The Frecciarossa train from Milano to Modane is not included in the interrail pass, thoguh it says it will be soon. I am travelling on august. Do anyone have more information about this? Thank you very much, Adri

We have made a jounrey on our German Rail Twin Pass for a trip from Salzurg to Nuremburg. The trip is on two parts - Salzburg to Munich and Munich to Nuremburg, all in one day.  When we try to book seats from Salburg to Munich,  we get a message that “one or more passes don’t cover this journey”, yet it does allow us to book the trip!  Does this simply mean that “No seat reservations” are available?   Seats for Munich to Nuremburg are listed as unavailbe until 90 days before departure.

I have a global pass . I can’t book seats on db site from Hamburg to Copenhagen for July 20 th. Is there a problem with the trains or the website. The website shows all trains are there

Two adults and four children (no family). I want to pay for all and collect the pass on my Handy. How ro Do that (if possible)?

Hello. I have a four day Senior First class pass and I want to travel to Paris from Glasgow in December.  Can I use Day 1 to travel to London and then Day 2 to get to Gare du Nord.  I am planning to do Paris to Glasgow in a one-r on the return leg.

Hi, My friends and I were trying to book seat reservations to travel from Budapest to Split departing the 9th of July. We have de Interrail Global Pass. But, in the website it seems that there are not reservations available for train NT 1880, so I wanted to know if they are going to be available or if they are sold out, and if that is the case what could I do. Also I would like to know if there are other alternatives that could match my journey. Thank you and I wait for your answer !

I can't log in to my discover EU app. I was logged in yesterday and was planning to travel tomorrow but it won't allow me to log in. Initially the error message said to get the interrail eurail app instead (I think I accidentally made an account but I have since deleted that account) but now the error message says they are having technical difficulties. What should I do? I tried to reset my password and that didn't work and logging in with socials (Google) also doesn't work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am traveling tomorrow ☺️Thanks

I’m reserving my seats for the trains, and it’s not giving me the option to book first class seats but I payed for a first class pass, why is this as it is ridiculous

Hi! When i try to activate a trip's ticket, it says that this action will last 20 mins and 1 travel day will be used. What I need is a copy of my ticket to send to a specific person and also print out so that i can carry it with me as a paper just in case. How can i access the ticket without using a travel day?

Hello :)I plan to travel this summer with the Interrail Pass, and I'd like to buy the paper pass.I was wondering, if I purchase the paper pass at one of the NS International desks at Dutch train stations, will there be a 7,50 euro per person supplement on top of the pass price? Or does this supplement only apply to point-to-point international tickets?https://www.nsinternational.com/en/where-to-buy/stations-service-officesThank you!

Hi everyone! I’m planning my first trip to Europe (14 days) in late July and would really appreciate advice—especially when it comes to train travel, since I’ve never used trains before.Trip Overview - Flying into Naples and flying out of Zurich. Traveling north through Italy into Switzerland.Places I would like to visit:Amalfi Coast Rome Venice Lake Como Possibly Cinque Terre (still debating) Then heading into Switzerland (not sure where yet)Since I’ve never traveled by train, I’m a bit overwhelmed trying to decide:Should I buy individual train tickets for each leg? Or would it make more sense to get something like a rail pass? If so which one? Are trains easy to navigate for first-timers with luggage?I’m also open to suggestions on:Whether this route makes sense or is too packed Must-see stops I may be missing (especially in Switzerland) Whether Cinque Terre is worth adding or too muchThanks in advance for your help.

Hi there, I know Thameslink is included in the Interrail pass but I can’t find anyway to add their services to the pass via the Rail Planner app (going from Gatwick airport to Tottenham Hale). Is there any way to do this or will any inspector accept an Interrail ticket even if the journey hasn’t been added-I just want to avoid any potential trouble!

hi there, my phone got stolen what should I do?

I am returning home from interrailing soon and I have an inbound train from Brussels to London (my home country is the UK). Am I able to use my pass on a train from London back to my home city on the same travel day? I know that you aren’t allowed to use trains in your own country but am unsure if this counts on connecting train journeys home/on travel days? Thanks all :)

Do I have to add all my travel days to the Global Pass in advance, or can I do that during the travel days?

