the activation, and get the 85% refund? There is a post-Covid passport processing backlog in my country. Therefore we are not 100% sure not the travel dates in the first few weeks, but would like to book our reservations soon.

Hi there, I’m travelling soon on a france interrail pass, I live in the UK and apparently I’m allowed to make one journey to and one journey from the border. Is this valid to use on Eurostar, or do I need to go via Dover/pay separately?

I'm trying to make a seat reservation for the TGV 6035 from Paris Gare de Lyon to Nice Ville at 19:08-00:46 on 22/07. The Eurail website says that prices are unavailable for this train. If I try to book through travel.b-europe.com instead, there are still some available seats. However, in order to book my seat, the website requests a Pass Cover number in the "Ticket Details" section. Since I have a mobile Eurail pass, I do not have a Pass Cover number and am unable to complete the reservation.How can I receive a Pass Cover Number? Is there an alternative way to book a seat on this train?
