Hello,I have an eurail pass and I would like to reserve a seat for Frankfurt - Prague trip on March 21st at 00:52, but I am no able to find a way to do it? Could you help me with this?

Hi ! I am currently on a trip around Sweden and Norway and everything is fine (despite the strike in France on the Day of departure...). Our outbound Journey was Poitiers/Paris/Dusseldorf. Must the inbound journey be the other way round ? Or can I choose to take the direct Strasbourg to Poitiers to Côme back  home ? Thanks in advance!Franck

Hi! I already bought an Interrail ticket and now want to reserve train seats. My trip is planned for August. When i try to reserve seats for example from Bergen to Oslo or from Trondheim to Bodo, „no results are found“. I already called the Entur callcenter, but they said i can i can book in may at earliest?! Every „norway train trip“ website told me to reserve as soon as possible… is there another way to reserve or did i do something wrong? Thank you for your answers:)

I have booked a camping in Mataró, which is about an hour away from the city center of Barcelona. The best way to get there is by Rodalies de Catalunya, which I figure is sort of a regional train. However, on the Interrail-website, I can't find connections. Therefore, I am wondering if Interrail is valid on these trains or that I need to buy seperate tickets.

I’m glad that it’s finally possible to book seat reservations for Spanish AVE trains online. Is there any way of picking your own seat?  Or do you have to accept the seat that is automatically allocated to you?

On February 20th I will travel from Stockholm to Haparanda on the way to Rovaniemi. We are concerned that the Boden connection is only 11 minutes. Every day for the last 2 weeks the train from Stockholm has arrived late in Boden. Also today /13 minutes/ My question is, does the train to Haparanda wait for the arrival of the train from Stockholm and possibly until how many minutes late is the connection to Haparanda provided?

Hello, I am interested in this route: https://www.eurail.com/en/plan-your-trip/trip-ideas/suggested-itineraries/mediterranean-itinerary.I would like to travel this route from 15th August to 30th August 2024. However, when I try add all the connections in my Eurail app, I only find the ones from Valencia up to Marseille, but from Marseille to Nice, from Nice to Monte Carlo and the rest of the stops in this route seems not to be connected. Why is that? I also have one more question about the seat reservation prices. I will be travelling with my 11 years old son. Eurail pass is free of charge for him, but I see that for most of the trains in this route seat reservations will be required. Will I have to pay x2 for myself and him, or seat reservation for child will be free as well?1. Valencia, Spain 2. Barcelona, Spain 3. Montpellier, France 4. Marseille, France 5. Cannes, France 6. Nice, France 7. Monte Carlo, Monaco 8. Savona, Italy 9. Genoa, Italy 10. Pisa, Italy 11. Livorno, Italy 12. R

Going to purchase 10 day 2 month Global Pass. What is the soonest date we can purchase the Global Pass to start making reservations for train trips starting in April?   Can we purchase reservations today for trips in April & May with the Global 10 day 2 month Pass.  Thanks Joan

We found the pass included R-net in Netherlands. The Netherlands Metro is under R-net company. Can we use the pass to take Metro when we are in Netherlands? Thanks

I want to change my promotional ticket. Should I buy a new ticket and request a refund? How exactly should I proceed? How long does it take for the refund to be made when I request a refund?

Normally an ic train runs from Lille Flandres to Kortrijk. But when I look on different site I do not find it for Sunday 12 May, the Sunday before and after the trains are just online. I wonder if there is an error in system, or there are just no IC trains that Sunday? Where could I find this info back? Thanks in advancedTania

Hi, I’m trying to get seat reservations from Lille Europe direct to Avignon on TGV #9830 for 17 May (bypassing Paris) but whichever site (Rail Europe/SNCF/SNCB) I try to book on, it shows the full price tickets without the Eurail Pass discount. Eurail Planner does not have this direct option and only offers routes with a change at Paris (Nord-Gare Lyon) which I’m trying to avoid as I’m travelling with children.Have all the Pass Holder seats been filled up? I’ve been checking this route regularly since Dec 2023 but of course tickets are not open for sale yet, and now they are available but without the pass dicount 🤔Hoping to hear some expert advice from the pros 💪🏻Thanks in advance!

