Hello, someone who can help me to know if I buy the 15-day pass in a month when I buy the pass I have to select the days that I am going to travel and I can activate them as I decide where to go and the days that I will not travel for a stay

Hello,I am traveling to Italie soon with friends, and I got us the interail 3 day pass. We are leaving from Switzerland and our first train goes from Brig to Milano, however I am unsure if my interail Italie pass covers this first trip. I called the CFF and the lady told me I need a ticket from Brig to the first Italien stop (Domodossola) because the pass is only valide IN italie. But on the interrail app it doesn’t seem to tell me I need an extra ticket… What should I do?

I’ve received a train reservation in the post and was wondering can I photocopy it and does the photocopy work?

Merci. Cordialement.

I have added the nightjet tickets/journey to our interrail app and passes . We have reservations for a couchette and these are on my obb app. Is there a way to add to the interrail app or not? Thanks!

I have a global pass for second class and I bought seat reservations for first class. I wasn’t aware my interrail ticket had a specific class, so I was moved from the 1 class ticked I bought. i already booked several 1 class seat reservations, is there any way I can change them to second class? I already paided.

I am looking to travel from Barcelona to Cadiz on the 2nd of August and back on the 6th of August. So far I could get reservations online for part of the trip on the Eurail site but for other parts it was sold out or not possible to reserve.-So I was wondering if I could either book a ticket somewhere online for parts of the trip that I could not reserve? and what site you would recommend for this? I saw for example “Thetrainline’ but am not sure if I could trust it or if there are better sites. -or how I could find a (regional) train that is not needed to reserve from Sevilla to Cadiz ( this part is the hardest to find reservations for)

Hello, I was wondering If i can travel Front Regensburg to Paris, then from Paris to Milano & from there Back to Regensburg and which Pass I have to get in that Case? 😄

Hi,This is my first time Interrailing and while the opportunity is fantastic, I’m finding the organisation rather stressful and often nebulous. I am also doing my planning rather last minute as I decided to join someone on short notice so I don’t have a lot of time.I am planning a trip from Geneva to Tbilisi (Georgia), starting next Friday (14/07). I will be going from Turkey to Georgia by bus, but doing all the previous bits on my Interrail pass. Two questions :I need to book Budapest > Bucharest on the 15/07 either at 15h10 (ideal) or 11h10 (changing trains in Arad). The Interrail site is only offering me a paper ticket which I am too late to get. I have tried going through the MAV website, I found an Interrail discount (Bérlet (pl.interrail) ) so I thought I could book this way, however I noticed the prices given are the same with and without the discount…. Is my only option really to book in a train station ? I will have hours to do so in Budapest, how likely is it I may be conf

When I bought seat reservations for my wife and I on Eurail website, the trip I created appeared. When I selected that trip, both our names appeared. I proceeded to reserve seats for both of us. I had bought seat reservations for few journeys such as London to Paris and Paris to Berlin. I have not added any journey on the website or done anything else on the website.I am in the process of setting up Eurail Planner mobile app. I had added my pass and selected the trip I created. I skip step 3 on activation. I had added my wife’s pass on the same device. When I was about to connect a trip for her, I selected the same trip I created and selected for myself and was warned that trip has been used by me and I could create a copy or have a trip with different name. What should I do?How to add a journey? The mobile app set up video on Eurail was not helpful. I came across few YouTube clips but they were not specific at setup from scratch.I welcome any advice including YouTube or website links

We bought a global eurail pass and will be arriving at Heathrow and taking a train to Paddington on our way to Bath. I am fairly certain the Pass does not cover the Heathrow Express but does cover the Elizabeth Line. At Heathrow, how, specifically, do you validate the Eurail Global Pass to ride the Elizabeth Line? It doesn’t seem like the travel planner feature of the app includes the Elizabeth Line . Do we have to stop at a ticket window to validate the pass for this trop?

I have a plan from Barcelona to Lyon on 03 October 2023. I bought a eurail pass, but  the prices unavailable  in the online website. How can I get the ticket in the online website? Is it possible to buy a paper ticket in the station of Barcelona on the same day?