Booked reservations and then discovered the European sleeper doesn't run on the day we planned to depart Brussels. Can I change reservations as I have only just booked themTankSteve

I am showing a train transfer of 7 minutes on a train from Bolzano to Lienz in Fortezza, I am trying to get to Ljubljana. Is it possible to make that with two people moving a suitcase each also?

First let me say that I have read through this entire and very useful thread:My husband and I are foolish enough to be planning a round-trip train trip from Bucuresti to Istanbul’s Halkali train station.  We have a Eurail pass because we’re doing extensive train travel in Austria, Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Romania.  So while I know I could just pay for the Bucuresti-Istanbul tickets out of pocket since they’re not that expensive, I’d prefer to use the Eurail pass to subsidize the cost as much as possible since we’ve already got the pass. (We are getting our money’s worth out of all the rest of the travel we’re doing, but since we’ve got the pass and the travel days, why not use it for this part of the trip as well?)The Eurail site shows the Bosphorus Express is running between Bucuresti and Istanbul. And it says that the trains in both directions are part of the Eurail network and seat reservations are required. But the Eurail site also says that “Seat Reservations are n

I am very confused about the Global Plus pass and whether it is worth it. All the reservation fees showing say “from” this or that amount, so it’s difficult already to understand the full cost until you book, and with the plus pass it’s difficult to know which trains will not be covered and how much in monetary terms the extra 3 credits are worth - do they cover the cost of the reservation or what??  It’s all very confusing. I am travelling from the UK to France and Germany via Belgium.

I am hoping to travel from Vienna to Timisaora on 21 MayMy perfect train solution is 9.40 from vienna on the RJX269 to Budapest Kelenfoeld arriving 12.05The next leg is Budapest Keleti Timisoara at 13.10 on the IC377 arriving Timisaora at 19.29.The PROBLEM is that the second leg requires a seat reservation and I can’t seem to get it through Interrail.Hungarian railways don’t seem to be issuing online reservations !If there was more ime between the two trains it’s possible that I could negotiate a reservation at Budapest Keleti , but as there is only 30 minutes between trains that seems very unlikely .Is it possible to choose a later train from Budapest to Timisaora that would allow me time to get the reservations sorted - I can’t see how to do it in the Interrail app.If I built a delay into the travel would that count as 2 separate journeys on my Interrail pass ?Bit stuck.Complete newbie at this and I’m alreat having a nervous breakdown

Hello, i am planning on interrailing with my two teenage sons.  We had been hoping to go from Munich to Prague, direct, on 31 July (ideally morning).  We have 3 x first class interrail passes, however happy to travel in any class if there is limited availability.  Unfortunately i can’t see any availability on any trains on that route, even in the nearby days.  Am i doing something wrong, or is there really no 3 x seats that are bookable on that route around that timescale.  thank you for any help!

My wife and I have Eurail passes and want to make a journey in Cinque Terra. We are in La Spezia and want to return to La Spezia after a day in Cinque Terra. I can't figure out how with the Eurail app! It's my 1st time using it.

Hi,on my seating reservation stands that it needs to be printed and is not valid in a digital format. I am currently in Italy and will travel to Switzerland on an EC. It is not possible for me to print something. I am now a little worried that there might be problems. I was wondering if someone else had that issue and knows if i can savely take my booked train.Thank you for your help!

Hello,my travel partner and I want to travel from Sofia to Bucarest on July 20th. The Interrail App suggest going via Craiova and changing trains twice. I found a train on the CFR website which leaves from Iliyantsi station in the morning going directly to Bucarest (IC 2611/International 460), which doesn’t appear in the app.Is it possible to board that train with an Interrail ticket and is a reservation required? We are staying in the city center of Sofia and the train is supposed to leave at 7:18. Is it possible for us to reach that train in a reasonable time?Thank you for answering!

Hi,How do I add train trips that don´t need a seat reservation to my pass? I´m planning to travel from Amsterdam to Epernay in one day without seat reservations.
