I’ve booked my reservations on another site,  I’m just trying to add these to My trip but I can’t find the trains.  

Someone in Marseille right now and wants to meet? 

On 15 August I would like to travel with Nightjet 470 from Offenburg 23:35 to Hamburg 07:53.But the train is not available for sale yet. Does anyone know if and when the reservations will be available?If I find this journey in the DB planner, there is a notification:The stops Karlsruhe Hbf, Bruchsal, Heidelberg Hbf, Darmstadt Hbf and Frankfurt(Main)Süd are omitted. The train is diverted. The reason is construction work.That is fine with me. I don’t need these stops. But if I click at “Journey information” there is another notification:The stops Basel SBB, Basel Bad Bf, Freiburg(Breisgau) Hbf and Offenburg are omitted. The train is diverted. The reason is construction work.That does not sound good… But the planner does still find the journey.My research so far: For the journey 15 August, the planner shows that NJ470 has 7 stops between Offenburg and Hamburg Hbf. Hello, I am trying to book a ticket for the night train from Split to Zagreb (on the 4th of August at ~21h) but the rail planner app says no price result found and tickets might be sold out but when I look on the operator's website the train ticket is available for purchase. Does anyone know how to book it using the pass rather than having to pay for the full price ticket? 

HeyI have a global pass and weeks ago I booked reservations for our jurney from Kolding to London. Now I have to add journeys to my trip, but how can I show that i have the reservations? 

I intend to use a global pass supplemented by a one country pass for an upcoming trip. Is it fine to have both loaded on the same device and switch between them as required? 

Hello, i am wondering if i book a few transfers on the inter rail planner and there are short transfers, if i get delayed and miss the short transfer will i get to board the next one or get refunded?  thanks

I have a 4-trip Interail pass, and when I try to book a seat for the Amsterdam–Berlin leg on 8th July 2026, and the Berlin–Praha leg on 10th July 2026, I get a message for every departure time stating that there is an error and the reservation cannot be made. Is it possible to board the train for those legs without a seat reservation?

I want to take the Berlin-Prague train, and it says that seat reservations are recommended. However, when I try to book, it won't let me. The reservations must be sold out. My question is: can they deny me boarding if I have a travel ticket (but no seat reservation)? I don't mind standing, it wouldn't be a problem; my fear is that they won't let me get on the train.

¡Hola a todos!Necesito ayuda urgente porque estoy viajando ahora mismo en tren y la app Rail Planner me ha dejado tirado.He intentado mover mi pase móvil a un teléfono nuevo, pero el QR que generaba la aplicación llevaba a un enlace que daba error (404). Después probé a introducir los datos manualmente varias veces y, al parecer, el sistema se bloqueó por seguridad. Ahora ya no me aparece la opción de “Mover pase”, solo el mensaje “Contáctenos”.Ya he enviado el formulario de soporte urgente con mi número de pase y el Device ID de mi teléfono, pero todavía no he recibido respuesta y el revisor pasará en cualquier momento.¿A alguien le ha ocurrido algo parecido mientras estaba de viaje? ¿Cómo actuó el revisor? ¿Suelen ser comprensivos cuando se trata de un fallo de la aplicación si puedes enseñar el correo de compra o la confirmación del pase, o podrían poner una multa igualmente?Cualquier experiencia o consejo me vendría genial. ¡Muchas gracias!

Bonjour, j'ai un problème j'espère que vous pourrez m'aider. Je pars avec deux autres personnes au Danemark. Il y a eu un cafouillage sur les dates les deux personnes ont pris, avec leur passes un interrail, des trains le 20 et 21 juillet pour y aller. Mes trains sont au 19 et 20 juillet. Est-il possible de basculer sur leur train pour être avec ces personnes ? Je demande cela, car en y regardant leurs trains ne sont plus disponibles et je me retrouverai dans d'autres trains sans ces personnes. Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

Landing at Schiphol late tomorrow with my 7yo. Was gonna make the last Eurostar train, but they cancelled the stop and I dont think we can make it to Amsterdam Centraal on time. Already booked stay in Brussels.Taking to long to get answers through interrail (or my nerves think so at least).The late arrival and travelling alone with a young child makes it less flexible. I have not been to Netherlands or Belgium since I was a child myself - and have not done enough research for this to happen.Is there anyone who could give me tips or have thoughts on what would be the best way to travel from Schiphol to Brussels tomorrow around the time 21.00? I am afraid to end up with a new train which also is affected by thee disruption and getting stuck somewhere or travelling for hours this late into the night with a small child.Help, please?

Hello again! I have added the journey Chur to Zurich on my rail planner last month and at that time Seat reservation was free (pic 1). I just noticed now that the time has changed and now it shows: Seat reservation optional (pic 2). I'm gonna have to delete that journey and enter the new time.My question is: Is it better for me to pay the Seat reservation to be sure we have seats OR we can just wing it?We have Eurail Global Pass 1st class. Thank you!

I would like to go to patras from ancona or bari but i am not sure if the global pull pas beta included the ferrie sites. Does someone have the information ? 

I planned my trip frome france through amsterdam, london and manchester. i understand that we have the right for 2 inbound/outbound travel, in my cas one to amsterdam and one from manchester. However, interrail counts our trip from amsterdam to london as an inbound/outbound ( i guess because it is a eurostar, thus it passes through Lille, in France). Is it normal ? can we solve the issue ? do we have to book another train separately. Thanks !

How good does it work when you do the reservation on the desk at the railwaystation

We need help with the seatplace reservation for trains in Spain. Is it possible to buy seatplace reservation at the trainstations in Spain? Because the seatplaces over the Interail App are booked out. Does anyone have experience with that?? Please respond, if you know something, it would be really helpful to us!

Hello, I’ve tried everything to book seats on the Marseille–Madrid AVE on 18 September 2026. Having waited the 90 days before departure, I can’t buy them on the Interrail website, Happy Rail, RailEurope or by phone through Renfe. Any ideas?
