Hi experienced travellers,Need an advice. If i am to cut short my country hopping and just stay in switzerland as the last leg of my journey,  Can i use my remaining 4 travel days  (out of 7 in 1 month global pass) in Switzerland? Instead of buying a Swiss Travel Pass (after seeing how much it cost). Suggestion and inputs much appreciated, thanks!

I have to go from Italy to Belgium, I have to take a night train at 10pm and I have to change the train at 8am and again at 10am of the following day, Is considered 2 days of travel or Just One?

We make a mistake during our plan and we have to receive on train tickets but we can’t.  in fact the web site told us we didn’t will receive the tickets in time.  What can I do.  Pleaaase 😢

Let’s say my pass started last monday and i have a trip planned for saturday…. Could I cancel it and get the travelling day back to use it another day?

Hello! Some disclaimers before I ask the questions:first time traveler to europe purchased a 4 day 1st class Global pass. Used two days already by purchasing seat/reservation on ÖBB after selecting the inter rail/Eurail pass to the “discounts” section plan to use the 3rd day on 30th or 31st July for a round trip from Bern to Jungfraugoch, but very confused if/how to go about it.  traveling with family (and older people) so want to make sure I have reservations. In case things get crowded, at least the young and the old won’t be stressing about seating. trying to book the tickets via the SBB app. So my questions are:1. What I haven’t figured out is how to “add/apply” my Eurail Global pass to my SBB profile. The only options I see are the Swiss Pass, Half-fare card or the GA travel card. Should I just select the GA travel card? Or is there any other way to select the Global pass?2.  I had read somewhere that the Global pass gives 25% discounts on the Interlaken to Jungfraugoch part of th

The app is incorrectly showing my final destination as looping back to my first location. It is therefore incorrectly showing total distance in statistics is there a way to show the journey as one way rather than round trip?

I sadly had to change travel plans quite abruptly and submitted a refund request for my pass, it was confirmed and stated to be refunded yet I received no confirmation email?

Hi,We have a train between Rome and Ancona and we aren’t obligated to book the trainwhat is the process in the train station when it’s not obligated to book the journey? we have to show the QR code ?  thanks for your reply

Gracias.

Can i go from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Centraal using global pass?

Hello. I’m going to travel in Europe next month, but my friend can’t activate Eurail pass. There are 3 steps to activate it.But third step, when she chooses the date to start our trip (10/08/2023), it says that “This date is in the past. Please choose a date in the future to start your trip.” We already contacted customer center but the answer wasn’t precise. If anyone knows about it please kindly help us.Thank you.

Hi, I would like to ask you: if I go by night train at 23:56 I won't use the second travel day. But if the train will have a delay for example 20 minutes, so I go at 00:16 but officially it starts at 23:56. So would it be a problem? Shall I use the second travel day?

I have mapped out my trip using the Eurorail tool and it appears I only need 5 days of travel. But the website is promoting me use 6-7 days travel. Any reason why this might happen? I think you cannot add days on so I do not want to make a mistake , but I also do not want to pay for extra travel days if I do not need them. My itinerary Paris → Bolzano (taxi to dolomiti) Bolzano → Venice Venice → Bari Bari→ Salerno Salerno→ Rome  Also wondering if I just do a 1 country pass. And get a single train ticket from Paris to Bolzano?Right now I think it suggests a Flexi pass, with France to Italy travel. Just trying to find the most logical and savvy way to travel.  Secondly, do you recommend the NIGHT TRAIN for my 9+ hour trips?  Thank you so much! Madison

Helloo there! I am wondering if I can travel to two or multiple destinations in the same day during my local interrail pass in France? For example: marseille to nice and coming back (nice to marseille). If someone has an answer please hit me up.Regards,Ghaith

Hi everyone,  I plan on going to France in August with the pass France-Germany. For travels inside Germany, I do not have to pay anything, but do I have to book a seat? If I do not book a seat, does it mean that I can get on the train for sure? If I want to go to France on the 12th of August and come back on the 3rd of September, can I still book the tickets and seats right away? Thanks for your help, Best,

I would like to know if the night train (EN 40465) from zurich to zagreb need seat reservation because i cant find a way to reserve a seat. The app is confused aswell.

Hello, I am travelling to Italy for 10 days. I am a Student in Germany but an Indian Passport holder. Which pass is legal for me? I am not sure if i am considered EU resident or not? Also, does the pass also include the public transport in various cities i visit ? I am planning to buy a Italy pass and access the trains for one city to another and use public transport within the cities. Please suggest what is the best to buy for such a thing. Thank you in advance. :D

Hello i have a question. Is there a limit for the number of passes you can buy a year? Could I activate a new pass as soon as the active one ends?

So trying to be chilled about all this but the day before we depart I still can’t add in some trains that I know are running and have reservations on but can’t add them into the app. 22:17 on 30/7/23 from Cologne to Munich - exists on Nighjet site and bahn.de I have a reservation.21:27 on 4/8/23 from Vienna to Venice - exists on Nighjet site and bahn.de, I have a reservation. The sleeper trains were fine in the app last year and actually our 3rd sleeper has been on there for months, do I just add it manually and get back to the packing?Cheers

Hi Friends, My family and I are traveling to Zurich soon and we were hoping to visit Lake Como in Italy. Which train/s do we need to take in order to do that (Zurich to Lake Como). We have purchased the Eurail Pass to use in Switzerland and was wondering if that will give us the access to get to the Lake. Please leave any comments/advice you have to help us sort this trip out. It will be much appreciated.Thank you so much!

Hi there,im planning a longer Trip on a specific day with multiple train changes. I’ll need to get reservations for some trains. So far, so good. What could I do, if i miss one of the trains that require a reservation due to delay of a previous train?I would have to take the next train, but i wont have a reservations for that one and probably it will be full already. Do I have to switch to trains that don’t require reservations in that case? Thanks for advices.
