Having trouble finding a seat on train from Paris to London for 24 June.  Is there a problem with reservations for that day?

Hi there, We were looking to travel on Monday 11 July from San Sebastian/Donastia to Barcelona Sants on Alvia #533. We just got into Spain to book seat reservations. We can find the availability on raileurope.com for full price tickets (https://www.raileurope.com/en/journey/san-sebastian-donostia-barcelona-sants-1ifrp91?leg=outbound&outbound=30e5b4-42e3cb) but on the renfe website, it says Tren completo which I'm assuming it's full. We also went to the ticket office and they said full train too.  Can anyone explain why we can see and buy tickets on raileurope.com if the Renfe website and the office lady says it's full?  Also does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get to Barcelona from San Sebastian if the direct train is full? I can see the ones with the changes in Vitoria, but hoping we can get in earlier than 9.35pm...  Thanks!  

Hi,I have created a trip in the mobile app, and I want to add another traveller and make reservations. for that I have to use the online website(?), but when I login with the email I bought my pass I dont see my trip anywhere. Do I have to start over and can I see wich trains I have added online like in the app? or how do I fix this. I haven’t activated the pass in the app yet

I have bought an interrail pass to travel in Norway. I am now trying to book seat reservations from Oslo-Bodo, but I am having some difficulties. When I try to check out, it says that it is require a paper reservation and that it won't arrive in time in Portugal. What should I do? Please help

Hi! Can you help me with this problem? I need a Pass Cover Number for seat reservation. I already sent a message to customer service, but I didn’t receive any answer. My travel starts in one week. Also, I have some problems with seat reservation in Norway. I called Entur and they made me wait a long time without any answer. I hope they will tomorow!!! Thank you!

We are traveling in Europe from July 9th - 12 AugustShould I book ahead for I will have to pay extra from:Trentino - Zermatt Zermatt - Dyon Dyon - Utrecht centraal 

There’s absolutly not Eurostar pass seats available the whole of next week … I know there’s a limited number of seats but is that a common occurence? (I’ve never had to reserve so late before) Could seats become available last minute? (I also checked b-europe)😨I’m flexible with the days that week but it’s not like I can change my trip, I’m going home!I’ve been trying to reserve that leg for a while, having a nightmare with the interail reservation system (then I had to wait because of the strikes in UK and new timetables).I was already regretting getting a pass for that trip for other reasons but now it’s even worth  if I have to purchase a normal ticket 😫  

If I connect my mobile pass to a trip in the app, will the days of the individual journeys that I have saved in the trip be booked directly and irrevocably as travel days?I want to use a few travel days spontaneously and have saved the same trip on several days in order to spontaneously decide on which day I want to start it.

Abbiamo provato a collegare i nostri viaggi ma penso che abbiamo sbagliato qualcosa perchè alcuni orari non combaciano e, visto che lo abbiamo attivato, non possiamo più scollegarlo. Avete delle soluzioni?Inoltre, una volta organizzato il viaggio nella sezione “My pass” come facciamo ad attivare i biglietti? e poi come facciamo a comprare i posti a sedere? Hi everyone!  Could someone advise me how to go fro Belgrade to Budapest? The train goes as far as Novi Sad. How do i get from there to train station in Hungary? Nd does the Global Pass apply on the in between bus ride?

We have a mobile pass and wanted to book our seat reservations for the train between Paris and Marseille. Wanted to book it via b.travel-europe but we need a pass cover numer for the reservation. Is anyone able to help us?

Dear All, I bought an Interrail Global Pass 3 months but I didn't know that the outbound & inbound journey to the home country is only available once (English is not my first language and I didn't understand so well that sentence). I thought I could travel back and forth multiple times from my ‘home country' but apparently I could not. This makes the pass really restricted and limited.I am also not sure if I am counted as an EU-citizenship, I currently hold a 6 months visa in Germany.I bought the pass during the 50% promotion time and I am wondering if I could refund it？ If not, could someone please advise me in how to make the best use of this ticket？ I am really frustrating now... I’m trying to book my seat for a train from Frankfurt to Paris on the 28th of july at 16:56 and I cannot find the train when booking my seat. I already have my ticket and my friend can find it and reserve her seat. Please help!

Hello, I have a issue with my pass. I added my pass to my phone on the app and connected it to a trip and everything was fine. Then I activated the pass and made reservations and chose the first travel day the 29th August 2022. The next day I looked into the app and my trip and my pass are gone and I can't add the pass because it says that there's an issue. Hi, I have been in contact with the support but to no success. Me and my friends have individual mobilepasses since we will be doing most of the tip together. When I want to add them to the trip and make reservations I need the pass cover number and the issuer. We bought our mobilepasses though this website and the support and other threads have said the same, that you don’t need those just the email. But, the website will not let me make reservations or add the travellers without issuer and pass cover number.We have all contacted the support a few days ago to get our pass cover numbers.How do I do this step by step if I do not need my pass cover number or issuer, like I am supposedly able to?Just FYI, I did click “I purchased my pass on interrail.eu” and followed the septs sent to me by the support.Hope to get some answers soon.

Hi there, After planning based on the interrail rail map, we were planning on catching the train from Budapest to Belgrade. It says on the map that this is a 7hr30 day train. However, I cannot find it on the rail planner, yet it doesn’t says that Serbian trains should be available on the app. Furthermore, when i try to google the train I can’t find anything. The same issue occurs from the train from Belgrade to Sofia… Please can someone explain whether we can take these trains, and if so how/where do we book them?  Thank you!

Hi there, Brand new to site.I am wondering if I buy a 22 day Global Pass First Class, do I have to use it 22 days straight orcan I break it up to what ever days I feel like travelling in my 42 day Holiday? thanksAlso, how do I get that extra 10% discount on my Pass or is automatically included? 

I have put both IR passes on my iPhone. No problem but it is easier to put one pass on my iPhone and the other on my wife’s one. So I have to split my passes but I do not know how to do that. Do I have to reset my phone and install the IR app on both devices?

Hi everyone,Im going to travel with one friend (we are both 18 years old) through Europe (Germany, Denmark, Netherland, France, Spain) for 1 month.  We are thinking about taking folding bikes with us to be more flexible, fast and spend less money on public transport in the cities.  Do you think this would be a good idea? Or do you think we should leave our folding bikes at home?  There are no information in the internet about how useful folding bikes are while interrailing…Thank you!

Hi,I’ll be in Hamburg from August 27 to October 31 this year, and I have a “vacation” where I do not have anything to do from October 8 to October 23. I would like to plan a rail trip to some places in Europe, such as Prague, Naples, Amsterdam, and Paris, for example. I have heard that in some cases, a flight is cheaper than taking a high speed rail train trip. I would ideally like to not be in the cheap seats on a trip, preferably first or second class, so I have some room for myself. What are your experiences with traveling long distances by rail in Europe? Are flights better than rail for longer distance (> 8 hours by rail, for example)?
