I have use my inbound and outbound journey, it’s possible to add it? I ´m just at 3 days :(

I’ve read a lot about how some of Eastern Europe doesn’t show on the rail planner and that you have to look on the local rail website to plan.I have a global pass and currently planning a rough route. I’ve got to Bosnia and Herzegovina and I’m struggling to find a train that can actually take me into the county from Slovenia or Croatia. Can anyone advise on this?

Anyone knows why there aren't any available trains IN Greece (i'm not talking about trains from outside of Greece, i'm talking about local ones) in August and September (while they're available now in July)??Thanks!!

We live in Germany and want to go on an interrail trip in Norway. Therefore we take the train to Kiel, sleep there and take the ferry to Oslo. In Norway we want to use 5 days of our 7 days Ticket. Afterwards we want to Take the ferry from Oslo to Kiel and then use our interrail Ticket to Go Back Home.  Is it possible to use our homecountry-days that way? Because we do Not Transit a Border on the same day by train, but take the ferry on the next day. (We will buy the ferry Ticket seperately)

Hi, I am traveling through Norway. And currently in Trondheim and want to go to andalsness. Although reserving the trains were not possible in the interrail app. So we went to the station to ask but the train till next week were all fully booked. So now we are stuck in Trondheim without a place to stay. We are planning to take a bus but this one is not included with the pass, could we still get this refunded. Because it's kind of due to errors of interrail.  Side note: we know about the new feature of booking with interrail on entur.no. But this actually doesn't work because it gives an error and tells you to call or chat. So we couldn't book anything in advance

Hello all,I’m planning an inter-railing trip next year and was thinking of going from Split to Mostar. However, I have just found out that there are no international trains that do this route and don’t believe buses are included in the pass. Is it worth just paying for a bus (if it isn’t too expensive and if there definitely aren’t any trains to Mostar) or shall I rearrange the destination?Thank you!

Hi, I’m planning an Interrail trip from Austria to France with my 4 children (13, 11, 7 and 6 years old). Therefore, I’ll have to buy 1 adult and 2 youth passes, am I right? Wouldn’t it be possible, too, to buy 2 adult passes for me and the oldest kid (13), then the others can travel for free? Thanks for your information.

Hi, I need to book a ticket for a night train from Zagreb to Split in August. As you can see on this picture apparently I have to pay 9 euros for the ticket being sent by post + I will be already abroad when this ticket will arrive at my place. Can someone help me on that matter ? Is it better then to book this ticket directly when I’ll be in Zagreb ? Thanks in advance :)

comment acheter des billets pour vélo sur DB ?

Hi, I've been trying for days to book a seat for a train from trieste to lubiana but unfortunately from interrail.eu for days now it doesn't give me any availability, even changing train day and time. It seems as if the site is no longer enabled to make reservations for trains in italy. Has anyone had the same problem? do you know how I can pranotare on another site? ItaliaRail doesn't because it only provides trains in italy and I'm supposed to get from trieste to lubiana, while obb only provides trips with more than one day.

I hope this is okay to ask here.I have a new phone and am moving my plans for Interrail from old phone. I have the rail planner app but no way to transfer planned trips, so am starting again.I had a trip planned from Vilnius to Bialystok on 23rd August. After doing research it seemed this train now ran daily at 12.10, and changing in Mockava.I can not find that journey in the app now and am getting concerned after making reservations.I am wondering if there might be an issue with the app. I added in the via Mockava and I get returns on the journey but all are dated July 6th. A list of 5 journeys, all that date.I tried searching Vilnius to Mockava - thinking I’d split the journey - and get a list of 5 returns, all dated 6th July. I have checked with PKP and this journey exists. Even if that journey had been removed from the pass it would still show? Something up with the app? I’ve asked on twitter but have had no answers.

I have a continuous 1st Class Interrail Pass and I want to take the 08.22 EC273 from Brno to Gdansk on Saturday 15th July (tomorrow). I went to the information desk at Brno train station yesterday to make reservations for the two legs of the journey which involve Polish trains and successfully bought a reservation for the Krakow-Gdańsk leg. However, the Czech lady I spoke to at the desk indicated that it was not possible to purchase a reservation for part-Polish section (Breclav-Krakow) of the Brno-Krakow leg of the journey. Can I still board the train and travel to Krakow without a seat reservation if I am prepared to stand all the way?If not, am I able to exchange or get reimbursed for the reservation I paid for (Krakow-Gdańsk) in order to make my journey on another date when I can reserve seats for the entirety of the Polish sections of the Brno-Gdańsk trip?

Hi all!  So I have booked seat reservations for my upcoming trip in August through the Interrail website however when I try find these journey’s on the app they don’t appear. Therefore I have had to add these as a manual entry! if my journey has multiple changes, do I need to enter these manually as one trip with the full start to finish location, or do I do this with where the changes take place too? For example if it was Berlin- Duisburg then Duisburg-Prague does it need to be put on the app like this or will Berlin-Prague be accepted? Also is there any way I can link my seat reservations onto my pass or do they just have to be kept seperately? Thanks in advance😄

Hello! I have decided to do the interrail through Germany and I have a question about a train journey. The journey starts in Bremen on a Friday at 20:44 and I arrive in Muncih at 06:03 the next day (Saturday). The train that I have reserved a seat for is an ICE train. How many days of travel should I count for this journey? Only 1 (the day of departure) or 2 days?Is it considered a night train? Thank you!

Need to get to Chamonix and all routes are taking me through Switzerland. Is this covered on my France eurail pass? If not, do I just need to buy a ticket for the portions of the trip that aren’t covered?

hello, I am from Canada, and I am planning a trip to Germany this October. Is covid pass still required to enter Europe? Do I need to wear my mask in train? Are we allowed to bring our own snack, and eat in long distance train? Should I get the who covid pass?

I heard I could travel to multiple destinations in a day with eurail pass. So my question is, how do I activate my ticket for that occasion? Also how would that look if I had to reserve seat for those trips?  I am planning on trip leaving from koblenz to trier, then back to koblenz within a day.So in this case, with eurail, is there a day pass ticket where I just activate it, and I am good for that day, or would I have to activate ticket going from koblenz to trier, and activate another ticket for the return trip back to koblenz?

Hey trying to book Seat reservations through italy and france so that my trip doesnt take 24 hours, but when giving the passwordet information, my physical pass cover number doesnt work. Help!!!

There’s going to be 2 of us travelling toghether and we want to book seats from the “Rail Planner” App. The thing is that we have added two passes to the same device, but they are on different journeys. So when we make the seat reservation there is no record that there are two people and only one seat is reserved. How can we book both seats at the same time through the application?

Hi please help!!!I had selected to use today as a travel day on accident (13/07/2023) and I was meant to select tomorrow (14/07/2023)! I did not know that a travel day was used if it was on the app day of? Plus there were disruptions in services for the trains in Germany today anyway so it would not have been valid to use it today.  I need all my travel days and I really hope I can get it back! I’m not sure if there is a way I can contact someone from eurail asap or have this question flagged. I’m desperate as my trip comes to an end soon and I need my all my days! thanks for any help!! My booking reference is EU31389384

Does anyone know the extension for the RENFE number to speak to someone in English? I have tried calling the number but am unable to go through on my personal phone. When I previously called in my home country I had no problem getting through and speaking to someone. I have tried using a friend’s phone and can only get to an automated Spanish line and am having trouble figuring out how to switch it to English. Otherwise does anyone have advice for making the reservations for Barcelona to Madrid and Madrid to Lisbon?
