Hi there, I’m looking at the Eurostar for London to Lille on 25th May 2024. However there are only 4 trains listed for this day. Will they be adding more or is this likely to be the full timetable? (7.04, 9.01, 13.01 and 19.34). Thanks.

Hello, I have 2 questions. How does it work with the travel day when traveling overnight? Will I lose 2 travel days in that case? Second question: I have one day for entering the country and one day for leaving the country. However, if my hometown isn't reachable via a direct route, how many transfers are allowed during the inbound journey?

Hello to all of you! I would like to know if I buy the Global Pass, can I use some days to move around in the same country?

If I have the Eurail Global Pass, what is the max days ahead of departure that I can reserve my seat?

I currently have a work visa in the UK and have been here for over three years. My visa expires at the end of September this year and I would like to travel around Europe for two months from the beginning of September. Is the InterRail Pass available in this case?I believe I am entitled to buy an InterRail pass because my work visa in the UK is still valid at the start of my trip and I have been resident in the UK for more than six months. However, that visa will expire at the end of September and I will be entering the UK on a tourist visa when I re-enter the UK after my tour of Europe. In that case, will I not be able to use my InterRail pass as I will not be resident in the UK when I re-enter?I will visit some friends in the UK for the last time after my European tour and then return to my home country. Please let me know if anyone has had a similar experience.Thank you.

Hi everyone! I buy an Interrail pass, the 22 days in a month global one.I leave France the 17th of august, and today it’s my 5 days of trains journey, we are the 26th of august. But when I go on my pass, it’s writing “13 days left”…I’m confused. Does it mean I need to be back in France in 13 days??Because I just arrived in Finland, and I have so much left to see.I was expected that I can take the train for 22 days, and be free.If someone can light my candle <3

Am I able to request a refund on a day not used for my global pass? I have a family of 5 and only used 4 daysthanks Betty

Hi, Me and my boyfriend are first timers. We are going from the netherlands to italy. Now we booked our train from dösseldorf to munich and our nighttrain from munich to padova. We have a small overtake of 9min. So that makes me nervous. Is there any way i can see where the train enters and leaves the station in munich so we can prepare where to go to?  Thank in advance.

Good morning/evening, my son(18)  and I are planning a trip with flying into Amsterdam, Netherlands mid September, from Canada, and will be there for a few days. We then plan on going to Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Frankfurt, in that order, with stays of 3-4 days at each place. I’m not sure what ‘pass’ or combination of ‘passes’ makes the most sense so we can travel from city to city and still use the local transit system in each location. Thanks for your help!

Hi everyone, I’m new to Interrail so I still have a few questions. Ofcourse i’ve read the interrail user guide. This guide says that I’ll need to add my pass first. After that I need to activate my pass by choosing my first travel day. Once that’s done, I need to choose a journey and save it to my trip, then I can connect it to my pass. This is the part that I understand. I’ve been reading some different topics on the community site and I’ve read somewhere that it’s advised to use the national train app from the country I’m travelling in. But how does that work with choosing a train? For example: if i connect a journey to my pass in the interrail app and it’s a train from Naples to Rome and it leaves at 10:40 and arrives at 12:00. When and how is it advised to use the Italy train app itself? If I pick a train from the Italy train app, how will the train people (??)  know I’m using the train with my interrail pass. also: I’ve seen some advices about seat reservations via another site. B

Can someone please double check my work?  I’m not seeing any direct trains on 9/28 from Prague to Munich?   Is it possible they are all sold out?   Just seems odd to me.   I know I can’t make reservations until 30 days out but it’s weird that they aren’t even showing to purchase a regular ticket.

how can I use the ticket without a smartphone? Can I download it to a Web-version?

Hello, we are planning to travel within Austria (many cities) and finish in Germany. In total 5 train travels (all in December 2023). I have a few questions I could use help with please:1: Am I correct to get a 5 Trip Pass? Will it work from Austria to Germany?2: Should I make seat reservations before I leave for the trip?3: Are their limits on how many pieces of luggage we can take with us?4: If we make reservations, can the reservation be changed easily? Thanks for your help.

Hi, I have just returned from an interrail trip during which I used 2 of my 3 inboud/outbound days and 6 of my 7 travel days. Do you know if it is possible to use my last travel day and my last inboud/outbound day, for example, as part of a short day trip to a neighbouring country, or is this contrary to the interrail principle, given that I have already returned home?Thank you in advance for your answers and best regards, Lucie

I’m looking to go from Krakow to Wien. If I already have the global pass and want a 2 beth deluxe how much more would it cost? Where do I see the price difference if I have not bought my global ticket yet?

Hi, I’d like to travel from Budapest to Berlin on the night train on 17 October 2023 but on the Hungarian website the night trains from 1 October onwards say they are ‘full’. On other countries’ websites it just says ‘not available’ It seems unlikely that they’re full. I’m worried it’s because of engineering works but can’t find any information. Does anyone know what’s going on?Many thanks,Meri

Hi there, I have recently booked a ticket but am unable to access the online ticket. I accidently chose delivery via post, how do I change this as our postal services does not work in my country. I need an electronic copy to apply for a visa, looking forward to your response.

Hi everyone,We have a Eurail Global Pass first class.I was trying to book Zurich Main Station to Milano Central (among other tickets) on the OBB website and have accidentally booked this leg as second class when we wanted to select first class. The ticket trip is to be on 14/09/2023 around 9am for 2x adults with Eurail Global Pass first class. Ideally we wanted the 9.33am train via Lugano. I didn’t realise that you can cancel reservations within 3mins of booking so I can’t cancel now, but I was hoping to just re-reserve first class seats and pay again for the reservation. However when I look online now on OBB the original journey we have is no longer available. Here is my initial booking from OBB: Here is the OBB website when I look now: I have tried on bahn.de, SBB and thetrainline.com as well to no avail. This journey isn’t even showing up on bahn.de or SBB now and thetrainline.com shows: Is anyone able to suggest how I can re-reserve first class seats for the original journey? Also I

It says on the app the train from Zagreb to ljubliana needs a seat reservation that is free how does that work? I also just got a train from bled to Zagreb that went through ljubliana that had no reservation. So I'm confused as to whether or not I need to buy a ticket.

Hi! I want to book the night train EN 476 metropol / IC 586, from Budapest to Prague, on October 16, but a message comes out that says it is not available.  Budapest-Nyugati pu 19:29 Praha hl.n. 08:11 ‘’The train is temporarily unavailable for reservations.’’ I've been trying for 3 months, putting different dates and none of them let you book. It’s impossible : https://www.cd.cz/en/spojeni-a-jizdenka/spojeni-tam/2bd1ce67-1f39-4774-892b-20365b9e3d48

Hey, I don’t succeed to book a reservation in the night train between Budapest and Praha (train at 10:13 pm). When I have to pay, it doesn’t work (with the application or website). And it’s not possible for tomorrow, in 2 Months, or in 6 months. Is there a problem with OBB ? Lore

My partner is running the Berlin Marathon and figured we’d travel to a few countries in Europe while we’re at it. First we arrive in Paris…Option 1 (Paris - stay 3 nights)>>>(Berlin - stay 3 nights)>>>(Barcelona-3 nights)>>>(Paris-stay 1 to 2 nights)Option 2 (Paris - stay one night)>>>(Amsterdam - stay two nights)>>>(Berlin - stay 3 nights)>>>(Barcelona-3 nights)>>>(Paris-stay 1 to 2 nights)Which would be more feasible?  What is there to do in Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and Barcelona? What are the must visit places and food places to visit? or should we replace our visit with another country?