Hi, I’m planning to take two night trains. First from Amsterdam to Vienna and then to Split. My travelbuddies don’t have an interrailpass. It is cheaper to just book the tickets for the nighttrains then taking an interrailpass. Is there any way that I can book the tickets with them or do I need to book separatly? Who can help me? 🤞

Hi community, we are plannig our interrail trip to sweden and norway. We are starting our journey in Mannheim Hbf to Hamburg Hbf on 22th of February and taking the night train from Hamburg Hbf to Stockholm Center at 22:03 on the 22th February. Similar way for the return. Night train from Malmo C (10.03.2024 23:41) to Berlin Hbf (11.03.2024 9:25) and  from Berlin Hbf (11.03.2024 11:26) to Mannheim Hbf (11.03.2024 16:27). We have the problem that there 4  free travel days left and interrail doesnt allow the journey from Berlin Hbf to Mannheim Hbf with the Interrail global pass. Does anyone have an idea how we can solve this issue, without paying extra for the train from Berlin to Mannheim?Best Regrads and thanks a million for your help!Carolin

Hi all, I am planning a 12 day Switzerland and Italy trip in March with my husband and kid with 7 days in Switzerland and 4 in Italy. Our last destination in Switzerland will be Zermatt and from there we will be heading to Lake Como in Italy followed by Rome. I need suggestions on what is the best way to travel to Lake Como from Zermatt? Should I board a train to Zurich first and then take the Como train or is there any better alternative route which I can follow. Also need suggestions on whether should I opt for  Swiss Travel pass or Euro rail pass for the entire journey? Please advise.

My teen is traveling solo on a global flex pass.  When they add a journey to the pass, it generates a QR code. But then it disappears.  They have to keep adding the same journey to get a new QR code.  They are currently on a train in Switzerland, on their way to France, and the QR code has disappeared mid-journey.  They have had to re-add the journey 3 times today. It’s on an apple phone, if that matters. Do you know what the problem is or any fix? Thank you so much!

I am planning a trip in June. I have a global flexipass. I know that some train info is missing right now (mid February). The two legs I would like to plan are:London - Paris - San Sebastian all in one day on Weds June 5th.Bordeaux - Paris - London all in one day on Fri June 14th.I’d like to reserve the Eurostar tickets now. What has me confused is that I’ll be assuming I can make the rest of those journeys without knowing for sure (because the other schedules aren’t out yet). Can anyone tell me if those trips are common/easy/achievable? Or am I being ambitious? I want to avoid making Eurostar reservations now and then finding out closer to the time that I can’t make the rest of each of those trips work in one day.If anyone has experience / advice to share I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Hello,If I hold a Eurail First Class Global Pass and make a Business Premier reservation on the Eurostar, will I be entitled to utilize the Business Premier dedicated priority lanes at St. Pancras Station? Thank you in advance.

OK. From what I remember, while the trains are fast and efficient in Europe, it is very difficult to navigate them with baggage, especially if there are numerous changes. At Bayreuth, I will need dress clothing so will most likely require more than one bag.  My next stop would be St Moritz, which involves four(!) changes on the journey.I’m thinking rail is not the best way to navigate this journey.  Even Frankfurt or other major city might be difficult but on a direct train manageable.

I’m still confused about the two of us travelling together with passes on one or two devices. I’ll be purchasing the passes for the two of us, but when travelling (especially at stations where you scan the QR code to get through automatic gates) how can that be achieved if the passes are on a single device? Can I have my travel partner log into my pass on his device to access the same information, or should I take a screen shot of the QR code for his ticket and send to him to present?
