Hi, is it okay to purchase two global passes(mobile pass) on my account? One is for me, and one is for my companion of the trip. Is everything okay with what I am planning? Or do we have to purchase each of our pass on our own? 

Hello,I am a first-time user of Eurail and I would like to know which pass would be appropriate for a round-trip day trip between Basel and Paris. I wasn’t sure if that would require the Global Pass because each end point is in a different country.Thank you. 

I am with a group of 5 Adults from USA …. 4 seniors and adult 34 yrs that is disabled. Our global passes are first class.  We fly to Zurich Sep 30 travel by train to Colmar, FR for 3 nights … then to Interlaken, SW for 2 nights … then to Zermatt, SW for 2 nights … then finally travel to Tuscany/Florence for 9 nights. We all have the Flex Global Pass for 5 days in month.The main question I have is … do we put all 5 global passes on one device or separate devices? Is there a website you recommend to book seat reservations or using the Eurail website and pay the additional 2 euro admin fee? Since we are a group of 5 is it difficult to get all 5 of us sitting close to each other?Thank youDave

Hi all..next December will be my first time in Europe.i bought eurail pass , but i cant book the reservationit is said no trains found.usually how many days/weeks before the schedule come out?because i checked a couple earlier the schedule is available

I am planning on travelling for 1 month, then staying in one place for a month, then travelling for another 2 months. Can you pre-load two passes onto the App then activate each one when you need it? 

Hi,I'm researching some of the seat reservation sites in preparation for an interrail trip next year. So the following journey is just a test and not urgent.I'm using the RailEurope website.When I enter a query for Paris Est to Karlsruhe Hbf 13th Nov start time 10:30 with interrail pass, the 13.51 train (TGV 9575) has 'Seat reservation has to be done at station' which is obviously bad news if I'm trying to plan from the UK.When I enter the same query BUT start time 7:30, the same 13.51 train (TGV 9575) now has 'Seat reservation is required' and available online (€18). Hurray!!Any idea what's going on?Is it a bug on the website or something I’m doing wrong? Also why would it say 'Seat reservation has to be done at station' in the first place. 

Hello everyone,we would like to book a reservation for the night train from Milano to Palermo for the end of December (27.12.).Unfortunately, Trenitalia and Interrail only offers reservations for daytime connections. Does anyone know when it will be possible to book/see the night train or whether it will no longer be available?

Hello, I am planning to do my 2nd Interrail trip during December for my birthday and I am looking for train connections from Salzburg to Chur on December 15th on Interrail app but it is not showing anything. Although, when I checked the OBB website, I get to see the train timetable.Do I need to wait a little longer for the update of new train timetable on the Interrail app or just do a manual train entry connection on the app for my trip planner? Thank you

Does Eurail usually offer year end or new year promotional prices for Benelux Pass?

My partner and I are planing a train adventure next May and I was wondering if people knew if the intercity notte 765 night train between Milan and Bari runs in May or is it seasonal? We are looking to connect with the ferry to Patras in Greece. Any advice booking tickets e.g. when they will be available, the best days to travel and alternate routes is always welcome!  Thanks! Doug

Hello,My partner and I have planned our trip via interrail for next week and we have therefore been able to make our reservations for our journeys which include trains with seats and others without.We received the tickets for the trains with seats. However, we expected to receive a ticket for the trains without, which we did not. Is this normal, please, or have we missed something?For example, we have a planned journey from Paris to Amsterdam with a stopover in Brussels, for which we received a Paris - Brussels ticket, but not a Brussels - Amsterdam ticket. Thank you in advance and have a nice day. PS : Sorry for my english

Hi! I’m a solo traveller and on December 4th I will leave for my trip with Interrail. From Milan to Rovaniemi in 6 days. Interrail stops: Zurich, Hamburg, Copenaghen, Stockholm, Helsinki. During the trip I will visit the main points of interest in the cities of Hamburg, Copenhagen and Stockholm and taste local specialties. At my destination I will participate in a guided tour to hunt for the Northern Lights and visit Santa Claus' village during the day.

Mon itinéraire c’est d’aller à Rome depuis Nice en premier (15-20 nov) puis de partir de Paris pour la Suède 15 jours plus tard (1er dec) mais si je comprends bien, si mon premier voyage Nice-Rome est mon outbound de France alors je ne peux plus faire de trajet en France ? Hello everyone,I've been having the following problem all day: When I want to make a seat reservation for Spain, I get an error message shortly before completing the booking, even though seats are available. It reads: “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart”If I want to make a reservation for France, for example, I do not receive this error message. I have already tried different browsers, deleting cookies etc.Can someone check if the same problem is occurring so that I know if the problem is mine or if there is a general technical problem?Many thanks and best regardsMarcel

I’m traveling from Marseille to Barcelona via Narbonne, changing trains in Narboone.When entering these details in the Rail Planner do I need to include as 2journeys on the same day or just a one journey on that day?Will the pass ticket for that day be useable on both legs?

A few days ago, I purchased the '̈bb Vorteilscard Jugend' effective from January 2025. I'd like to make a reservation for flight NJ 457, departing from Berlin Hbf at 19:21 on January 22 and arriving at Wien Hbf at 7 a.m., but it says 'Ticket not available'. s this train not discounted? I'd like to know why I can't make a reservation. 

I would like to thank the person who wrote somewhere on this site, about what to do if your saved journey in “My Trips” on your Eurail app doesn’t move to the “My Pass,” when tapped. I was a NEW user of digital Eurail Global Flexi Pass in October 2024 (a few weeks ago) and panicked that my very first journey would not transfer to the Pass, when I initiated the Pass. I thought it was lack of internet/wifi.  After frantically running upstairs to the main train station, I discovered that didn’t work, either!  Then I remembered a “passing comment” that someone wrote on this site about what to try if this situation occurs. That person said to “PUT YOUR PHONE IN AIRPLANE MODE AND THEN TURN IT OFF AGAIN.”  BINGO!  That worked!  I only had to do this one time on the 18 trains that I ended up taking.  I wish I could remember the person who gave me this tip, so I could give him/her recognition; since I can’t, I figure the best I can do is to help someone else with this tip.Also, I suggest leavin

HelloHave been able to book Eurostar from London to Bruxelles on 12 April 2025 but Bruxelles-Midi to Amsterdam Centraal is showing nothing for this date.Does that mean the all passholder fares are already sold for that date?Friday 11th or Monday 14th April 2025 are showing as being available.If I can’t book Eurostar & Eurail has nothing for the 12th April (“Sorry, we don’t have train times for those dates yet -”) & Rail Europe is saying “ Unfortunately we can't currently sell tickets for this journey, but the timetable below should give you an idea of trains that are running.” … but they can sell tickets for a week earlier & a week later I’m at a loss as to what I can do (changing dates is NOT an option)Advice on options/alternatives would be greatly appreciated
