Dear All,I think that I am going to go for this pass as I am planning to go to 3 Rugby World Cup matches this autumn. As I can only use two journeys [days of travel] out of 7 from the UK to France and back am I obliged to use these on my first and last journey, that is journey 1 and journey 7 or can I use them for a return journey which might be journey 1 & 2 or journey 3 & 4 or journey 5 & 6?Many thanks, John

Hi i’m Pietro and tomorrow i’ve to leave with train but some of my ticket didn’t arrive yet. What i can do?

How do I get a refund for the TGV seat reservations I made with the Interrail route planner if the route doesn’t reopen before I travel?

Hii all, On the 10th or 11th of september I want to go home to Valencia by train, but I’m struggling to find the proper route. Can anybody help me?  I am open to use train and also bus (from Barcelona to Valencia for example). I don’t want to wait at a train station in the middle of the night  I can leave amsterdam the 10th or the 11th of september. I have a huge suitcase so preferably with few transfers

We would like to visit our friends in Germany.  They use the Montabaur station.  When we type it into reservations it doesn’t show up. Is it not included it is a DB train from Munich?

Hi, my family and I are travelling around Europe in September and October, we have purchased global pass. I was wondering when it says print at home pass, do you actually need to. We are travelling from Australia and won't have access to printer(can't bring 1 either). We have a couple of set dates in France, Germany and Austria done but we are being flexible in Italy and just looking at doing day trips from Florence but some trains are reservation. Is the email enough?Thank you

With the recent disruptions of multiple railways lines in the Alps, will my train - named RJ 131 - be affected on its journey from Vienna to Venice? It leaves on the morning of Sept 7th at 6 am.

Hello,I purchased a Eurail pass for travel the end of September.  We are flying into London Heathrow arriving on September 29 around 12:30pm.  We want to travel from London to Paris the same day.  I noticed that checking the train schedule it says seat reservation required.  What train do we take from Heathrow to Paris city center and how do we reserve seats?

We tried to buy 2nd class seat reservations from Ourense to Madrid.Instead the clerk at the station sold us 1st class and said that 2nd class was sold out.We said we only had a 2nd class pass but they just ignored us and said everything will be fine.Is that right?

I will be travelling from Krakow to Prague on 30 Aug by IC407 overnight. I’ve bought my ticket and reservation already.. but the disembarking station is “closed”.. so does that mean I can’t get off at that station? The train company did not provide other alternative transportation… what should I do?  The same is happening for my night train from Prague to Budapest, where the 2nd and 3rd station is “closed” but the train company did not provide other alternative transportation… what should I do?

Hi everybody, i’d like to travel with my 11 years old (12 when we’ll make the trip) through France and Spain. We live in Brussels and we have planned to go to Nimes, Lleida, Zaragoza, Madrid, Toledo,Granada, San Sebastian and Biarritz. I would like to know if you think that it will be cheaper if we travel with the pass or not.

Hi All,I intend travelling from the UK to France this autumn for the Rugby World Cup.Do I need a Global Pass as I intend using the Eurail Pass for the Eurostar - from London to Paris/Lille & back - and for travel in France hence I will be travelling in 2 countries? Many thanks & kind regards, John

Hi we will be on a day trip from Salzburg to Hallstatt, but if using Eurail, the journey takes about 4.5 hours one way, it take 1 hour 20 mins transfer. I know that the most convenient way to travel to Hallstatt is by bus but since we bought the Eurail we plan to use it. May I ask is there any other way / train station which we can travel to with shorter travel time ? Thanks

Hello, I searched trying to find an answer to this question but I still need some clarification. I would like to start my travel a few days AFTER my 28th birthday. Could I “activate” the pass the day before my birthday and pick a first travel day, but not actually use the train that day? Or is the pass not “activated” at the start of your first travel day if you don’t physically scan your pass at the train station and start your journey.  Thank you!!!!

Hello - I had 2 fraudulent charges made on my AMEX to EURAIL, and I need to get them reversed ASAP.

The reason I ask is that I’m trying to make some reservations from Paris to Rome on that day. Ideally changing trains in Turin or Milan. We can get a reservation that morning as far as Turin or Milan, but train services past that seem to be nigh on unbookable. No reservations available south of these cities, and very few paid tickets of any form - nothing high speed at all.The message against the services listed is:“Prices unavailableNo price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable.”It seems to be the situation for the Saturday (11/11) and Sunday (12/11) where this is in full effect too.Tried the OBB site and they don’t have anything at all - message against all services is “Ticket Not Available”

Hey, I have another question regarding inbound/outbound. On one day during my trip I wanna go from Vaduz to Hallstatt. On the way there I am crossing Germany (my home country) without leaving the train. Does that already count as inbound/outbound or just when I am going to Germany and staying there for at least one night?Thank you!!

Hello, we’re a family of 5, and we’re traveling from Amsterdam to Luxemburgo at night, but I can’t find the price nor the times of departure. Can you please help me? Thank you very much.

When planning a trip on the Eurail website, it adds an extra travel day.  I clicked London as a destination and then Paris as I want to travel from London to Paris.  It says that is two travel days.

Journey from Firenze S.M.N. to Rome Airport Fuumicino on Eurail reservation site showed two journey options:Firenze S.M.N. to Roma Termini with 16 minutes to catch another train to Rome airport. However, the site shows ‘Some conditions apply’ that second class Eurail Pass holders need to buy a separate ticket to board the Rome Termini to Rome Airport train. The resevation fee  for the train from Firenze S.M.N. to Roma Termini is 15 euros. Firenze S.M.N.to Roma Tiburtina with 17 minutes to catch another train to Rome Airport. The train from Roma Tiburtina to Rome Airport showed ‘You’re ready to board’. The reservation fee for the train from Firenze S.M.N.to Roma Tiburtina is 15 euros. So I understand -Firenze S.M.N. to Rome Airport Fuumicino via Roma Termini will cost 15 euros plus the price of ticket from Rome Termini to Rome Airport, whatever that is. Is that right? Firenze S.M.N. to Rome Airport Fuumicino via Roma Tiburtina witll cost 15 euros only as the train from Roma Tiburtina to

Dear all,I am having a Global Interrail pass for 5 days of travelling in one month.I reserved a seat for the ÖBB Nightjet from Zagreb to Stuttgart in the ÖBB app by choosing 'single tickets/day tickets' and selecting 'Interrail/Eurail - Globalpass' discount. On the received ÖBB ticket, the following is stated: 'Fahrschein + Reservierung'. So does this mean that this ÖBB ticket is all I need to board or do I need to use one of my travel days in the Interrail app as well? And what about a trip during the day in Slovenia (from Postojna to Ljubljana)? I can buy a single ticket and use the interrail discount in the ÖBB app for this as well. Will this save me a travel day in the Interrail app?Thank you in advance.Kind regards,Frank

Hello, I have several changes of train when traveling from Luxemburgo to Lausanne. The first one is at 00:49 and two other changes. My question is if that’s only one travel in my Eurail pass or 3 travels. Please help!! Thanks a lot.
