When I try to book a seat reservation for Paris to Brussels, the eurail app gives this message:No price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable.When I check the Eurostar website, there are tons of seats available.What do I need to do?

Hi,I had already made some seat reservations before I downloaded the interrail app on my phone. Now that I have downloaded the interrail app, I added the journey and want to connect the made seat reservations to the journey on the interrail app.  Is this possible?  Kind regards,Janne

Hi I wonder, I chose to purchase the internal pass 1st 10 days in 2 months in April but has now realized that I won't need that many days as some trips will be made with Flixbus etc. I would rather save some money and get the 5 day pass instead (rookie mistake I know). My first question is therefor is it possible overall to change your pass to another one and get the excess money back? Even if its an administrational fee. I don't think I activated my pass already.However, I already bought two seat reservations with my pass number (nice - Paris and Paris - London with Rail Europe). These reservations can be changed so they are flexible and semi flexible. Therefor I also wonder could I still exchange the pass if I already booked two reservations? Im a little lost and couldn't really figure out all the information online. I would be open to cancel the seat reservations and get new ones if that's an alternative. Hello there,We are planning a travel with a group of friends, and we're wondering what was the best way to proceed in our scenario.We are pretty much all living in different cities in the same country, and will therefore start out journeys with different itineraries.On our first day of travel we will then take different trains in the morning, then progressively gather in 2 different points until we all travel together for the 2nd half of the day. Then we will travel together for two weeks, and again progressively divide the group on our way back home in the last days.What would be the best way to proceed for seats booking ? We would like to seat together whenever possible for the common journey, but we are unsure how to do this with the limiting number of pass transfer between devices (only 1 time ?).Has someone experience with a similar travel ?Thanks in advance ! Edit : just to be precise, we need to book seats for the separate parts of the travel (first and last day of the journey)

Hi, I have the Interrail Global Pass and a seat reservation from Paris to Lyon Part Dieu.Now I realize that my train terminates at Lyon Perrache which is close to my hotel. If possible I like to stay on the train to Perrache. So my question is: would that be ok (the pass covers the full trip) or could there be a problem as the reservation is to Part Dieu only? 

Hi, so I was putting some seat reservations in my cart on the website and was using my 4 free credits. As I was browsing for more, it said that my old ones where expired and that I would have to remove them from my cart. Problem was that I actually couldn‘t remove them and it told me to try again later. So I tried again the next day and it still didn‘t work. Now I‘m stuck because I can‘t get my credits back and I somehow can‘t even book reservations with money because the other ones are still in my cart. Anybody have the same problem and know how to fix this?my trip is in a week and I don‘t know what to do. 

I'm trying to book a train to go from Italy to Vienna that requires a mandatory reservation, but I couldn't take it at that time and it expired, and it stayed in the shopping cart, but I tried to remove it to add that same train, since it asks me to do that, and it doesn't let me delete it, it gives me an error, and I've been like this for about 4 days.

Hi EveryoneI have a 1st class one month global pass which I am using in October 2025.I need to use the Tram/Train from Chateaubriant (France) 14d05 to Nantes (France) 15a29 on 30/09/25 and can’t find a definitive answer as to whether my pass covers this journey. As far as I can see from the pass rules trams are not covered however I can add the journey in the app to my pass so I am guessing that this journey may be covered?Could anyone confirm whether this is the case?Many thanks, Mike

I am undergoing an internship in Amsterdam, but my official residence is in France. Unfortunately, I mistakenly selected the Netherlands as my country of residence during the purchase process.Sadly it is impossible to make the change online, but given that the purchase was made less than 10 minutes ago, I kindly request some assistance in rectifying this error. Hello all. My wife and I will be going to Murren for 5 days next month. On the 2024 Eurail pass coverage list for Switzerland, the pass now covers the trip to Lauterbrunnen, to Wengen, and to Murren if I read the list correctly. I tried testing out the Rail Planner by adding a journey from Lauterbrunnen to Murren. It let me enter the trip from Lauterbrunnen to Grutschalp on the cable car, but it does not allow me to enter Murren BLM as a destination. I’ve tried this on both the Rail Planner on my mobile app and on my desktop. I had read on the forum a few months ago that the trip, including the narrow gauge train from Grutschalp to Murren, was covered. Is this incorrect? Thanks.

Hi everyone. I am tossing up between the 2 months consecutive and the 15 travel days within 2 months pass. I have put my trip into the ‘trip planner’ on the Eurail website and I think I would be doing about 15/16 travel days. Is it worth the extra money to buy the consecutive pass to allow for more freedom if I decide to do a spontaneous day trip somewhere?The pass as a whole is confusing to me so I’m not sure if I am misinterpreting how it works. Any help or advice would be incredibly appreciated!Thankyou!!! 

My partner and I each have a pass on our mobile.   One of us will book tickets and make seat reservations for both of us.  How do we get tickets to show on both devices?  

i’ve been trying to add my interrail pass onto my sncf connect profile so I can book train seats directly on the sncf app (because sometimes i cant get them in interrail app). I needed to book a train journey which the interrail app said my be sold out so i went into Montparnasse station and asked them if they could help me book my seat reservation. they booked it for me and i asked if i could  have done it myself on the sncf website, which they said yes to! now I'm back home trying to book another seat reservation on the sncf, and I cannot find a way to tell sncf website/app that i have an interrail pass and therefore don't need to pay full price. has someone managed to figure this out? thanks!

I did try different time and date with different routes, but, all had the same problems. Are there any issues with the booking site currently?ThanksDavid

Hi to everyone. I have bought a 5 day in a month global pass which is mobile not paper. My plan is to use this pass from 03 to 07 th of July. Today I wanted to check my pass and suddenly I noticed that it was written the activation date is 24th of June. Bu as I’ve already said, I intentionally did not activate my pass since I will begin my teip on the 3rd of July. So, Please correct me if I am wrong, According to the activation date in the application (I did not activate it) do I have time until the 24th of July to really activate my 5 day pass?

Hi travler , how can i continue use my pass after the canceling the  day of Travel to my country of residence  on the same  day becouse of illness ? I still have 2 unused travel  days but nothing works anymore!?

Hello For our trip in July from Brittany to Istanbul, we have made all the reservations through the Interail website and they are present in our “reservation part” in our account, but they do not appear in our “my trip” call “Rennes - Istanbul”.so how to  transfert them.Thank you.

Hello, just checking I am understanding how to use the pass. We are a family of 4 using the global pass 10 days. Only 3 of our travel days require seat reservations and understand how to do those. However, on the other days, while we know where we are going, we want to be flexible with the times (these are just short journeys where reservations are not required). If I just click ‘use travel day’ on those days, will it show a ticket for the whole day, therefore we can use the pass on any of the trains, without having to input the specific journeys? We don’t know exactly what times we will be travelling and as I said, want to be flexible, so don’t want to be having to input trains last minute. Hope that makes sense! Thank you.

Hello, we didn’t understand the app and now maybe have a problem. We sign in in the app and make our resevation with the passa namber and our names following app instructions (we thought). So we have all our reservation, we recived by email and we have on paper and in the selfphone, but not in the app. will it be a problem?We leave tomorrow and are a little worried. Thanks

Hi, I’m from Italy and intend to make an interrail tour in Portugal and Spain. I will fly in to Portugal and fly out from Spain. Can I use my outbound and inbound travel days to travel within Spain/Portugal or are these only valid for travelling out of / in to Italy? To buy one-country-passes for Portugal and Spain doesn‘t make too much sense as at some point I will travel from Portugal to Spain… Looking forward to receiving your advice,Ursula
