Activating children’s passes

Hi everybody, we’re about to start our trip on Saturday and I started activating the passes (7-day global), realizing I need an ID document to activate the passes. My children aged 8 and 5 don’t have any ID yet. Do I need to activate the children’s passes at all for they’re not paying anyway? Thank you for your help and advice

This is actually not true, also within Schengen you need valid travel documents, also for children.

Have a look into “vorläufiger Reisepass” might be the only option that you could get before saturday.

Hey Kati

Im curious, how do you want to travel to other countries without having ID or Passport for your children?

Thought I would’t need any as long as it’s within EU countries.
