Hi, we are a family of 4 adults and one child 6 years old. We just bought passes for 10 days within 2 months. I was trying to find some journeys using the planner, but unfortunately i wasn't very successful. So i have following questions1. Generally when traveling in July during a weekdays is it always worth to make reservations also for trains which don't require one?3. Monday, the 10 July from Ljubljana in sv to Verona in it in the morning i could find any train connections, only with some flexbus. How to find one?4. Can I buy an interrail pass for my child as a present?

Hello all, I'm planning a trip to the Greek Islands and I have a questions regarding the booking order. I understand that the first booked must be the first leg to match the activation date and the first day used as a travel day. However, in my case, I want to book from Athens to Paros on the 20th, and then from Ios to Athens on the 30th. Those are the only 2 routes I am sure I want to book via the 4 day ferry pass as of right now. And that would be fine, but what I don't know if I can do is: can I, on the 23th (for example) being in Paros, book a new route for the 24th to go to another island? Or would i only be able to book routes that chronologically occur after the second booked one (already returning from Ios to Athens)? From reading other questions I see i need to add journeys for each travel day, but the website really doesn't tell whether one can add a journey between two days that were already planned in the mobile pass.  Perhaps a solution would be to book all tickets as I de

hi, me and my friend are having some problems in booking domestic travels in the greek islands, because, using the hellenic seaways website, they told me my document number is not valid (referring to the cover pass number), but I used the one they give me when buying the greek island pass (6 days). how can I deal with this problem?

Hello,is the train from Bologna to Brenner not included in the Italy pass?

Hi, I would like to use my interrail pass in October.I would like to activate it now in order to book trains that require seat reservations. However, I will get a new passport in September. My new passport will have a new passport number. Is there a way of changing the passport number after activation of the pass ?Could I, for example, activate and deactivate the pass ? Or is there a way of booking trains that require seat reservations without activating the pass ?Thank you in advance !Best wishes,Anne

Hello!I just purchased Eurail flexipass 4 days 1st class. I am trying to book those 4 days.   1st trip is Paris to Lausanne. It seems that I should put in my pass order number but haven’t seen an option for that. The system wants to charge us $86.58 for two of us and $4.44 booking fee.   Seat reservations are required. Why this charge?

Hey,I am trying to book a seat reservations for the train from BRATISLAVA HLAVNA STANICA to KRAKOW GLOWNY (direct) for 2 travellers, however it says I will receive a paper ticket? I start my trip tomorrow so will be unable to wait for the ticket to arrive at my home. I have managed to book all the other trains on my trip to have a mobile ticket but not sure why this journey is unable to receive a mobile ticket. Any help/suggestions would be really appreciated!

Are all the trains and taxes included in the interrail global pass, Or is it still necessary to pay an extra for each of the trains you take even if you have the pass?

Hi!I’m planning my interrail trip for september but i’m a bit confused. I’m supposed to go from Verona to Lake Bled. When searching trains I found out that it would be possible to go there if I travel by Villach. However the train from Villach to Lesce (Bled) doesn’t show on the eurail timetable although i can find it for example in Omio. Is the train included in the pass or not if it isn’t included in the timetable?Thank you in advance for your help! :)

I am from Canada.  I will be traveling with three other people … all of us over 60.  We are traveling in Portugal and Spain.  I have booked all but one leg of the train segments.  I am having a great deal of trouble booking seat reservations.  I find this system not user friendly nor is the help when I get an email response.  Does anyone know how to book reservations.  Is there a telephone number I can call to get help with bookings?

I am planning to go from Amsterdam to Paris this thursday the 20th of July. I already knew that I won’t be able to take the TGV that goes straight to Paris Nord, but I saw that there were other options available. Now that I am deciding which train to take, I am confused. I clicked the button ‘no reservation needed’ on the interrail website and it gives me the option to go from Amsterdam-Antwerp-Paris. For both parts of the travel it says ‘ you’re ready to board’  as if there is no reservations required. However, when i went to check real-time timetables of the trains on the dutch train website (NSinternational) it said the trains were fully booked and that it was actually a thalys (and not an intercity, as it says on the interrail website). The  train code numbers and departure times are exactly the same on both websites, but NS says it is a thalys and interrail says it is an intercity. What I am asking is this: is there any way that the interrail website gives wrong information and I

Hello, I’m trying to plan for a trip to Barcelona From France and was hoping for some advice on how to access the trains. I have a Eurail pass and would like to take the cheapest option, would I be able to buy the tickets to enter Spain in France or at the station with the applied discount? Also, does the Eurail pass work inside the borders of Spain as well, can I take a train to Portugal from within with my pass?

Hi Some months ago I bought a train reservation for Bologna to Milano at 11:05 on 14/8 (intercity 604) via the interrail website. However, today I tried to find the train on railplanner and I cannot find it, but I need to add the train to my digital pass… What should I do? Is there another way to find it? Thanks a lot!!

Are the night trains with beds to sleep inside them included in the global rail pass ?

Our family of four was so excited about our upcoming trip to UK next week. It is our first time to visit the country and friends here. However, planning this trip is far more difficult than what we have imagined.  We bought the global pass saved all the journeys to the app. Unfortunately, we learned that the strikes will affect our train schedule. We will arrive Heathrow terminal 3 on 20 July at 6pm and want to take a train to Cambridge directly.  We would like to knowhow long does it normally takes to get through the custom and security at Heathrow? Will there be any train from airport to Cambridge on the night of 20 July?We planned to go to Birmingham to Cambridge on 22 July. There is only a few trains on the National Rail available. Since we cannot book or reserved these trains via global pass. We are afraid that all the seats will be sold out .We have booked hotels in Cambridge and Birmingham and hope to follow our original plan as far as possible.Hope to hear your advice.

I would like to take a train from Aachen to Horrem with DB (bus 913, replacement bus) but in interrail app information about seat booking is not available. I check in DB site but i don't understand if I have to make a reservation or not, I can only pay the entire ticket. Is it cause by the signature of replacement bus? If so, how can I do?

We will arrive London in the evening on coming Thursday, 20 July. We have 4 global passes and will use them in London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam. It’s our first time to use a mobile pass. We would like to know:Shall we activate the pass now? Or shall we activate the pass on the first day to take the train which is 20 July ? After activated the pass, is there a QR Code generated automatically for each journey added in the apps? What about a manually added trip? Can I share the journeys saved in my apps with other pass holders in the same trip? Once a ticket is issued (with QR code), can we change or cancell the journey? For trains that need reservation, we have already got pdf ticket, do we still need the QR code in the app ?

Hello, I'm going to buy my interrail global pass with Renfe. After that, how can I do to book the different trains that I want? I have to do that in the renfe app or I have to do that in this rail planner app?If it's the second one, will I need the code of my interrail pass or what things will I need?

My email about a train reservation in Italy says the following: 'Remember: you must be able to show physical copies of your reservations ánd your Interrail Pass to the conductor.  This email is not a valid ticket.  So keep your printed copies in a safe place'.Does this mean I only need a physical copy of the reservation or that I also need a physical copy of my interrail pass. If so, how do I get the physical copy of my interrail pass (where can I find it in the app to print it out)?

When I use planner and I need to change trains it says that transfer is by public transport. I am a little confused. Does it mean that it is arranged or do I need to use for example a bus to do that?
