Yes a ‘normal’ Global Pass includes travel in Greece. Note that there are no international trains to/ from Greece.
A Global Pass will get you a slight discount on some of the ferries from Italy.

Both the Greek one country pass and the global pass offer 30% discount. Only the Greek Islands pass fully includes ferries. You'll need to do the maths to see what's cheapest for you.
