I expect the answer to this is “no” but …Does anyone know if there’s a way to export the data from “my trip” from a mobile pass in some kind of machine-readable form, e.g. something that can be imported into Excel?

Hi!Tomorrow I will head from Bologna to Florence and I see I can do it with Frecciarossa. I have a global pass second class and saw at the site from Seat61 that there would be a pass holder fee of €13 for that train. But after trying to book it at Raileurope, it says the railpass doesnt apply on the trip. Can somebody confirm that it will be more than €13 to reserve the train? Thanks!

Hi all,We are planning a 22 days trip to Europe (16 days)  & Switzerland (6 days) in November starting from Frankfurt and ending in Switzerland. We plan to cover Frankfurt (day trip to Heidelberg) > Dresden > Prague > Budapest > Bratislava > Vienna > Salzburg (day trip to Hallstatt) > Munich > Innsbruck > Lucerne (might go to Mt. Rigi or Titlis) > Interlaken (day trips to Lauterbrunnen, Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald) > Zurich (day trip to Rhine Falls). Should we get both Eurail Global Pass & Swiss Pass?

Hi there,I am planning to travel from Utrecht to Düsseldorf. The rail planner shows Supplement required.Does anyone know how much would cost for the supplement and can I pay it on board? Any other way to pay will be cheaper? I have 1st class Global Pass.Thank you for the help.Xufang

I have tried to exchange global passes for new ones. I followed the procedure in 'My Account' but it looks like a refund is being processed. Have I done something wrong? 'Request exchange' option did not appear anywhere.

hiI need to get from Geneva to Montreux on the morning of Aug 6th because I have the panoramic train from Montreux to Interlaken booked for 9:34am. Originally I saw a direct train at 8:10am from Geneva to Montreux that would get us there in time for the 9:34 train. I don’t see that train anymore instead there is 7:42am train with one stop. Do train schedules change often? Or can expect this to be final?I am wondering if we should just get to Montreux the night before instead so that we are relaxed for our 9:34am scenic train? thanks

I’ve tried booking seat reservations for vienna to zurich (for 19th September) both using the eurail website and the OBB website but I’m having no success. On the OBB website it shows seats are only available for part of the journey but when I check ticket availability there appears to be plenty. When I use the eurail website my reservation comes back saying theres a problem with one section of the journey. Help!!

Hi there,I tried to organise a trip from Antwerp (Belgium) to Amersfoort (Netherlands). It shows on the last part of the trip as 'BUS34230‘. But next to it shows ‘Train’.Does anyone know this is BUS or TRAIN?Thanks for the help!Xufang

Hi all,I’m thinking of buying a pass in the sale (valid from September onwards) and have plotted out an overland route to the north coast of Greece (Thessalonike/Kavala), after which I had been hoping to cross the Aegean north to south with a couple of stops along the way. But I’ve not been able to find any ferries linking the East Aegean region (Ikaria/Samos) with any of the Dodecanese islands to the south (either very close by like Patmos, or larger islands like Kos).I initially thought Dodekanisos Seaways would plug the gap, but it appears they also stop serving Samos, Fourni and Ikaria after August 31st.Does anyone know of any ferry company (whether covered by the pass or not) that can save me having to go via Piraeus if I travel in September? Many thanks if you can help!

Ok, so i am looking to use the night trains zurich-vienna and salzberg-venice but on the OBB site it just says tickets not available, yet according to interail my first class global pass gets me on the train.  I underatand i need to pay extra for a reservation and couch but how do i do it?  Anyone know?

We are a group of 4, tickets booked together, now one is ill and can't travel with us. Will it be a problem when we will use the ticket to the nighttrain where we have a cabin, and the greek ferry where we also have a cabin? We can't change the reservation, we paid for it already, and are not trying to get a refund. But I seem to remember I read somewhere, that all names on the ticket needs to check in.. but I simply can't find the answer anywhere. And the companies didn't help. Perhaps someone tried something similar?

I had my app set up for a trip in September with all the planned trains entered onto the ‘My Trip’ which was linked to the pass, although I had not yet activated the pass.I also bought a second pass for a trip in December which I loaded onto the app and created a new trip which I linked to this second pass.I’m not sure what went wrong then.  Clearly I did something wrong as  all the information that I had entered onto ‘My trip’ for September disappeared.    I tried to sort things out and got into a bit of a mess.  (At one point I managed to create a ‘Duplicate Trip’ which I deleted.)  I, then, decided that it would be wise just to delete the pass and the associated Trip for December holiday and only put these onto the app once the holiday in September was over.I, then re-entered all the journeys that had disappeared from the September trip. This morning I look again at my app and what I see is:(a) the pass that I will be using in September (good)(b) My trip linked to the pass I will be

Hi allI have had an email from the obb customer service saying that they have changed my booking and to call them but when i call the number is no longer available. I am calling 0043 5-1717 and getting the message that this number is no longer available. Due to travel tomorrow evening from Amsterdam to Zurich so a little bit anxious about this. I have been in Europe for about 4 weeks now - and I have 1 more week before I go back to the USA.I have the Eurail pass - good for 7 trips in 30 days.  It works perfect for me.  My issue is around the supplements charged for most of my routes.  I don’t mind paying these supplements but I cannot do it online.  I have to go to a specific train station in my specific city to talk to someone about paying for my supplement.  Sometimes the lines are over 1 hour long.My biggest issue was - my train from Prague to Florence.  I had to change trains in Munich.  I was given 30 minutes to change trains, so I thought that was good.  The train from Prague to Munich was 45 minutes late arriving.  I have already paid my supplement from Munich to Florence, but I missed the connection because the train was late.  I then had to sit in a line for 1 ½ hours to get this fixed.  When it was finally fixed, my next train left in 4 minutes.  I made it, but just barely. It would be nice to be able to pay for supp

I have purchased a 1 month 6 day pass.  I will activate it on July 25 and I would like to book my final ticket on August 24 however, it won’t allow me to book.   It says my pass in invalid.  I wrote to Eurail and was informed my pass was valid to midnight on the 24th.  Could anyone please advise me what to do.thanks in advance,Ellen

Hi my dear fellow Interrailers, I have a question:I already planned and activated my journey from Hamburg to France and back. I wanted to go from Paris to Mannheim with the ICE and researved seats, but now I’d rather go one stop further to Frankfurt. Do you think I have to delete my journey plan and activate the new ticket or is it possible just to keep sitting this one stop in the ICE, even if I have to stand for the one station? Since I’m travelling with my kids and have several trains on the day before Paris I’m not so keen on deleting an re-activating everything. Thanks for your comments :)Nadia

There is no UNSUBSCRIBE in your mail. It ought to be there.I want to UNSUBSCRIBE to all mail from Eurail. I can’t find it on your website. Please inform me or unsubscribe me

I would like to book the night train on August 24th but that is not possible. It always just says that the train is temporarily available. Even if I look in June I get the same information. what's going on? Have somebody any Information here?

I’ve seen it but can’t find it now. Looking for a website that has the makeup and loads of specific German trains (IC/ICE). It lists the number of cars (wagens) and seating arrangements, seating plan as well as loads I think. Or perhaps it lists the number of total seats. Thank you.
