As a result, some timetable details may not always be precise. We are excited to announce a significant improvement for all our travellers: starting from today, you can now book all AVE trains between France and Spain online using our Seat Reservations Tool. With this update, you can enjoy:Seamless Cross-Border Travel: Easy seat reservations bookings for all AVE trains facilitating travel between French and Spanish destinations. We are excited to announce that you can now book seat reservations for high-speed trains in Spain via our reservations service! After a lot of hard work, we are proud to bring you this big improvement. 👏🏻 You can now book AVE, Euromed, and Alvia trains through our reservations system and receive an e-ticket. We hope this makes travel planning easier and more convenient for you.  Stay tuned because we will be continuing to add more trains to our reservations service soon. Happy travels!

We're excited to share an update to our Pass benefits. Starting June 1st, travellers in Switzerland no longer need to activate a travel day to use additional benefits or discounted products with the Pass. For an overview of all railway lines included in our Pass and Pass benefits in Switzerland, please visit this link. Tip: If a railway line or product is not part of our network but offers a discount, you will need an active pass, but not an activated travel day. However, if the railway line is included in our network, both an active pass and an activated travel day are required. For inspiration, hop over to our magazine and read the article "Chase Adventure: Switzerland by Train - Interlaken to the Jungfrau Region." We are currently experiencing an issue with our timetable in the Jungfrau region. The stretch from Lauterbrunnen to Wengen, which is included in the Pass, is incorrectly showing as not included. Please rest assured that it is included, and we are working on fixing our time

 In June of last year, we welcomed the European Sleeper to our Pass network. Our in-house train expert, Hugo, had the honor of riding with them on its inaugural trip.   Fast forward almost a year later, and Moniek from our HR team had the pleasure of joining the European Sleeper on its very first extended route from Amsterdam to Prague!  Moniek, a newcomer to night trains, has now become an enthusiast, thanks to her experience on the European Sleeper. We sat down with her to ask a few questions about her adventure.  As a first-time night train traveler, what were the main differences you noticed compared to traveling by day? When you check in, there is a friendly staff member to greet you and help you find your cabin. There is also a really fun, buzzy feeling on the train.   As a woman, did you feel secure while traveling on the night train? I wasn’t sure how I would feel, but in the end, I did feel secure throughout the trip. I had a private compartment that comes with double locks. N

It’s a special time of year! Twice annually, the European Railway Carriers release an updated timetable, making the second Sunday of December feel a little like New Year’s for train travellers. This release includes new routes, connections, services, and more. We have been eagerly anticipating how this timetable update will top previous releases. Well, the time has come, and we are thrilled to share the 10 most impactful improvements! New night trains: Starting from Brussels or Paris to BerlinThe latest additions to the ÖBB Nightjet routes will connect Brussels and Paris to Berlin. The direct night train service between Berlin and Paris, previously known as City Night Line, last operated in 2014. Travellers missed this night route, and we are pleased that passengers can travel it again three times per week.The Brussels to Berlin route runs six days per week, with both European Sleeper and the Nightjet running three times each on different days. How to find schedules: Rail Planner.Reser

Eurail/Interrail Passholders can still travel on the same high-speed network of red and blue trains, but now with one new-look Eurostar brand. ✨Whether your Global Pass takes you from Rotterdam to London, Antwerp to Paris or Brussels to Cologne, you’ll travel by Eurostar.P.S. You’ll still need to book your reservations in advance!