I just bought the Eurail pass and accidentally put in the wrong last name. I don’t think I’ve activated the pass yet so is it possible to edit my information through the app/website or is this something I need to take up with customer service?Thank you in advance :)

I have 4 passes associated with the 4 people who are going to travel together. In My Trip I see a person with a p and the other 3 with a c (I think it's a copy), but in the person with the p I can't add trips, because when I try, it gives me the option to add the three people with c, but not in the one with the p..., what am I doing wrong?? Why can't I see the trip in one of the people (the one with the p)?Thank you.

Hi there, My family and I are travelling on the OBB Nightjet from Brussels to Vienna tomorrow (24th). We have the OBB app showing our seat reservations and I’m assuming I don’t need to print the ticket as well; in the details it states you can just show your phone with the reservation and photo ID,  but I wanted to check if sometimes they need you to have a printed version of the ticket? Just a last minute thought/worry before we set off! Many thanks.

Hi!I made seat reservations for the trip Krakow Glowny (Poland)-Budapest-Nyugati (Hungary) (Train Number IC 114) for the 2nd of August 2023 and Budapest-Kelenfoeld (Hungary)-Innsbruck Hbf (Austria) (train number RJX 162) for the 5th of August 2023.My paper tickets have been rejected at the destination and I need to leave in a few days.Do you have any suggestion? Are there other websites where I can make reservation with e-ticket?I found these websites:Ceske Drahy (Krakow-Budapest) OEBB (Budapest-Austria)Are they correct to obtain e-tickets?Thank you for the reply.

I am trying to plan a trip between Brussels and Amsterdam. When I look at the return trains, the interrail website for the IC train (longer journey) says that seat reservations are needed but at the same time that I am ready to board. What does that mean? I can’t find that train in other websites like I could with Thalys trains.

hi my pass port is too old and i tought i could use my international eu id card, but when i fill in the cards number it says it doesn't match, is there some other number on the id card that i should use, and my trip is in less then a week so i can't get a new pass port in time, please help i don't know what to do!

Hi Eurail Community, I am excited for my first time Europe Trip and trying do research as much as I can. I am new to Eurail and thinking to get 5 pass in month. What do you think about my trip? is it enough ? what would be extra expensis over the pass? what should I be careful? tips for cheaper option?-20th London - Paris-20th - 23th Paris-23th Paris - Zurich-23th - 25th Zurich25th Zurich to Bernina express( taking reginal trains for cheap option) tirano to Milan25th - 26th Milan26th Milan - Venice26th -27th Venice( we were thinking night train from Venice to Budepest but we ran out dates so happy to explore somewhere close to Venice or Milan:))Thanks for in advance. How early should I add ‘my trip’ route on the Rail Planner app? For instance, suppose I arrive at Colmar and spent some time there, and then incidentally decide to leave to Switzerland with the train which is supposed to leave soon (like 5-10 minutes). Is it okay to add the train on ‘my trip’ on the Rail Planner app and use it?  In case I arrive in Milano at 11:40am, and would like to transfer a train to Venezia, is it okay to make seat reservation when I arrive in Milano on the day? If my condition is good, then I would visit Milano four 3-4 hours, and then ride a train to Venezia. However, if my co-travellers do not feel like visiting Milano and transfer directly to Venezia, can I make seat reservation and ride the train on the spot? It is going to be on 9, Aug.  Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If I buy the “10 days within 2 months” Eurail Global Pass, am I able to use all 10 days in one month? Or, does it split me 5 days in month one and 5 days in month two?

Hi, I have booked a night train (EN 40237) from Munich to Ljubljana on 17th Aug 2023, there was no option to choose the type or class of seat/compartment etc so i dont know if we have an actual bed.  the ticket says seats ‘centre (mitte)’ 93-94 and ‘window (fenster)’ 95-96.  Does this mean we only have a seat and not a bed?  I also dont know if we have the compartment to ourselves, im not comfortable with sharing it with 2 strangers.  Does anyone know how to find this out? many thanks
